Neitsabes Neit looked a little intrigued and then tapped his lips with his index finger. "Well, I'm sure you won't become a stronger medium by just laying around and not confronting spirits. A true medium requires to have gone through some spiritual pain before she can truly become a master". As he said those wise words, not only his tone changed, but his voice did to. It was as if a master medium said that through Neit. Though he doubted any one could have sensed the slight change since his voice was only slightly changed. ((must go eat, promise to be back soon whee )) (( Okie dokie. )) Her eyes sparkled with inspiration after hearing those words, even if it wasn't a big long speech. This man sure was wise, but it made her want to know more about him. What was his occupation, what does he do? Is he a medium like herself? "Well, yeah.. the previous night, I went out for a walk with Bertram in the Barton forest to look around for wandering, evil spirits, and it was a full moon, too. Unfortunately, a werewolf attacked us.. and.. ah, sorry, I don't know why I started to talk about that. I must be boring you." Two will-o'-wisps, the same ones that appeared before her on the night of the werewolf attack.. which was last night, popped out of no where. They floated over to the medium, their flame-like forms flickering gracefully.

"A werewolf eh?" The man said, putting his fists on his waist and doing a brave pose. "Those things are always a bother, and it's obvious that would happen in the forest, but not a mansion" Neit stated, nodding and closing his eyes as he said it.
Indeed he was eager to go in that mansion. Why he didn't want to go alone was a mystery. Instead he convinced himself he was just curious to see the medium in action.

"Yeah.. It was really stupid of me, but I've learned my lesson." Ikue let out a small sigh. "I just discovered another part of my abilities last night--these two will-'o-wisps 'ere. I have no idea where they came from (Ikue is unaware that they're a part of her), yet I feel connected to them. They helped me kill the werewolf, and with Bertram's help too. These will o wisps can take the form of a bow and arrow, but maybe there's more to them.."
"I haven't performed an exorcism yet, though.. and I'm still wondering how I'm gonna perform one. I think chanting out religious prayers and such is a bit lame."

He smiled at her, sensing what those two wisps are. He had so many senses, it was almost impossible to keep something secret from him. "Well, mayeb you should just say words that'll calm the spirit and make him get out, it's basically what the prayers do, but those hurt the spirit. A good part of being a medium is being a mediator" Neit said with a slight slip of voice.

The ancient being paused, but kept the smile on his face. My, she is a curious one He thought in his complex mind. "Well, you can say that I've been around for a long time, so I've met many people, including mediums" The man said without shame.
He wouldn't have revealed that he was immortal in a normal situation where he would try to be stealthy, but this place didn't seem to mind that much.

This man speaks like an old person. It took her a moment to guess that this guy wasn't a normal human being, but some being with an extremely long life-span. Ikue remained silent for a short while, not knowing what else to say. She wasn't very good at starting up conversations. "Um.. so.. what're you up to?"

"Well, not much, I'm just alittle disapointed since I heard a lot was happening in this place" He stated with that constant smile and facial expression. He only spoke the truth when he said that, not one fight since he's been in here, just rude comments.

"Same with me.." Ikue blinked, wondering what Neit meant when he said there was a lot going on around here. It didn't really seem like it, but it was probably occuring in places where she's forbidden to go, or something. "I don't know what to do today.. Maybe wander around the fifty floors of this hotel, but I'm not sure if I'd detect any evil spirit here."

Neit sighed, seeing the girl would probably never go inside the mansion. "Maybe you should just wander outside or something, honestly, I can sense so many uneasy souls it's not funny...Thoough most of the are from the haunted house." He stated, putting both his arms on his neck, taking a relaxed pose.
My was he anxious to go in that mansion. He hoped the medium would risk something and go there, but he could sense uncertainty and a little fear from deep inside her, unless that was just her being prudent.

"..." Ikue thought to herself, a slight worried look on her face. It would probably be like what happened last night, with the werewolf incident. "I'd go wander around, or go inside the mansion, but.. I may get in trouble." The medium didn't like to get into, or cause any trouble for anyone at all, especially when it results in being scolded or something. She was a sensitive person, though, she really didn't like to admit it, but she felt that she'd disappoint this man if she decided not to go into the haunted place.
