Dirt Cake - (This is one of my favorite desserts)
1 package of oreo cookies
1/2 cup of butter
2 packages(3.5 oz) of instant vanilla pudding
3 cups of milk
1 package of cream cheese
1 (8oz) container of cool whip
1. Using a blender or food processor, crush 2/3 of the oreo cookies. Stir in the melted butter and press lightly into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together instant pudding and milk. Chill in freezer until thickened (about 4-6 minutes). Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese into the pudding. Fold the dessert topping into the pudding mixure by hand.
3.Spread over the prepared crust. Crush the remaining oreo cookies in the blender, and sprinkle over the top of the pudding layer. Chill for at least 4 hours.
