giglamesh

Beloved Lunatic

PostPosted: Tue Apr 21, 2009 10:34 am

Duality rolls
Around half way threw the song, giglamesh was completely watching the band and semi paying attention to his gate and area. Even over the blaring sound system one boy saw that he wasstn paying no mind and jumped over the dividing wall and tried to make a break for the crowd of people on the floor. Giglamesh however heard the thud of his feet hitting the ground as he jumped over the dividing wall turned and would rush straight at him reaching his right hand for a katana from his left side,....out of habit, when he realized he couldnt use those to subdue them he would removing his hand from the katana's tsuka. He would make a unsheathing motion and lean forward bringing that right hand to the ground to act like a base of which he would tip drawing his right leg up to his chest and as he flipped using his hand as a base, he would thrust his right leg pretty hard upwards at the teens lower jaw to throw him upwards, he did however wrap his foot in chakra to severely reduce the power from his kick. He would roll from that kicking motion back to his feet. Only to see another female teen tried to rush the floor when giglamesh moved away to try and get the first boy. Giglamesh ran to intercept her and would simply slide across the floor as he slide close enough he would kick his right leg hard to kick her shins to knock her feet out from under her, and done so incredibly fast as well, tripping her where she wouldnt even have enough time to catch her self slamming her face in to the hard ground. Giglamesh would stand and signal to the normal security to pick these two up...and possibly take them to a ambulance.

Then right after that he heard shin's and shizuka's conversation. "AND YOU JUST ******** LET HIM PASS!!!!" Giglamesh yelled incredibly loud over the radio, which after he stopped speaking the sound reverberated in to a extremely high pitch squeal over the radio which only shizuka and shin would hear. "Our client hired us to stop EVERYBODY that dont have a ticket from getting to the floor and you let him march ********> Giglamesh would do several hand chakra seals and stand on the dividing wall looking threw the crowd, before he would see his white haired target and jump down slamming his left palm against the ground. Suddenly a large jut of sand and soil would come out from in front of giglamesh. As the sand fell off quickly it looked to be a exact likeness of giglamesh, the clone looked back to giglamesh, to which gig nodded, and the clone took off running threw the crowd heading directly for the kage, much like a tank forcing its way threw with not problem.

Marcus had made his way up to the lighting rigs of the stage. Obviously his added weight should have caused a disturbance in the timing and positioning of the lights but actually he was fairly light on his feet. He made quick steps and shifts to avoid wires and moving light stands and positions of guards on the ground. Even with the concert already heavily underway, there was still a bunch of franticness going on in the background.

Technitians on the move to check and double check and triple check parts to make sure they work when needed, camera equipment being dashed to and fro for replacement parts when needed, even the guards were on extra edge. That’s cause this was the first concert Iwa had seen in a long time. Obviously Marcus’ presence in the town had changed the way several people saw Iwa. It had gone from the Stone Cold Wall of the Country of Stone to…well… no one had a nickname for it yet but there were probably plenty floating about on the lips of those who were about.

He moved to the front of the rig and rested against it. His music had long since stopped and he was listening to the beats of the band playing. He let them drift him off but not too far… this was a rather grand scene and it deserved to be witnessed by all in his opinion. He glanced up to the rafters high over head where several with ninja training or just a ninja companion had gone if they couldn’t afford a ticket. At those heights, the music had to be horrid and the footing even worse… he looked up there and took a few moments to contemplate. He decided that it was about time to bring the house down… metaphorically speaking of corse.

Marcus began to move back to the ground and weaved his way through the throngs of people, nearly vanishing there in with all the chaos back stage.

Etna grinned, “Well, at least you two didn’t screw your way out of the academy. That’s good to know. Release them boy…”

Roy looked over to Etna then looked to the two of the girls and sighed a bit. He knew arguing with the cat was useless at this point and so stood. He moved over to the link between the liquid metal and gripped it tightly. The metal receeded back to the boys arm and vanished into his bag. He moved back to the dojo and laid on his side facing away from them.

Etna followed his movements and was reasonably satisfied with the results but not his attitude. She’d be sure to correct that in a moment but for now, she looked to the girls. A deep groan left her lips as she looked over to them. “Good lord, how? You’ve been paying no attention to me this entire time have you?!”

