 Sukkubus has RPing rights over Prima, however any major decisions such as change of ownership or lifemate must be approved by both owners. Both owners have full sig/display rights. Sukkubus has full mate choosing & basket rights to Prima's first breeding. Kamiki has full mate choosing & basket rights to Prima's second breeding. If there is a third breeding to be done, Kamiki and Sukkubus will consider the agreement at the time. RP and breeding rights may be turned over to one sole owner if an inactive owner has not posted on Gaia for a minimum of 3 months, and attempts to contact the other owner have gone unanswered. Upon the inactive owner's return to Gaia (if ever), the ownership agreement will be reworked at that time. *and just FYI in case if ever comes up: Sukkubus and Kamiki were given Prima fro ELF who won him in a thread givaway

Gaian* user CuterThanYou (DOB 5/20/2005), henceforth represented as Party "C", has hereby established a binding relationship agreement with Gaian user Skye Starrfyre (DOB 03/15/2004), henceforth to be referred to as Party "S" over the dispute and legal rights to ownership over one Magus Soquili, a Gaian Pet** (DOB 07/17/2007), whose coloration and editing is credited to one Gaian user Ameh (DOB 11/23/2003), as well as lineart is credited to one Gaian user Leelakin (DOB 10/29/2003); shop ownership in current possession of one Gaian user Sirenz (DOB 10/30/2003).
Concerning the ability to "roleplay" said "Magus", Gaian pet, ownership and control should fall under the jurisdiction and power of Party "S", while separate Party "C" has no jurisdictional rights over "out-of-character" (also known as "OOC") roleplaying nor jurisdictional rights over "in-character" (also known as "IC") roleplaying in reference to said "Pet" 's personality, occupation, emotions, words, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera concerning one "Magus" the Soquili. Should Party "S" ever abandon said "role-playing" over one Magus the Soquili, Party "C" shall still have no rights or control of power over said "role-playing" rights until the time comes that Party "S" wishes to relinquish such powers to Party "C", and at that point in time, either Party will draw up a new agreement contract concerning said powers that both Party "S" and Party "C" will confirm to agree to before any power will be transferred from one to the other.
Concerning the reproduction capabilities of one "Magus" the Soquili, both Party "S" and Party "C" will have equally shared rights in the decision of which "mare" pet owned by a third Party owner that one "Magus" the Soquili shall attempt to breed with to produce either 2 or 3 "baskets". Neither Party "S" nor Party "C" will make the decision without first consulting and agreeing with the decision of the opposing party, as both Party "S" and Party "C" will have to verify the agreement in said "Mates/Permission Listing" "thread" found in the "Breeding Thickets" "forum" in one "Soquili Services" "guild". Ownership of baskets are sorted as followed:
I. In the event of "Magus"'s first "breeding", should the breeding produce two "baskets", Party "S" shall be the first to receive one of the two "baskets", while the mare who had "bred" with "Magus", shall receive the second "basket". Either party involved are free to lay claim of ownership on their choice of "basket", and should they decide to freely give or draw up an agreement with a fellow user over ownership of said "basket" they are certainly allowed to as it is their given right in regards to ownership of the first breeding.
a. Should three "baskets" be produced from said first "breeding", then both Party "C" and Party "S", as well as the third Party owner contributing her mare to the breeding, shall decide to where the ownership of the third "basket" will lie and produce a mutual agreement as to the new owner of the third "basket". Should Party "C" receive the ownership of the third "basket", then details for the second "breeding" shall be voided and will duplicate the decision created for the event of the third "breeding".

In the event that either Party "C" or Party "S" are declared legally 'deceased' in terms of "Real Life" (also known as "RL") or "Gaia-wise" (in regards to abandonment of their free Gaian account and have failed to post within a year using said account), pet "Magus" shall continued to be owned by the deceased owner and living owner, unless listed otherwise in a form of Will or Testimony stating otherwise for either party's decision. However, should Party "C" find herself deceased, Party "S" will continue to have any and all rights to "roleplaying" pet "Magus" but can not make breeding decisions without the cooperation and agreement to Party "C"'s disembodied spirit (also known as "Ghost"), in which physical proof of agreement shall be required. Should Party "S" find herself deceased, Party "C" will have no rights over "roleplaying" unless specified in an earlier made written agreement between her and Party "S". Even with physical proof from Party "S"'s disembodied spirit will not be acceptable towards revising the rights of ownership to "Magus"'s "roleplaying" rights. However, should Party "S"'s disembodied spirit agree to consent and provide physical proof of agreement, Party "C" may have rights to enter "Magus" in a "breeding raffle" of her choice in hopes to "breed" said pet, as well as Party "S" receive rights in a vice versa situation. Either party involved are free to lay claim of ownership on their choice of "basket", and should they decide to freely give or draw up an agreement with a fellow user over ownership of said "basket" they are certainly allowed to as it is their given right in regards to ownership of the breeding. No disembodied spirit shall have the rights to lay claim on any or all future "baskets", and forfeit their right to do so when they first enter their state of being deceased.
This is hereby the final agreement of ownership of pet "Magus" between Party "C", also known as "CuterThanYou" and Party "S", also known as "Skye Starrfyre". Should either party wish to revise said agreement, it is to be noted in this thread and agreed upon by their fellow co-owner before any revision is allowed to take place. This Co-Ownership is between TheMadHatter and Skye Starrfyre for the following basket and Soquili that will come out of it:  Both TheMadHatter and Skye Starrfyre share signature rights. This gives both the right to put the basket/Soquili into their sig at any given time in any sort of image
Both TheMadHatter and Skye Starrfyre share RP rights; both IC and OOC. This gives both the right to accept RP offers/invitations from other Soquili owners to RP both IC (In Character) and OOC (Out Of Character)
- TheMadHatter must inform Skye Starrfyre of any RPs that she is in so that they may be logged in her teepee.
