I can't wait till the snow days start rolling in. Last year we had about a week more out than the public schools did because the Turks (who make up the majority of my school's administration) don't like the cold too much.
On another note, I'm very curious about otherworld travel and how it happens in the context of Hellenismos.

In one of those fun effects of being involved in paganism and feminism at once, the slur aspects of the g~ word have come up on my feminist mailing list, and I got a link to a cool bookish thing.
I share.

While the documentation is of quality and I agree with much of Hancock's positions, I do note that where he comments on the evidence, he tends to mix his personal feelings in without making such clear. This is in part due to his involvement with other Rroma Rights groups wherein his opinion is considered fact. Other than that- it is a wonderful book.

Well- lesson learned.
Tea sticks to DAing because if it is actually something she cares about she looses her objectivity to the point where she can't always think clearly especially when frustrated by dilo. ~le sigh~

*stares outward* I have every calender I know I spread out around me, while I try to figure out a ritual calendar for the year.
This is hard. Makes me wish I could settle myself with a wheel of the year or something.