“Of course not. They’re to busy making fun of people…” Roy said out loud. His hands were moving to place his music back into his ear as he spoke those words.

Etna didn’t bother to glance back. She was simply making a mental note of it for later. Looking from one to the other of the two girls, she then took another deep breath. The air, once more became thick and a tingling sensation covered the area. The red hue bathed the area and soon she was covered in her chakra. “Have you never gathered your chakra during training? This is the same thing only in a much smaller space. I have far more chakra than you so that is why I can coat my body with it. It would take far too much chakra for you children to be able to do this. The gathering and control of chakra is the basis of chakra recompositioning.”

Finally being able to use her pulse, Shuir 'watched' as Etna redid what she had shown Roy. "I see it now... very... interesting..." She was able to 'look' over the cat's body and actually 'see' the chakra that folded around her. The reddish glow she saw earlier started to make sense now. I think I'm going to like learning how to do this... a lot... She still had the time to tease Roy after catchinga ll of this. "Oi! SHut up and pay attention to Etna, runt."

Sakeme curiously watched the cat, obviously ignoring the boy. "So... This is similar to what the hyuuga do when they... say, do their rotation defense? The gathering chakra all around the body part anyways." She knew this due to the fact that she had lived and trained, and still is, with a hyuuga. She saw what the cat did, but she needed a reference of sorts to pull from. Trying to make it make more sense to herself, she pulled from things she already knew.

Etna glared to Sakeme and slipped into the girls face and slashed across it. Granted, not a deep cut but enough to sting like hell. “Don’t mention those self absorbed, incestuous ingrates around me ever again.” Obviously that was a sour spot. Roy glanced over his shoulder but decided it would be better not to ask. Etna sat back and took a deep breath.

Glancing to Sakeme, it was obvious that her glare was one to cut the girl, “No, this is nothing like their imperfect defense. That rotation is the key to their attack. They do not compact the chakra, they simply expel so much of it while spinning that it becomes visible but more as an optical illusion than an actual visual property. Have you never seen a picture book where several still images, when flipped fast enough, seem to be in motion? It’s the same principle but that has nothing to do with this.”

Etna’s chakra had flared when she struck the girl but it was back down to normal. “No girl… if you didn’t have such a loose mind and weren’t so easily distracted, you would have heard me. This training is like sound. Naturally, sound is undetectable but as it gathers in a single location it becomes more and more audible till even you humans with your low perception range can pick it up. It’s a layering attribute, not an illusion.”

She soon turned back to the boy and growled at him. “And don’t think you have it easy fool! Get started on this. Gather your chakra to your hand now!”

Roy glanced over to Etna and arched his brow, “What?!” He had ignored Shuiro and her taunts and sat up a bit and looked to Etna. “What do you want me to do?”

“Take out a Kunai and place it between your hands, sharp point digging into one of your palms. Use your chakra to build up around your hands so you don’t feel that point anymore. And you had better continue to apply reasonable pressure or else I’ll do it for you!” She watched as the boy grudgingly sat up and began the feat.

Physical Recomposition Training

Physical Recomposition is a chakra control technique in which one gathers and compresses their chakra so much so to where it ca be seen by the naked eye. This is more commonly seem in just about every Ninjutsu know but to learn the individual process of gathering and focusing ones chakra is a great feat indeed, classified as an A rank difficulty task.

This level of training requires simply to gather your chakra to your hands and expel it while keeping it close to the hand. Once done, the evil queen Etna will require you to touch or press your hand against something that could easily pierce it to make sure you keep your chakra going strong. She may even add heat or coldness to the object to make matters worse.

You have 5 turns to break the DC. If, by the 5th roll, you have not broken the DC, it is classified as a fail. You must beat this DC to be classified as a pass. You must pass 5 times to be considered complete.

Shuiro smiled as she finally understood what was really going on. She looked over at Roy with a grin too. She'd have to stab herself with a kunai as well, however, she wouldn't shut down her pain sensors... She knew it was cheating, and she wouldn't learn much if she did that. Turning to Sakeme though, she kinda felt bad about what the cat was doing. "Sakeme, when I used my pulse, I was able to see it like... what was it... I guess a magnet would be a good example. Etna said it before too. But think of it like your body is a magnet and your trying to keep your chakra on the outside of your body, but as close to you as possible, cramming as much in...ya know?" She hoped that would help.

