Ami Sapphire Broke my second 2GB MP3 player. mad That one was dev RockBox'd. The first one is less broken, but has its original firmware. On the first one, the power switch is missing and the screen and its backlight works, but it flickers and the screen itself is stained and ruined. Also, the volume buttons are screwed. On the second one, the backlight was dying. It finally went out earlier this afternoon. Moved everything off the second player, as the first one is just copies of what is on my 16GB player, anyway. Gonna get a Sandisk Sansa Fuze original 8GB with a 32GB MicroSD card. cool An obvious upgrade (capacity-wise) from even my 16GB MP3 player. May Rockbox it, but dunno. haha i use non ipod mp3 players as well! my first one was awesome but...i lost it...haven't had much luck with the ones after... XD you must have a lot of songs o-o

XD you must have a lot of songs o-o A whole bunch. xD This also counts some obscure PC game music, as well. The ones that were broken were a Philips GoGear 2GB player, a SA9200/17. My first MP3 player was a Memorex brand that held 128MB worth of songs. It also had an external SD card (not microSD card) slot which supported a maximum of 256MB capacity cards. Though, I once got a 512MB card to work on it once, lol. My current one is a Philips GoGear Aria 16GB player, a SA1ARA16K/17. Filled that up to the point that I have 40MB free space on it. Once, I had 16MB free space. xd Not retiring that one yet, though it has some minor firmware bugs, including system time running too fast, and a quirk when you are at the very beginning of the song (0:00), you switch it off and switch it back on later, it starts ten seconds from that point. Never at the end, never anywhere during the song. Also have a few cheaper ones in my possession, mostly for messing around on.

XD i hate that i lost my old one cause my familys pc went into the crapper so i lost a lot songs sad .... you have tons it sounds like ! XD...
