Robert Wood was just reaching for another pumpkin pasty when he heard a rather loud pop down the table. He watched as a Hufflepuff girl jumped in surprise at the sound, which had come from somewhere around her, and smiled as he saw a Slytherin laying in a mass of sleeping bags not too far away. The boy was rolling around with laughter at his prank, as the stunned Hufflepuff was rained upon by confetti. A harmless prank, it seemed, and so Robert, still smiling, grabbed the pumpkin pasty he had been reaching for, and started happily devouring it.

Crystal returns from the bathroom, no longer smoking. She quietly returns to her spot and stares at her pie. She takes out her wand and prods it suspiciously, obviously not trusting the other students not to have tampered with it in her absence. (I'm sure you'll get it James, already prefect. Plus I haven't applied and probably won't.)

dont worry i didnt get around to messing with your pie although that would have been a great way to play another prank
try the spell Specialis Revelio it will show whats hidden or magical about something

"Specialis revelio" she says, prodding with her wand. Nothing happens. She licks some pie off the tip of her wand and sparks fly out of it, making her laugh.

Annette stood up, not realizing that she had fallen asleep. She walked over to the tables and started to cover croissants with chocolate and frosting. She stuck one in her mouth and walked back to her sleeping bag.

hehe time to make people blind with color
*points wand at cieling and floors and walls and shouts something that sounds like jibberish and the whole castle turns into a rainbow strobelight while all the best dub steps start blaring from all the walls the lights changing color with the music*
