"Where else could we go? We know the Jungle, we can find our way around in it and to and from it. We can't try to learn somewhere new," Janja explained sadly, trying not to think about how sad it was that they wouldn't be able to explore somewhere new and exciting for them to stay, "We should go soon, but.."
Janja bit her lip, almost wanting to just go now- but even she wanted to be able to say goodbye to their parents, to their sister, if only in some small way. If she did that, though, she wouldn't be able to leave- she'd say something, she'd lose her nerve and decide she couldn't possibly..
"No, I have to go now," she said finally, looking very sad at the declaration. She got up to her feet, looking at Jedi for her final verdict. There was always time to say no and stay home.

Jedi frowned and a glint of sadness shimmered in her eyes, whether it was because of ahving to be in the jungle or leaving she wasn't quite sure. But her sister's resolve that they must leave did not com as a shock, and who was dumb little Jedi to disagree with her? For suddenly she felt like dumb little Jed, she was following a fleeting need to flee from a pregnant teenage lioness.
How could she say no now? She was determined to make sure that eveyone in her family was safe, she'd so anything for them, especially Janja or Kiji...but splitting up sounded foolish. Janja's cubs would have a safer life with a large family.
"You are sure, then we'll leave," Jedi slowly rose to her feet and looked off to where she knew four lions were sleeping and dreaming, "Good bye, I'll miss you..." she whispered under her breath.

Janja only nodded when Jedi said once more if she was sure, and looked off in the same direction as her sister. She didn't know what to say, and couldn't bring herself to even murmur a goodbye in the same fashion that Jedi did. With a stifled sob, she leaned down and very carefully removed the flower necklace from around her neck.
"Hold on," she murmured, daring to walk back over to the sleeping lions and leave the necklace behind at their mother's side. She would figure out what it meant, that she had left- and with Jedi gone, they could easily figure out that she went with her. Janja only stayed near enough to drop the necklace and then turned and jogged back to Jedi.
"There, they'll figure it out," she explained the gift she left behind. Taking a deep breath, she gave Jedi a sad but grateful smile, and started off on their journey back to the Jungle.

Jedi was happy that her sister at least left a 'goodbye' to their family and nodded quietly. This would work out, they were going to do this, it wasn't going to be bad thing. Besides, more family, right? She watched her sister trot their and then back to her. So the journey begins.
"To the trees," she winked and smiled back at her sister thinking that at least she wasn't any larger so that she could get STUCK in the trees right? She walked after her sister, slightly to the left and slightly behind.
"So...I better be getting three square meal, it takes a lot to keep up this figure, don't you know!" she giggled attempting a joke and then felt silly for being so loud.
