Denebola's kick hit him in the side of his abdomen, Raite's eyes slightly flinching in response to the kick.
He skidded a few feet away from the force of her kick, but he wasn't done with her yet. "You should have reconsidered." He glanced to where he had last seen Laurelite, but determined that she would have no trouble. He would have never been under somebody who couldn't her own, despite being against multiple enemies.
Her weapon was nothing to underestimate either.
Maybe to Denebola's surprise, Raite's tonfas disappeared. He needed to get this done, and over with quickly. Tonfas were useful, but they weren't Raite's fighting style. Instead of using his tonfas, he lifted his foot swiftly meant to kick Denebola from the side of her head.

He waited, great droplets falling off his long lashes as he grounded, breathing hard as water drenched him in layers, coating him over and over and making him shiver in response. He held his chain close, at the ready, and kept his eye open. Even his eye patch was getting heavy with the rain, and he could feel it slipping. Still, he breathed hard and kept focused. There was too much senshi interference to tell where she was, and he was more alarmed that there wasn't an attack yet. He knew that if it was him, he would have already taken the opportunity to attack, but maybe she understood hat jumping in a storm with a Nega was a bad idea. At least he had a window to regain his bearings, even though the bleeding cheek being pelted with rain was bothering him. He could also feel some stinging on the back of his head and knew that the senshi must have cut him with her heel when she kicked him.
Then he noticed the rain lighten and the vision of the battle outside could faintly be seen. It was time now to attack, and unlike Birhan, he didn't need to pick one direction. He could go for all of them. Taking his weapon, he whipped it around and around for momentum and then rose up and spun, letting the end of his chain shoot out and slice around him. it could catch or it could cut. Whatever the case, he wanted damage.

Cora had almost missed the meeting because of the chase away from two nasty youmas had been keeping her occupied. It was unusual to see youmas co-operating together and in this case they were not doing that either. It was just her luck to run in to two youmas at the same time in such important night like this. Actually, it turned out to be good luck for her (even though it didn't seem like this in the beginning of the chase) since these two were rather territorial youmas who both had wanted to take a good bite from a delicious starseed of this cream-colored guardian cat. Their desires had been turned into a fight, which had given her enough time to run in random direction which (luckily for her) did take her closer to the meeting place.
She had made there just in time to witness hundreds of senshi starting their first (well, it was first to most of them anyway) space travel, Kurma as their captain. A moment later, she was in space with them feeling as amazed as most of them. It had been awhile! Memories rushed in Cora's mind, memories that been hidden somewhere deep in her head. Not that these memories were clear by any means but they brought the feeling of familiarity. She had been here before, watching starry skies with awe. Starry skies that were different from this direction than they were when you looked them from Earth.
There also had been other kind of change in her but that she didn't notice until they had entered in the Elysion. Her two human-like feet had met the ground first. Her long, creamy hair had moved within light breeze. And suddenly she realized that her height had changed. She was about as height if not taller than most of senshis around her!
She didn't have much time to examine her new form however. The army of Negaverse officers were approaching and sooner than she even realized the war was on! It was chaotic, it was scary. She could feel waves of panic arising and taking over her body. She tried to control herself while dodging and trying to find safe place to be.
And then, the world stopped. She saw a General-Queen with porcelain doll face, holding Chibi Sailor Hypnos in air from her throat. Her eyes went wide and her pupils shrinked in tiny pink balls. No. No! This couldn't happen. This.... this was all her fault. If she would been here earlier.... If she would have found her earlier and been on her side. But she was here, way too far away from her.
"HYPNOS!!!" she shrieked. She probably could not hear her. No one in there probably couldn't.
She started to run. Run towards them. She war far away. Too far away. She had to make it. She needed to get her out. Someone, please help her, she wished. She can't die. Please. Like granted, her wish was answered and General-Queen was forced to drop the small senshi.
"Hypnos! Chibi Sailor Hypnos! " she called out in panic, her voice ready to break in any moment. "Where are you?! Answer me!"
She had to find her. She just had to. There was no other thought in her mind.

