Lucius stood up and turned to leave the room. The chair decomposed and the tiles in the floor shifted back in place. As Lucius grabbed the door, he set in seal in the pre-existing engraving on the door knob. “I’m going to inspect the village. If you need me just call, I’ll hear you.” With that, Lucius walked out into the streets of Kirigakure. Looking among the mist that seemed to cling everywhere and the laughing children that ran about. A smile set on his face, he really did love this village and everything in it. However, it was now his job to make peace with those within it and to stabilize conditions at all costs.

Cecil shook his head sighing, Voldo came back almost right away. Most likely he opened his big fat mouth. He was sent there in good faith and told specifically there would be danger. Yet he acted like he was betrayed or something. Prehaps the shogun would like to take him on. "While you would maybe be right about peace not being possible as of right now, it is. They sent us the request for peace not the other way around. So we probably will have peace till the issue is dealt with. Also when they do betray us, you should know that in numbers they have us. They are stronger at the moment. However we have a trump card, the Seven swordsmen of the Mist and their swords. That will allow us the edge to make the balance of power stay balanced." He took out Kiba, the two blades of lightning to show the shogun what he meant. Then he took out a scroll that contained the rest of them.

Walking straight, the teen who stood well above six foot with a rather muscular frame walked into the building that was the Mizukage's Headquarters with nothing more than a mere smirk on his face. So. This was the fabled land of the Mist that had withstood the test of time. He had noticed an active amount of shinobi in the area but maybe this was because this was the headquarters for the main leader of the Mist, to him this was viable.
The foggy headed Shinobi walked up until he reached an desk to which he asked where he could possibly find the Mizukage of the Mist and was pointed in the right direction. Surely to the secretary, a Chuunin would be unable to hurt the Kage and would be cut down if he tried anything by the sheer amount of Shinobi in the area, but the only thing that may have struck the receptionist as odd was that he adorned a headband of the Land of Grass.
Walking silently, the Shinobi of little age and even littler experience walked to where the door of the Mizukage would be. He knocked once. . . twice. . . and a third hit from his knuckles before stepping one step back. He would await to be told to come in as he did not wish to offend the Kage of this village. It would be unwise, in his mind.

The Mizukage's palace, in all its 'glory' stood before Aydan. The throne of a lesser man ruling lesser men. Was it truly his fate that he had made his home in this place? He wondered what it would have been like if he gone with Kleine and the others to the Leaf village, but the time for such thoughts had long since passed. The nations were on the edge of war, and odd things were happening all around. It was only a matter of time now till the world would be engulfed in war and death and the weak would perish with it. He would have to train quickly if he wished to survive, and that sadly meant allying himself with the most powerful people in this village. He pushed open the main door to the building, and started walking to the Mizukage's office, following the directions given to him by a shinobi at the front door. He was surprised to see another individual standing in front of the door, knocking on it. He assumed they were both here for the same purpose, to meet the Kage.

In a blur, Lucius suddenly appeared inside of the mizukage’s office. He gave him a short nod and quickly spoke “There is someone here is from an interesting place. I need to see who it is.” Lucius wished not to offend the Mizukage or pull rank but if this shinobi was truly from the Hidden Grass Village. Lucius turned the doorknob and opened the door before seeing the towering person in front of him. Clearly over six feet tall and mostly muscle this shinobi’s physique alone brought back a memory of who he was as Lucius got a clear look at his hair and eyes. Lucius momentarily flinched as half of himself wanted to slam the door back in the young man’s face while the other half wanted to happily invite him in. The result was an awkward twitch within Lucius’s right arm that held the door open. His shocked eyes and facial features quickly recomposed themselves into a slight smile. He racked through his brain, desperately searching for the name of the towering ninja. He used to talk to him and it quickly came back to him. “Well, hello Zephyr. Long time since I last saw you, over two years in fact. I’m not the Mizukage if he’s the one you’re looking for but please, come in.” Lucius also saw another man whom he did not recognized but waved him inside as well. "A pleasure to meet you. Judging by your clothes and from what I have heard, you must be the Shogun." He stepped into the room, coming to stand in such a way that he could see both the Mizukage and the Shogun at the same time. "My name is Aydan Heiland. I came to see if there is anything I can do to aid you in any way. I naturally assume that you will be investigating the people who attacked the village and the Leaf village as well."

As requested a hawk would soon arrived outside of the window sill. Upon it's right leg would be a curled up scroll that would hold the details in response to the Mizukage's previous request: Dear Kage of the Mist,
This is Yumu Uchiha of the Leaf. It is an honor to finally speak to you but I would have hoped it would've been on better times. Unfortunately, the majority of your requests will have to find themselves denied. As for the eyes of my people, I will have to deny you. Though it is true that my Clan utilizes the abilities of Katon, should our jutsu have been utilized in the murder there would have been no corpse for you to find. We are, after all, no the only individuals that can cultivate the various abilities of fire manipulation. Do not have such myopic views on this situation.
To your second request once again I must unfortunately deny your request for the individual that came to our gates. Due to their actions, they were executed. Lastly, as for marriage, that would be up to the individual. I believe that it can only be fair if both villages acquire an individual to be unionized for peace.
These are my responses and counter-requests to your own. I can understand if they cannot be met to complete an alliance but I would say that we should make peace. My village tends to their duties, and yours-your own. We keep to ourselves and do no interfere nor pose harm to each other. This would be a request for peace rather than an alliance.
I hope you may see reason in this proposal and may our villages prosper.

