Spike 1%? Dude, I don't eat garbage...
I'd say I run Timmy 35%, Johnny 35%, Spike 30%. Who doesn't enjoy a quality meal?
Anyways, getting back to Magic:
This next card combines elements of Time Warp, Time Stop, and Mindslaver for quite an interesting effect.
On top of that, Spike would probably not use it on account of it makes blue actually look creative.
Plus also it makes mention of an "advanced rule." Sure, I can see why Wizards would want to KISS in the core sets, but a player using "Expert" sets should learn the advanced rules. I don't think that's expecting too much--people don't seem to have too much trouble with Magic Online. I personally think that Wizards shouldn't be afraid to let the word "
priority" show up on a card or two; it'd probably reinforce the rules a lot better (how many players have we all seen still trying to use Pre-Sixth rules, even though they started playing well after Sixth?)
Oh, yeah, and it has a Mel Brooks reference.
So that's 4 reasons why this card is cool.

And here's a card that's just calling for a Johnny somewhere to make it not suck:
