Quickly after his tail flicked towards him, Thona through his claws towards his son's face. Now if he didn't move, that was his fault. If blood was to be shed, so be it. He snarled and swung his other paw too.

it was way to damn late for thonas to stop his movement and to get out of the way of his fathers paw. closing his eyes tightly he flet his fathers claw scrap across his face painfuly drawing blood. hissing he moved and swug his paw with extanded claws at his father right as his father paw smack across the side of his face drawing more blood. riled up now, he stood in place with blood bluring his vision as he glared at his father threw narrowed eyes and lucky for him his fathers claws didnt hurt his eyes but had been deadly close.

Thona snickered at his sons stupidity. Perhaps that would teach him not to keep his guard down when fighting other's that have a slight advantage. Blood was on his claws now as he stood there, looking at his son. Blood now on part of his face. "If your lucky, those scratches will turn to scars to teach you a lesion." It was always good to have visual reminders of mistakes that you had put yourself in.
He flicked his tail and stood up tall. Maybe actually inflicting damage on him would open his eyes a bit more. This was the first time he truly hurt his own son. But him being an adult, needed to know the true pain of fighting, not just the moves it brought. "Feel good?" He asked with a smirk. Anger was probably now filling his son more and more. Perhaps even hatred. He didn't know nor cared. It was something he needed to learn.
"Shall we go again, or have you had enough?" He asked. He didn't want to push him too much. After all, he was his only son. Well, not exactly, but the only one he was proud to say anything about. His voice had no anger, no real emotion to it, yet a smirk was upon his face. His eyes also showed little of anything except for a glint of lust for blood.

Thonas growled still standing but his head hung as he now tryed to wip the blood off his face with a paw even though the cuts hurt. there was anger towards his father, definatly but hate never as he knew that he always was being thaoght a lesson that would in the end make him stronger, better even if he was now being caused pain. " feel good, like hell it does." it was a snarled responce in anger as he blinked the blood from his eyes. definatly he had no arrogance right now with havign been put in his place. " i dont need scars to teach me a lesson." snorting, he shook his head. " i'm leaving to clean my wounds, so i'm done." a bit miffed he hadnt managed a sratch at all, he stalked off past his father still bleeding but not as bad as when he first been sratched.

"And here I thought I could expect more from you." He gave a shrug as if his time he had spent with him had been a waste of time. Pity. He looked away from his son as if he didn't want to look at him from being to disgusted with him. Perhaps that'd make him more angry... Make him want to attack. He had to teach him to enjoy pain one way or another. If he got into a real fight now, he'd be nothing but a cowered.
Nothing more came from him at all, just found a random grass spot and just sat there to stare at it. Ears down. His face showed disgust, yet he really wasn't at all. It was more of a act to see what he would do.

Thonas ears where now flat against his head and he gave as growl as he stopped in place, staring at the ground. his anger was rising as it seemed hsi father was hinting he was not worth anything adn disgusted with him. claws extended, he wipped around suddenly and lunged at his father. oh he would show his father other wise. before he had not treated this as a real fight at all, just a mock fight to show him how to fight better but it seemed he was wrong and his father had shown him that.

He grinned as he watched his son stop in place. He was making him angry on purpose. Oh, the fun this was going to be. Perhaps, he could fight better with a little anger, though, most the time it could turn for the worse. With his son being rather Arrogant, made it worse for the matter. He still hadn't learned much, or at least it hadn't sunk in yet.
He watched him turn and then lunge at him. Though he didn't move at all. It was just the way he fought. Always having the upper hand when the other attacked first. Though, his son still hadn't seen it. Still hadn't gotten why it was so important to let the other one attack first. Soon. Soon he'd get why. Would take time to let him cool back down, and would actually have to explain that when another attacks first, it makes them very vulnerable. Leaving them opened while they lunged at another.

Thonas snarled as he had lunged at his father to prove he was no coward, and was not weak. even though his arrogance got into the way alot he did learn from his mistakes once it was beaten ito his skull usualy or he just was smart enough to learn from them when his arrgance wasnt in play. oh he was definatly angry his father would act as if he was a coward or weakling and would be damned if he where to be labled as so.

Good. Thona thought as his son lunged at him. This time it was going to be a real fight perhaps? Thona quickly moved to the side trying to dodge him, but not quiet fast enough. He caught him in the back leg. Thona Snarled and swung his front paw at his sons face to make him move. Not really trying to hit him at this time. Just to get him off him for a moment. It was always good to try to keep the advantage.

Thonas hissed adn just contiuned with his attack dispit his father smacking him in the face with his paw. oh he would not let up unless his father told him to back off as he was out to prove himself and nothign more. tail twitching he was gonan pin his father even if he got hurt in the end.

So, he had to actually put a little effort in this. About time. He moved quickly to try to get out of his son's grip. He'd have to fall to the ground before he could get the advantage. Not like that was too much of a problem, one of his tactics, but his son always seemed to forget that. Or maybe he finally had something in his tiny little mind he had. His tail flicked at his son to hit him in the side. Flicking it as hard as he could. This was going to be a real fight. He smirked.

Thonas snarled and growled as his father flicked his tail at him. snappign at it was his mistake since it put him off balance and would be easy to knock down as he went at the tail. no matter eventualy he would learn how to not fall for his fathers tricks in a fight with him. besides he was still young adn even in his arrogance would learn still.

It seemed almost useless to continue this fighting. Thona had the impression that he'd never learn not to go for his damn tail. At least most ulaya's didn't have tails as long as his. You couldn't really get distracted from bobbed ones. He snickered to himself as he took a paw and rushed it towards his sons back legs with a loud snarl to add to it. An easy way to knock another one down.

Thonas went crashing to the ground as his father was fast enough to get his back legs out from under him for his foolish mistake. breathing hard and giving a loud snarl of his own, he was still angry more at himself than anything. not even looking at his father he felt fustrated and shameful.

Thona couldn't help but break into a laugh. He tried too hard to impress him. He rolled onto his back and continued to laugh hard. He couldn't help but to laugh at the moment. One day, one day his son would pay more attention to the situation. "Relax, or you'll end up pulling something." Perhaps, they should continue the fight when he was less angry. "we'll continue later."
