Tambre's first reaction was to completely dismiss the fact that she had injured herself. It hadn't helped that she was still seething with anger and those feelings hadn't even started to calm down yet. "I'm fine." She snapped, even though it was clear she wasn't, her hand was the least of her worries. When Bridgette reached for her hand, she jerked it away, not wanting someone to dote on her quite yet but she eventually gave in, though hesitantly.

She gritted her teeth as Bridgette spoke, trying hard to not lash out. It wasn't Bridgette she was angry at in the first place, but it was hard for her to keep her emotions in check right now. "I'll wait, for now. Maybe they'll come to their goddamn senses! But if they don't, they aren't going to like me. I don't like being a prisoner..." She couldn't bring her eyes to focus on Bridgette, not liking her seeing her this way, but she couldn't help it if these fiends decided to keep her from her children there would be hell to pay.

Bridgette frowned a bit when Tambre said she was fine. She knew that was a lie but then again if the roles were reversed she'd have done the same thing. She smiled softly at her friend knowing she would probably be worse than Takbre if she had been injured and Tambre was trying to tend to her. She wasn't about to let her friend avoid the issue. She kept reaching out for that hand unlit Tambre finally if not totally happy about it gave in. She gently took the hand in her hands and took the gauze off. She very gently and carefully inspected it then took out some antiseptic she had brought with her and cleaned the wounds with it. After that she rewrapped the wounds. She made sure to be very gentle and careful with what she did. She didn't know much about medical aid in the field like Tambre did but she did know how to tend to a fist that had hit a wall. She kept hold of the hand for a bit longer wanting to give Tambre some comfort and take some form the contact. She let the hand go after a bit and watched Tambre.

She felt terrible her friend was so angry and she felt her own anger but there was no point for it right now. All it would do would freak everyone out. Right now people needed food and sleep. She nodded and smiled a little bit. "Thank you Tambre. It means a lot that you'd listen to me even if for just a bit." She nodded her head. "I know. They won't like me either if these people try to keep us here. My scary face isn't just for looks." She kept her eyes on Tambre worried about her friend. She wanted to give her a hug but with how Tambre had reacted to her trying to take the hand it would probably be recieved poorly. She grabbed a plate and put some food on it then held the plate out the plate to Tam. "Here we will both need our strength of things go badly." She placed a cup of tea next to Tambre too and waited really worried. She just wanted to comfort Tamber and stuff but that wouldn't go over well.

Nashira looked around as they walked, and tried to take in all of what she saw. She didn't have much of a chance to, though, since as soon as food was mentioned, her mind was instantly on eating. She hadn't realized how hungry she was. But it made sense. She hadn't really eaten since breakfast, save for a handful of trail mix. When she saw the spread of food, she was impressed, and couldn't help but pile up a large plate with a little bit of everything offered, wanting to try everything this village had to offered. When she had filled her plate, she looked around for her friends. She spotted Callixtus, and soon Bebe joined him, so she came to join them as well, sitting beside the pink neko.

"I would love to look around tomorrow as well." She said, looking at Bebe. I do hope that we get a chance to explore. I think it would be fun." She said softly to the other girl, before addressing Callixtus. "Do you feel better now?" She was still worried for him since he had been injured too. After a little bit, she had finished off her food, and just sat back, thinking about the events of the day.

"I'm glad I came on this trip." She mused softly. "Even though this situation is not ideal." After all, if she hadn't come, she wouldn't have met these wonderful people. Nadinia, Samhain, Callixtus, Bebe, Azure, Patches, Harley... Everyone she had met was so wonderful. She looked up at everyone, and spotted Harley walking aimlessly.

"Harley. How are you holding up?" she had seemed so frightened after speaking to the elders. "Will you join us?" She didn't know if Bebe and Callixtus had met the hybrid yet.

