As the two kits began sharing the mouse, Gingertail and Iceclaw began talking.
"It looks like those two will be able to be made apprentices soon." Iceclaw said. At this Cricketkit looked up from the mouse excitedly.
"Not too soon." Gingertail told her sister, making sure her kit would hear her. "They're still a few moons too young."

She finished her food in a few swift bites and walked overto Icetail and Gingertail. The two kits were playing happily. It wouldn't be to long before they could become apprentices.
"Hi Icetail. How are the kits?"
