Wing was what got me into gundam.
I liked the UC series because the mechanics and movements were more realistic.
I thought the entire idea of G gundam was odd... and the mechanics. some of the units were just... odd...
Seed was good but Destiny was just Seed redone in a slightly different way. The Minerva's bridge looks down a gun barrel and freedom saves it by shooting the gun... just like in alaska. Kira gets blown up but doesnt die... again...and yet again recieves Freedom Gundam, but this time with like 8 more beam weapons and more spammage capability. A bunch of "top secret" units are stolen. Athrun defects from Zaft again at some point. Orb gets sacked again. The Archangel almosts gets hit with the Tannhouser and "Mu la Flaga" deflects the beam. Just like i nthe final phases of Seed. Yet, can't say i hated the units in Destiny.

Wings/Endless Waltz is the lesser of the Gundams.
Almost every other of the Gundam shows kicks its rear, but I can guess Wing is the most liked because it has a quite obvious plot and characters that are there for the action, so it can be easier to get by younger people.
Personally, I'd always put shows like Dorvak, Mazinger, B't X or (emo besides) Evangelion before any of the Gundams.

I've onley seen Gundam Wing. But i thought it was pretty good. Gundam look very cool.
I also saw the first epesode of Gundam 00. but i did'nt think it was very good.
There was lots of shooting and blowing stuff up. But i kinda lost interest after a while.

Ahh Gundam, one of the longest running MECHA series of japan.
Gundam Wing got me into anime, but it wasn't my first.

Gundam Wing is the best of them. It doesn't overdo any of the normal anime aspects

Deschk Gundam Wing is very lame. VERY lame. stare I'm sure if my friends is here,he's really gonna be piss off scream Gundam Wing really is the strongers than all other gundam but I wonder if Wing shoot Akatsuki from Gundam Seed Destiny,will Wing attacks gonna be reflect or not rolleyes

Definitely one of the best animes ever invented. Heero Yuy was the shitake mushrooms. xd My favorite gundam was Wing Zero Custom.