He was glad Tomoe was allowed to stay with them, and that everyone seemed to want ]to keep him safe. Seeing as that Tomoe had been drawn off by others and Harley disappeared somewhere he was finally by himself. As the elders walked them to their destination he felt a pang of sadness. He would have loved exploring the village in other circumstances. He would have loved learning about their healing magic, and their architecture was lovely and different. However he hardly payed it much attention as he followed the group in a subdued manner. In fact before he knew it everything was just sleepy blackness. Good Salem could deal with the world for a while… he just… didn’t want to.

Salem sighed as he was in control of the body again. Well he supposed he should have seen it coming. Still it was time to find a nice corner and read for a while. They were stuck in the house and Samhain didn’t want to try anything. He’d get his other self back home to see Lace. Almost on autopilot he took a couple of things he thought Dublin might like and after finding a corner pulled the flitterat out of his bag. He swore the little guy could sleep through anything. Now if only he could get through the night with out another one of those mishaps like what happened with Callixtus and Bebe.

For Gaius, it was far more favorable that they were being taken into the village with Tomoe, seeing as their attempts to save the guys life had ended up buying them some more time. Where there was chance for discussion, possible change to normal results was now in play. Taking in what little he could of the new surroundings they were escorted to, it continued to take on that ethereal, mystical sort of vibe. It was intriguing! His little familiars would peek about too, the birds on his shoulder twitching and cocking their heads for a full view around them, while the salamanders let their tiny, beady eyes peer out from the warm pockets they were nestled in.

Inside their new living accommodations, the mutant was completely pleased with what was offered to them. But he wasn't much of a complainer, nor was he picky. A roof, food, and somewhere to sleep? hey that's all that mattered! Eyeballing the food as well, just like Ghester, his little critters all seemed to perk up too, showing their clear desire for the feast that was left out. His wings twitched from the hug he was graced with from the geist, making him chuckle lightly, and ever so gently return the gesture, patting her back, "I think you did a fine job as well. Looks like we turned things in our favor." he grinned, if not ever so slightly in a smug kind of fashion. In all honesty... he was sure that there was no chance Tomoe was going to face the sharp end of the axe. At least not with the force of the group he was with, and how strongly they stood against the customs that were normal in this culture.

Maybe it was disrespectful, but... the butting heads of morals was acceptable given certain situations.

Slowly eyeing the food again, he mulled for just a moment on the geist's question, before smiling at her, "I'll help you find a place, and then get some food for these little ones." his head tipped faintly in the direction of the creatures he sported. But seeing the grimm return with an abundance of food, he wasn't so sure he needed to go back for more!

Bebe smiled up at Nashira as she approached, patting a spot next to her. Grinning when she agreed to her plans, she nodded and turned back to her food. "Yeah, it's gonna... it's gonna be great, this is totally great," she said, a little over-eagerly, trying to convince herself as much as her friends. As Nashira and Callixtus spoke to one another, she stared fixedly at the piece of fruit in her hand, putting all her attention towards keeping herself together. When Callixtus addressed her once more, her head snapped up to look over at him. She blinked for a moment, her ears twitching, trying to remember what he'd said through her trance. "Oh, I, yes... yes, this is warm enough," she lied, pulling her own fluffy coat closer to her. The room should have been sufficiently warm for her, but for now everything felt cold and foreign. But she couldn't show that weakness, she couldn't let herself fall apart and let the panic come out, especially after everyone had said how mature and brave she was. Instead she put all her attention into slowly eating away her fruit, her eyes fogging over slightly.

Harley's ears swivled to the sound of her name being called. She turned to meet Nashira's gaze and she nodded slightly. She wasn't really sure how to deal right now. There weren't really any sensations at that moment. She felt numb to what was going on around her and words seemed more muffled than ever before, but she was sure a nod would do for whatever her friend had asked.

She mad a her way over to Nashira and her friends, slowly but surely. She wasn't really sure if she should introduce herself and decided that she just needed to sit and try to listen and focus on something, rather than drifting into her thoughts and fears. She wrapped her tail around herself, placing it in her lap as she sat as close to Nashira as possible without touching her. Soon everyone would be asleep if their tiredness won the battle over their worry.