Sakeme glared daggers at the cat. "Not all Hyuuga are like that... " She had to defend her friend, after all... the kid was the closest person she had to family... and the first real person she trusted after a long time. She'd give her life to protect the kid. However, rehearing the example of sound made things more clear. Blood dripping from her face, she only gave the cat a nod to show she understood what had been meant before. However, she was still sour about the Hyuuga comment. She appreciated Shuiro's example as well.

giglamesh

Beloved Lunatic

PostPosted: Tue Apr 21, 2009 1:10 pm

The stone clone being the same height as giglamesh could see marcus's white hair in the distance, and not being polite at all...or being made of flesh it would just move it way threw the crowd like a axe threw flesh, separating anything foolish enough to stay in its path. It would try to grabs the Kage's left should to turn him around. "You passed threw a gate with out a ticket....hand one over or get out immediately. Kage or not you know we must follow our mission to our client to the letter meaning you cannot pass with out a ticket so ill repeat....show your ticket or get the ******** out!" Do to giglamesh's incredibly high chakra control the clone looked exactly like him, and it would take somebody with a recollection of earth and its soil like the Taida clan or another clans that heavily involves the earth and its soil to be able to tell it wassent real, because even the skin was exactly like giglamesh, oddly smooth for a young man like himself. Giglamesh wassent there but the tension would be sensed from a distance, he was still out for his blood, the person which he is supposed to hold as leader of the village and his absolute commander, yet he wanted his blood, and he was hell bent on getting it also. Just not like this, he would confront him eventually when they were both alone and do it, no one around to see what happens so it could be done and gone after it happens no grudges, no held back aggression. Just release and forgetting it ever happened.

Shinratsu nodded, sagely. "Yeah...probably for the best. I don't know how well we can do this...but we'll have to..."

"AND YOU JUST ******** LET HIM PASS!!!!" Roared a voice.

Shin sighed (expression: =_=''). "...try." Cripes. He had been quite certain he operated the damned radio correctly...or did Gig rig it. Che. The latter was probably the truth.

Shin huffed. "What am I supposed to do? Tell the Kage he's not allowed in a part of his own village?" An eyebrow raised, as Shin deadpanned into his radio. And, as infuriating as it was... The reasoning was reasonable.

Mutterings aside... "Besides, it could've been under executive privileges." The Mizukage back in his home village certainly did whatever he pleased and most of the time, for minor activities, if the places that were graced with the Kage's presence filed a complaint for certain unpaid fees, the Council would generally take care of the matter (a little unhappily but taking care of them nonetheless)...though most of the time, the places visited were too happy having the Kage anyways and don't even care about the fees anymore...

The kunai was a fairly unique weapon in the world at large but in the smaller world of ninja, it was merely a tool of the trade. Much the same way as a painter and his brush are never separate for long, neither are a ninja and his kunai. Even high ranking ninja who specialize in certain weapons still have a kunai or two tucked away for those ‘just in case’ situations. It’s a status symbol just as much as it is a tool to save your life. However, it felt weird to be using this tool, this friend of survival for something that could easily make him…well…handicapped. He was sure the cat didn’t mean for him to apply enough pressure to completely pierce his hand but at the same time... this was Etna... he could only imagine what fresh hells she'd unleash on him if he didn't complete this.

Hell, there was no promise that even if he DID complete it she wouldn't unless some horror on him to make it harder. Either way, it was a no win situation.

The kunai was chilled to his hand. Not ice, just the chill of metal. He wasn't really aware of this most times but now, with his mind truly focused on the item, it was on the front of his mind. The blade glistened in the small slits of light that filtered into the dojo's hollowed halls and reflected the light in all manor of directions. The next biggest notice he bore of this kunai was the tip. It was sharp... well that seemed pretty obvious but, at this kind of hold, it was somethings that was even more noticeable than normal. He took deep breaths and looked to it. It was a testament to its creator to be sure.

Taking a few more deep breaths, the boy began to gather his chakra into his hands to repel the feeling of the piercing kunai in his hand.

Sakeme continued to think this all through to herself. She imagined a dark figure of a person and an aura of blue, or as the cat used...red, around the person. Watching it flare, she controlled the image in her mind and make it get closer and darker until it formed a thing, but dark blue color around the person. Itstaid of flaring as it did before, it was controlled and smooth. Her facial features became calmer now as she was finally getting the hang of what this was supposed to be.

