'greeblies' is a term used to describe the random plastic and metal bits they slap onto guns and scale models.

if you mean for the Charric, then it means a visible electromagnetic wave carries the particle discharge to the opponent (as oposed to a simple chemical discharge having to propel it).
Basically your gun's ammo goes downrange faster than a blaster bolt.
You'll need a hydrogen cell as opposed to a blaster gas cartidge but other than that it works the same as a blaster.
