She's letting her frustrations over being left out of the loop influence her opinions. She obviously doesn't know about Alice and Lune, though she's figured out someone else is there based on Cae's comments, and has the strong feeling that Chef might show up but not for the reasons he actually is. Poor Chef she actually thought about spiking his plate of pasta with edible glitter, used for cupcakes and cookies, from the baking supplies just because she's overly frustrated about being left in the kitchen with little explanation as to why. Plus, because she doesn't spend too much time around the manor to begin with she's only seen one side of Caelen and that's formed this opinion she has of him being this type that is all about order and doing things in a proper and structured way.

@ Thread: Once again I've gone a bit long with my post and for that I apologize but man the back story.

Okay so yes I apologize for the length of my last post but no I don't apologize for Aylin being so mad that she wasn't allowed to greet Chef (she doesn't know for sure he was coming but she has a very good feeling he'd show up at the manor that night) that she'd actually entertain thoughts of taking her anger out on him by actually considering using edible glitter for things like cupcakes and cookies as Parmesan cheese on a plate of pasta for him. Aylin's that ticked and confused over something she's probably blowing out of proportion because she's too concerned about the Alliance's role in things in Barton Town matters. Plus, she has the feeling Caelen is keeping things from her and with her insane curiosity Aylin hates being kept out of the loop. Aylin's been one of those types from childhood that has to know everything about everything not because she's a gossip but because she hates not knowing when there's new information to be had. It kind of eats at her when she knows someone knows about something that she should have the information on before her.

And is it weird I'm kind of working on the next morning for Aylin already because it involves her alone with Kai in a gazebo?

I haven't done too much with it yet but hopefully I can work it out that once Cree says we should all get to bed for the night I can make mine be the first post of the next day. That way anyone who wants to can decide if they want to confront her or not. I want her to pretty much be up far before most people staying in the manor. Plus, those that saw Aylin come into the manor are going to wonder just where she kept her change of clothes. xp

I already know Aylin wants to chew Cae out for everything and take it all out on him, even though she blames Chef for part of it too. I've already got my response post ready for that. Actually,for my purposes, it will work out better if she rants at him that evening out in the hall, but only AFTER Chef and Cae discover Alice is missing, but haven't told anyone. I need to have Cae be the one to break that to Aylin in order for my post to work right.

@ Chef: I'm hoping that in your next post you will be the one to open Alice's room and find she's gone and sort of just go into emotional shock and ask to be left alone in her room for a bit. That way, if everything plays out right, Aylin will be downstairs ready to jump all over Cae's rear and then I can make my counter post.

General edit: Cae doesn't really need sleep since he's a demon, but I plan to have him spend most of the night watching over Cel and checking in on Terra and Seren to make sure they are ok.

Ok, good. At this point then I'll just be waiting on your post so I can get Cae downstairs, and then things will go from there.

I think I pretty much have all her points countered as best as I can predict with my prepared post. In fact, there may just be a few surprising things in there that no one expected. It'll be interesting to see how you have her react to everything Cae will have to say.

Oh, just fair warning, it is going to be one mega heavy monologue post. One of Caelen's quirks is that he is usually a man of very few words. He's as succinct as possible most of the time. So it's a rare thing if he really has a lot to say. But, this has all been culminating since before the whole dark vortex thing, much before that, and now he just has to speak his mind.

I'll see what I can do to get a separate post for Lunette after all these other posts are done. There 's no way I can include her stuff in with this Caelen post since I'm coming up on four pages for him now.

I guess the only helpful thing I can say is that Lunette is still in that small reading room just off the foyer (I think it's the right hand side), and she's basically going to overhear the whole exchange between Aylin and Cae since she didn't close the door completely,and the door doesn't really make the room soundproof by any means.

Lunette will unfortunately decide right off that she doesn't like Aylin one bit, but will be in a bad enough mood that she just wants to get her run-in with Prim over with so she can just go to bed. So she'll leave the reading room, give Aylin a dirty look as she passes by mumbling a complaint about Prim, and then go face Prim in the kitchen.

I'd like to somehow get Caelen to ask Lunette to check on Seren since he really doesn't want to involve Cel (for reasons to be revealed in my big monologue post) and then Lunette will flip out once she see's it's Seren who needs help, since those two have kind of become fast friends, and Lunette feels responsible for what happens to Seren.

Derp edit: I should have mentioned this earlier. I'm going with the concept that Caelen and Aylin have clashed before and not seen eye to eye very well ever since they met. It's been a constant struggle between them. It's vital to his long monologue post in order for it to work the way I want it to.