Cecil watched the ninja in interest, two of them were new to him. Right when he was about to speak, a hawk landed outside his window. He got up and opened his window and took the message from the hawks leg. He went back to his desk and read said letter. Not surprising what he read, not in the least. What the leaf didn't know was that he was using that letter of peace as a way to gauge there strength. Of course he couldn't get any numbers or any such thing, he could however determine that the leaf was confident that they could deny all but one request and then add one for them as well. It didn't seem like much but to the right mind it told a whole story. There was no reason for the leaf to bluff and by sending this letter, Cecil had no gauged that the leaf most likely believed themselves to be stronger. "I believe the Shogun would like to have a look at this letter, am I correct in assuming so? As for the new faces, welcome to the Mist, I am Cecil Raiken the Mizukage. You have already met the Shogun so no introduction needed on that part. Also Lucius, we need to send three ninja on a mission dealing with the attack on our village. New information has made its way to me, and ninja must be sent out immediately. Three will do, two Jounin and one Sannin or higher. My suggestions are Riri Hoshigaki, one of the Seven Swordsman of the Mist Kasumo Hoshigaki, and the former Grass Kage Kya." With that he waited for a response.

Kya had been on her way up to stir up some chaos in the office of the kage anyway when he mentioned she was a reccomendation for a mission. She walked in, swagger in her step as usual and a smile playing across her lips as she looked at Cecil like he was a slab of meat. He wanted to send her out on a mission? Well that was fine. Perhaps she could gauge the worth of the people around her more easily if she led a few shinobi out on a mission. Her ears perked up at the mention of the seven swords, and again at the mention of Kasumo. She bit her lip a bit, remembering she'd begun to put the work down on that girl before. Kya would take a seat and cross her legs, looking up at Cecil and posturing herself as if one with power. In her mind, negotiations had begun though very little was there to be bargained for. Still she had a predilection to grasping for power, most of which she already had enough of. Until such a time as when she could obtain the power of a god she would need a few things to slake her thirst.
A mission hmm? she began with a velvety voice. What information do you have that is prompting you to send someone of my level of power out? The question, though rhetorical in nature due to the way she seemed to muse while asking it, would still warrant an answer which she expected to receive. At any rate. Though her plans for the Mist village would eventually pit her against Cecil, at the current moment there was no reason to be anything less than respectful and gracious to the current leader. Above all else Kya would pay back a debt of gratitude with this mission while making a play for power at the same time, and she was giddy with excitement for seeing Kasumo again.

It seemed readily apparent that the higher-ups in this village had more important things on their plates then dealing with new shinobi, but it irked Aydan all the same. All the Mizukage did was introduce himself before brushing him to the side. No orders, no mission, no task that needed doing, just a quick hello and introduction. A sudden click, clack, click, clack approached within the room and before long, a male approached to who Zephyr could see that this human male had a much higher chakra level than his own personal reserves yet the male had a look of surprise on his face. This was met equally with Zephyrs look of surprise as the man surpassed him, quite literally as well as physically, as he passed on through the door only to be greeted, the both of them, by a man who looked older (slightly) but all too familiar.

I’m not the Mizukage if he’s the one you’re looking for but please, come in.” This took Zephyr by surprise as his jaw opened slightly in disbelief. "Do... do I know you?" Zephyr asked calmly but his face showing obvious surprise. Of course at this moment he would enter in the room, click-clack, click-clack, click-clack would fill the room on the frequency. Next spoke the man who surpassed him, he announced the man who claimed to know Zephyr as the Shogun. This was very interesting but also now Zephyr would hold his hand to his chin in wonder, however did a Shogun know Zephyr and two years ago? That made no sense to the young man. Two years ago Zephyr was in Kusa. He awoke to find it simply... gone. Gone would probably be an accurate description with its broad meaning. But now he knew the second name, Aydan Heiland. A Heiland. Those were dangerously powerful individuals who more than not craved power. Though he would and could not hold that against him. Who didn't crave power? But after that a talk of an investigation popped up.
A letter appeared to which the Kage and Shogun read, at this point Zephyr and Aydan were barely spoken too and pretty much brushed off as they began to format a strategy before Aydan spoke again of helping. It was admirable to see Aydan trying to make a name for himself, of course he probably already had! Being a Heiland.
At that moment, in walked the one, the one of the only individuals Zephyr remembered. Kya. The moment she walked in, Zephyr went down to one knee and bowed his head. Obedience was demanded in Kusa and it was now a reaction to give it. He would listen carefully to her words. Zephyr did not once speak. For the Shogun, who had once known Zephyr. He would remember that even then, the first time they met, he was obedient to no end despite his chaotic and rash nature that was hidden under that smile of his that was no longer showing. Zephyrs head looked and stared at the ground. He spoke quietly, and only to those close enough to hear. "I seek to employ my medical skills as a Shinobi and to gain the fabeled Shinto summons. I apologize for not knowing or remembering you, Shogun, but I have little memories left. But of her..." He spoke even more painstakingly, "I remember clearly." His voice then fell silent. He spoke no more.

