After a while of looking around, Kaya headed to the front desk. "Excuse me, Miss." he said as he rang the customer bell on the countertop.
The sound drew the attention of the service rep. behind the counter, who quickly approached him with a smile. "Hello, sir. How can I help you?" she asked sweetly.
"Nothing huge, just wondering if the owner happens to be here today." he asked.
"Of course. He's usually working the floor but lately he seems to be out having promotions for beginning trainers from Sandgem." she explained with a sweet smile. "But he's actually here today, getting a few more supplies for his next run. Would you like to speak with him?" she asked.
"Yes, I would." Kaya replied, nothing patiently as he listening, honestly not caring in the least for the long winded answer.

Sol followed her friend, amused. She was so childish- that much was obvious. "Besides," she said, using her long stride to catch up to the other, "surely we didn't come here just for you to relax on a couch." The security guards' eyes followed them even after they had left, making her inwardly wince. It was also obvious Sammy didn't care what anyone else thought, while Sol was the exact opposite. She definitely cared.
Orion padded after her, looking over at Squirt. "Is your trainer always so....weird?" he asked in the typical pokemon language. His eyes flickered to Sammy curiously.

Squirt looked over at Orion, about to answer, when Ongaku suddenly popped out of his pokeball. "I believe so; she is rather strange," he stated in pokemon language, floating a bit above the ground. Squirt growled a bit, mad that he had been interrupted.

Sol rolled her eyes. "They make poketchs, not couches," she reminded her. "So maybe, just maybe, they'd rather you look at their OWN things? Rather than sit around on things they bought?" Suprisingly, she had not yet noticed Ongaku's sudden appearance. Probably the better for her- she wasn't comfortable around legendaries.
Orion glanced at Ongaku and bowed his head slightly- it was customary to give proper respect to legends in his family. His cool tone didn't change a bit when he looked up and the blue-and-pink empath. "If that's the case, why did you appear to her?" the charmander questioned curiously.

Squirt looked up at Ongaku, obviously not liking him very much. Ongaku smiled a bit at Orion, also bowing his head. "Some things just can't be explained," he answered. Sensing Squirt's discomfort, he sighed and returned himself. "Thank ARCEUS for that..." He muttered, folding his arms.

Sol threw her hands up in the air. "Why do I even bother?" she asked in a overly-dramatic voice. She lowered her hands rather quickly, not wanting attention, and began looking around for something else to do. Preferably something Sammy wouldn't destroy in some form or another. Or embarrass them in.
Orion smiled at the mesprit's mysterious and vague explanation, or rather, lack of one. He glanced over to Squirt mischievously. "Don't like him?"

After a while, the President of the company happened to arrive at the front desk. Kaya perked up and walked over to him.
"Hello." the older man greeted as he shook Kaya's hand. "How can I help such a regal looking young man, such as yourself?" he asked politely.
Kaya giggled as he blushed slightly. "Flattery will get you nowhere, sir. I'm engaged." he said softly before he cleared his throat and spoke again. "Actually, I'm interested in your Poketchs, but I was wondering, do they support the functions of the PokeNav, from Hoenn?" he asked.
The President nodded to Kaya's response and listened to his question. "What do you mean by that?" he asked. "Which functions are we referring to here?" he asked, hoping the silver haired man would clarify.
"I'm referring to the communication links that the PokeNav supports." Kaya responded simply.
"Ah, no, I'm afraid it doesn't." the President replied at that. "However, I can get my team working on that immediately. I'm sure that an application like that would make our tools even more invaluable to trainers." the man responded. "Would you like to get one anyway, and I'll be sure and contact you as soon as we finish developing that application?" he asked.
"Yes, actually." Kaya replied. "Can I get one in gold?" he asked, curious. "Red and blue, really aren't my colors anymore." he remarked with a small laugh, not caring that only Chloe and Brayden would know what he meant anymore.

"I don't know..." Orion began good naturedly, smiling at his friend. "Must have been the whole 'Thank Arceus" thing, but I could be wrong."

Sammy nodded, turning her attention back to the Poketch building for a moment. Someone had walked out, yet she was surprised that it wasn't a guard out to get them. She smiled a bit, thrusting her fist upwards. "Yay! Training time!" she yipped excitedly. Squirt just stared at Orion for a minute, then just shook his head while sighing, although that was indeed the thing that had given him away.

Noticing Sammy's attention divert for a moment, her own eyes flickered to follow the man who had just walked out and was now heading...east? Shrugging slightly, she turned back to see a budew waddle out. Her eyes sharpened with interest, and she flipped open her pokedex and began scanning it. She knew what its evolved form was- a roserade- and though she didn't normally like grass-types, roserade and budew were one of the few she did like. But...she still did want a shinx to be her first caught- that or a ghost type like misdreavus or gastly. Not to mention it took a while to get such a timid pokemon as budew to trust you. She sighed. Well, more experience for Orion, she guessed.
"Ember," she said quietly. Orion nodded, shooting fiery embers into the budew's face. It squeaked and ran off- obviously it didn't want to deal with the fire-type.

Sammy looked over at Sol as she easily defeated the pokemon. Sammy noticed, now, that a Kricketot had taken interest in her. "EEEEEEEEEP!!" She cried, her face growing pale as she leaped away. It was obvious that she was scared of bugs. Sammy released Domino, her face hidden behind her hair. "TACKLE!" She cried. The Shinx raced forth and did so, knocking the Kricketot backwards.