Zephyr sweatdropped.

"Really, Yuuko-hime...there's no need to come along... Besides..." He coughed. "You need to tuck chiisai-hime in bed, right?"

Said leader of Hyuuga glared at her sensei...currently in his child form again and had (forced) poor Shika to carry him.

"I trust Ayame to care for my daughter." She said, bluntly. "But I do not trust you...unsupervised...on your nightly ventures."

A weak attempt at protesting. "But Shika's here!"

An elegant eyebrow raised. "Shika?" She scoffed. "He's hardly volunteering to come along out of free will." Yokou had a point. The poor Nara looked as...well...

"But I thought you hated heavy metal music!"

"I do. But I don't ever recall you saying you liked them either..." Her eyes narrowed. "Or was telling me about attending a concert a mere ploy to wreck more havoc...?"

Hah!? She had so little faith in him!??

The child's cheeks puffed. "I wanted to see something new! Once..." His currently fragiledolllike frame slumped, just a little. "Because...when we go back to Konoha...it won't be allowed...right..."

It wasn't a question.

"..."

A long silence.

"...all right."

The momentary sadregretfullook instantly became sunny again. And the same said child pointed at the ticket booth.

"Okie dokie! Yuuko-hime can pay!"

Yokou suddenly had the gnawing feeling/inkling/realization that perhaps she had just been duped...

...

Many minutes later, Yokou glared at the the two behind her.

...

Those tickets - being last minute ones sold - were certainly not cheap. Perhaps it was instinct having once managed Konoha's finance...but anyhow, that part of her mourned instantly the loss of so much money in such a short time and for such a stupid purpose.

Stupid, stupid Sensei...

A little distracted once more, she watched as the boy started his exercise... the second part to this lesson, she assumed. He was supposed to stab himself? Wasn't that a little... dangerous? He may not loose a hand doing that but he'd probably go handicapped or soemthing. Then she rem, embered that a lot of training delt with worse risks... like death. She'd never delt with that risk before, but... she was sure she would in the near future. She just had to work her way up there now...

After picturing the images from before in her mind, over and over along with repeating what Etna had said about it, Sakeme felt like she had finally grasped what she needed to do. Looking over at the boy who was already starting the next part, she turned to Shuiro, gave her a nod and pulled out a kunai of her own. "Alright, I understand it now... I want to try it too..." She looked over to the cat as if asking permission to continue on with the lesson. She wasn't really a member of their group, but... she was starting to feel a part of it anyways.

"Nyaaa!" Shizuka screamed as her ears began ringing as her sensei yelled at them. Will this mean she'll earn another smack to the face by her sensei? "It's an awkward moment to tell a kage that he doesn't belong some where...but...a mission is a mission, even if our Kage is an immature person who thinks he could make our lives a living hell." She dragged her sentence on with one breath as she began walking to Shinratsu's position. "Coming over right now to try to find our Kage..."

Then it hit him, like a ton of bricks. He might've remembered to disconnect the 'speak to Giglamesh' link earlier...but Shizuka didn't! No wonder the Jounin overheard their conver-... He froze, catching sight of a particular trio... s**t. s**t s**t s**t. Shin swore something in Chinese into his radio. Lady Luck was truly a fickle creature indeed...and she appears to hate him today, or as usual for the matter. He really didn't need to deal with this twice in one damned night...

"Here, brat." Muttered Shika, holding the tickets. Or for that matter...holding Zephyr, who was in his usual child form, who in turn was waving three tickets in front of the poor, aggravated pale-haired boy's face. "Three tickets. Didn't think we'll have a surly brat as ushering guard though..." Mumbled the Nara.

Shin sighed, before carefully scrutinizing them. Genuine at least... Well. They had followed 'acceptable' lines. But somehow, he got just a - very - bad feeling allowing one of them in particular in... His pale blue eyes landing briefly on the cheerful form of the Hokage - pretending to be a kid again (he noted with displeasure) - before he finally gave up, handing (shoving) three ugly orange wristbands forth.

"Have a splendid evening!" Shin growled, as the raven-haired "child" took them with a grin.