Sailor Chibi Hypnos' attention was drawn back to Sailor Themis when he addressed her and told her to come on. She initially didn't want to go, she wanted to help try and stop everyone but then he told her he needed her. Someone needed her! Someone wanted to listen to her. Not just someone, someone who had helped her and he was injured because of her. She nodded her head and gently grabbed his hand, tugging him in a direction away from all of the chaos. Although he was trying to take her away, it was now her who was trying to take him away.
She could stop everyone later. She hadn't seen or heard Cora nor realized Cora was there and looking for her. No, Sailor Chibi Hypnos would expected to see a cat, not that form. Besides, Sailor Chibi Hypnos was busy trying to get Sailor Themis away at this point.

After her fight with Painite, Bellatrix's momentum had begun to go down hill - a couple of arrows could do that to you. After all, she had the head of one still in her hip, and another in the muscle of her lower leg. Add that to all her injuries before that, and it was evident that it was all starting to get to her. For the moment, she was not attacked, and not attacking - just standing on the battlefield, clutching her injured shoulder, and with most of her weight shifted to her right, uninjured leg. All her injuries, save for her bruising jaw, were on her left side. huh, go figure.
She looked out over the battlefield.

Okay, things were getting real in every direction, and Scylla and Albali weren't doing much of anything standing in the field, surrounded by tentacles and looking scary. And Scylla really, really, really wanted to find out what was going on over where some of the other 'kids' were playing. What was a girl to do? "Stay there!" she yelled up to Albali, and left her guardianship of the limb that hoisted the Senshi of Echoes almost ten feet into the air, the thick arm still holding the girl inside of it tightly-- tooth side out.
She ran as fast as she could, skirting around other fights and avoiding her own, moving as far as she dared away from Albali. If she went too far, the limb would slide back under the surface, and the extra Kraken limbs that were roaming helter-skelter around the field (attacking anyone, it seemed at times) would be lost. A familiar figure caught her eye-- Raite? He was... real? Elsewhere, she was lining up other potential targets, trying to gauge how she could get to them... what she could use as weapons. Who she could use as weapons.
She got into better range of one of the battles she had an interest in a moment later. The purple-haired cannibal had her teeth in Castor's throat, and Linarite and the unknown snow-girl senshi had been joined by a redheaded senshi. They could do it for now, she hoped. Take care of themselves for a moment. For now, Scylla took a deep breath, and cut in on Castor and Tanzanite's dance. "Scylla's HUNGER!" she cried out, and tentacles tore up from the ground, dirt exploding in every direction.
A small limb wrapped around Castor, jerking him into the air much like Albali was being held. Only a few feet up though, so he could still kick people in the face, at least! Unlike Albali, too, Scylla hadn't had time or the mental facilities to pick which side of the limb circled her ally. Poor Castor could be getting tickled by sucker-mouths. As for Tanzanite... One of the biggest, angriest arms Scylla had ever seen herself summon jerked through the ground like a spear, catching the General in its grip and roaring into the air, towering almost twenty feet above the ground. Scylla could already feel the tug on her power, feel the rage and the hunger that always came with her power, the desire to tear and rend and crush... It was like waves, her eyes fixed on the blood pumping out of her friend's neck. It was red. Too red. Almost scientifically, Scylla recognized that blood that red was no good. Blood that red made people die. There were carotid arteries, and jugular... not he jugular vein was in the wrong place. But not the carotid artery. That could be just around the right place. She stared at the violet-haired general, and flipped her off. Not that the woman would probably notice, but it made her feel better.
Now, she had her ammunition.
The limb swung in a circle, whipping the general around with it. It went in a circle, uncaring of who it knocked over. And then it threw Tanzanite, right towards the target Scylla really thought deserved to get bowled over by the monster in her grip. General-Queen Laurelite-- who Scylla only knew as 'That one woman who was choking out the little kid.' Tanzanite was flung at her from twenty feet in the air, at a downward angle... unfortunately, Scylla hadn't thought to try and have it compensate for any spinning that may come from the fact she'd been wrapped in a circle. Who knew if she would actually hit Laurelite, or if she'd just crash into the rocks like a speeding bullet. Did Scylla care?
... No, not really.

