Simply because DV tells Ben he is anakin. Not to mention, reputation probably proceeded their meeting.
I mean, Who else would still be alive and pwning jedi besides the emperor, and is also "the chosen one"?
Of course, my theory is they shared one of them sacred "jedi bonds" i read about somewhere.
And your first statement is false. Yoda, Obi-wan, Bail, and several polis massans knew.

Could none of the doctors tell with their advanced technology that it was babIEs and not BabY? And could Anakin not sense two lifeforms?

Cale Darksun Polis Massa is kind of a rat hole aint it? Its a large asteroid in a belt. But it houses a hospital. I almost considered sending you there, but multiple outlaws on a rock just didn't seem plausible.
