It's not that I mind seeing a version without the stuff, it's the fact that people try and edit things to the way they want it.
I didn't want Anakin Solo or Chewie to die, but I didn't sit there and write a new Vector Prime or SbS. Personally, I learned to live with it until the EU retcons it somehow.

I read about the death of Anakin Solo in my "Essential guide to characters, weapons and ships" book. Or whatever it's called.
Pretty handy little book...well it's actually not-so-little...but...whatever.

You know what? I thought of something. I'm very glad, what with redubbing Boba Fett's voice with the guy who played Jango in Ep. II that Darth Fatass didn't have the nerve to do the same with the Stormtroopers. Especially since, canonically, most of them shown in certain parts of the movie would be Jango clones.

Not technically. See, around the end of the Clone War, and the dawn of the New Order, Palps decided to use alternate cloning templtes, for added variety. So instead of bazillions of Jangos, there were now bazillions of other people too. Then there was the Kamino Rebellion, after which I believe the cloning facilities were shut down and they resorted to Spaarti Cylinders, which if you may recall from HttE, caused Clone Madness.

Ok, I get it. Good, it seems my worry was groundless. (However it's not likely that Lucas even knows that the Stormtroopers aren't all Jangos, so what the hey?)
