Oh if Azriphale only knew. Good thing he didn't though. He laughed as he finished off his mouthful. "Oh yes, where are my manners" He licked his muzzle and shook a braid out of his face.

"No, I don't think it does..." He shook his head slowly before tilting his head towards Crowley. "I can't exactly change your nature." Not that he would if he could anyways. If he did something like that then Crowley wouldn't be himself. He would be... Someone else.

"You used to try. Never quite worked out." He remembered long ago conversations on how could he have left his previous life and how he should come back. It was a good thing he hadn't. Azriphale would be horribly lonely without someone who could talk to him properly.

"See... If it never quite worked out why bother continuing?" His brow furrowed slightly as he nosed at the clover once more. There were some days that he began to wonder why he bothered... This was turning out to be one of them. "I'm sure that, one day, you'll find yourself a nice mare... Or two... Or even three. That seems to be a good number for you."

"Habit?" He smirked. "Life just wouldn't be the same if you weren't always trying to correct my habits." Leaning down he munched a bit of the clover as he thought about the idea of a little harem for himself.
It could be nice if it wasn't for the fact that three mares would no doubt fight for his attention and it would turn out horribly. "Now, why three hm?"

"Because two wouldn't be enough and four would be too many." He snorted softly, giving his head a light toss before turning away from the other stallion. This was not a conversation that he wanted to be having with Crowley... Even if he was the one who had started it.

"I have enough trouble keeping up with you. I doubt i need mares nagging at me for attention." He smirked as he walked over to the other stallion. Nudging his shoulder he leaned over to whisper to his friend. "Mares would keep me from giving you the proper attention after all"

His ear flickered against Crowley's lips as a chill raced down his spine. The odds were good that Crowley was just teasing him as he often did; as he'd often seen the other stallion doing to others. "I could do well enough without any sort of attention, thank you. You needn't keep up with me... My life is uneventful enough that I can generally keep up my own."

"... I'm afraid I did away with it after the last 'adventure' we had. It seems, for some reason, that whenever we have an 'adventure' we run into Trouble." That was not something that he wished to chance ever again, thank you very much.