In a matter of minutes a whirlwind of activity seemed to transform the Mizukage’s office. The two people he introduced himself to and invited in where in fact Zephyr and a new person: Ayden. Lucius looked from his chair and looked them over as he nodded to what Ayden was saying. Lucius understood where the man was coming from. There was fighting both within and outside of the village, it was only natural that he wanted. “Well Ayden, I’m happy to see you and that you are determined to assist the village. There seems to be a multitude of things going on at the moment, can you describe your strengths? It would allow us to give you a job that you’re better suited for.” While Lucius waited, he reached out and grabbed the scroll from Cecil and read through it. So, Lucius thought, he denied the first two requests. Then, he expanded upon the third request for a marriage proposal. Lucius carefully thought how to respond as he took in what Cecil wanted to do for the mission.
Cocking his head, Lucius thought about the proper three people to send. “I like the people you Cecil accept for one. Sending two Hoskigake’s could be devastating if there is a ration user. Send the one from the seven swordsmen but for the other send…” As Lucius’s eyes swept the room he saw Zephyr and smiled. “Zephyr. Send Zephyr. Zephyr I hope you don’t mind going but you be valuable as a support and close combat master for the group. I remember your healing abilities people amazing, you should do well.” Lucius smiled but it seemed to falter as Zephyr revealed two things. One, he didn’t remember Lucius; two, he still remembered Kya. This hurt Lucius a little but if he had truly lost his memory…there was little that he could do.
Standing up, Lucius traversed the room until he stood in front of Zephyr. Lucius didn’t know whether to place a hand on the shoulder almost above his head, or what to do. Instead Lucius awkwardly stood there. “Zephyr, I originally come from the Hidden Grass Village. Same as Kya same as you. We went on a mission to speak to the Raikage together and deliver a message. I was awkward and seemed to get on your nerves a lot, while trying to act tougher.” Lucius laughed at the thought of the entire trip. “Anyway, let me give you a gift for your travels.” At this point Lucius reached up and would touch Zephyr’s shoulders. Hopefully he would hit Lucius and send him flying across the room. A seal like a necklace would form around his neck, as well as one on the back of his hand. “The seal around your neck will allow me to communicate with you through your mind. The one on your hand will allow you to turn invisible but only when I activate it. In fact any seal that I place can only be activated by me, that’s why I need the communication seal.” Lucius turned and faced Kya. “May I see your hand, Kya?”

At a young rank, your lightning and magnetism might not be the best, but at higher ranks, the lightning and magnetism manipulation is superb. With both manipulations, at Kage rank, for example, you can make an electromagnetic storm and direct your raiton and magnetism techs more directly.
Thunder Sonar • Objects that hold lightning that you've made can be tracked by you from anywhere, sensed by you, and that lightning can be given back using the passive "volt siphon" technique for a small restoration of chakra for more raiton techniques
• Senpou Kaguya As a master of the bloodline, the Kaguya Sages are capable of manipulating their bones with their mind. It is very similar to angel/demon manipulation, though in less quantity and range (100 feet within their body). Usually it will be something like pulling spikes out of the ground, rather than manipulating a tide of bones. Their bones regenerate faster, grow impossibly proportionately large, and can be used very strategically. The bones can be changed in shape and molded together even when already released. Fighting a Senpou Kaguya user is often very overwhelming, as they can repel many attacks with little chakra involved. They force their opponent to use jutsu that are actually strong enough to destroy the bones, which already gives the opponent a disadvantage. When using the Senpou Kaguya, your eyelids will turn a dark red, and you will often appear to shudder and pulse uncontrollably in the minds of others.
• The Bone Apostle This is an advanced version of the True Blood Unleashed. The bone apostle is a very powerful form of the Kaguya that can be activated at any time. Some would consider it their true selves, as it seems extremely natural to them. This state seems to constantly shift. Whenever they use one of their 'aspects' as an apostle, it will usually disappear as quickly as it emerged, remaining a mystery. The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. Their chakra will change slightly, enough for most dojutsu users to see that [something] has happened, but without clarity on what. It is not exactly defined what this form is. The form has a total of [5] aspects, and they are all very much meant for assassination and domination in physical combat.
• Dance of the Willows Passive It is the first of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will grow and extend a forearm bone through the palm of their hand to form a stabbing instrument. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then impale opponents.
• Dance of the Larch Passive Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.

• Your bones aren't the only part of your body that are resistant. Your skin and flesh are both highly invulnerable to a certain level of physical and elemental damage. Your skin feels and acts like stone; it's like a hard outer shell that defends you. You can have a sword lodged into your throat but from the average ninja, it'd take many seconds to pierce all the way through. You're a moving tank. When you've mastered Senpou Kaguya, your skin becomes as tough as corundum.
• You have enhanced perception, and for good reason. Kaguya train their whole lives to dominate melee, so they are better than most others at predicting attacks and perceiving the enemy's movements.