After seeing the rage in Helios, Ares had only managed a rebuke in the form of a narrowing in her eyes. She felt like a stranger in this place, yes, but she wasn't about to be thrust out from Elysion like common trash. She would much rather be in Tartaros -- hell, she would love any glimpse of the parallel world -- but that was not possible anymore. She had not found her way back. Before the Senshi of Smoke could say anything, she felt the overwhelming pull of dark energy -- lots of it. "Guard!" she shouted to the Blood Moon senshi around her. This was it. This was the battlefield. With a flourish, Ares whipped her cape to the ground, lofting her staff high above her head and charging into battle. She punched, kicked, and took punches and kicks. She worked the BMCers when possible, but still came out with a bloody nose. Her chest and fuku streamed with her blood. It only seemed to motivate her further. There was a noise to her left, and Ares watched as Nemesis was speared to a tree. Cartwheeling over another Nega, the senshi landed beside Nemesis, tossing her the long cloak. "Bind the wound, back in action," she murmured, glaring at where Tanzanite had gone. With a snarl, she gave chase, shouting, " Ares Smothering Blast!" She did have a score to settle, after all. All the while, Ares kept an eye out for the rest of the BMC. They had formations. They had training. Now was the time to make use of them, right? When Scylla made her move, Ares darted up beside the Senshi of the Kraken and fell into a support formation. * * * PRINCESS CHRONOS WAS NOT A HAMSTER. PRINCESS CHRONOS WAS NOT A HAMSTER. Sailor Neso chased after the ball as it was rolled by the Negas, cheeks flushed. "LEAVE HER ALONE!" he shouted. It would probably be a good time to attack, but the Senshi of Summer seemed more fixated with this game of chase.

Silverah Europa nodded and put a hand to her forehead to stable herself. "Yeah. I flew," she said. "And landed on. Um. A menshi in a brown skirt?" She hadn't caught his name. "And then the little captain tried to attack us but Atlas stopped him and I was with Polaris for a while--" She pointed vaguely in the direction where she'd left Polaris. "My head hurts, Regulus," she whimpered, sinking into a crouch beside him. "I wanna go home." This was going to be over soon, right? The deus ex machina would appear and they'd all go back to their normal lives for a few weeks, right? She rested her head in her hands. She could feel her brain throbbing and every second she tried to keep her eyes open it got harder to stay focused. "We all need to go to the hospital." "Yeah... yeah we do." He agreed, trying to help her stagger in the direction of... someplace that looked safe. "Stay with me, ok? ...I don't want either of us to be Nega-doormats..." He flashed her a faint smile if only because he didn't think he'd manage a laugh however forced.

Bingo.
Now he focused on getting her as far away as he could before anyone - especially that monster of an emotionless general-queen - until they finally reached away from the fights - they probably couldn't get much better than this.
Hopefully they'd gotten lost in the crowd and no one would be able to track them.
He let himself down on the ground, then, and took off his coat. The long sleeve of his bodice was hanging limp, torn off by the kite's razor sharp blades, and the cut was actually pretty deep.
Yep, he was definitively going to the hospital later. He ripped off the rest of his sleeves, showing the bruises that were forming from blocking not one, but two nega-weapons with that arm.
"Crap." He wasn't sure he could bandage that at this angle...

Birhan was too distracted between looking for powers and waiting for the storm too die off completely that it never occurred to her that Wolframite might not wait for the attack to stop. She missed the knife fly out, then spin around on the chain. The whistle of the weapon as it passed made her look up, but tt was only when pain belatedly bloomed in her chest that she looked down and realised she had been struck.
A red line ran parallel to her collar bone, an inch or so below it. Her face grew pale. If it hadn't been for her height advantage over Wolframite, she realised, that would have been her throat. A hand pressed against the wound while her stomach dropped out. Holy s**t, she could have had her throat slit without even noticing!
Adrenaline thrummed through her veins and with it came a burning rage. Screw looking for a 'good' power. With a wordless yell, Birhan leapt up into the air. A flip, and her leg was parellel to the ground as she came down, heel aiming for Wolframite's shoulder.
Somewhere in the background, Ares was yelling. A familiar noise, but it went in one ear and out the other, Birhan too overtaken by her temper and the need for payback.

Owch. Lyra took that hit, and it landed right on her collar bone. Serandite had not hit hard enough to break it, but thats because later on Lyra woyuld suspect it was a blind hit. Any more force.. and it would have broke.
Still hurt like hell though, enough to get a whimper out of her. Also enough to make her back away from the girl. She did not like this..bunny girl. Not to mention her power signature was SO much higher than any lieutenant..or captain she had met.
Lyra had met a general.
And it....to be frank, scared her. So... She backed away.. and hauled it away.

A familiar voice reached Bellatrix's ears, and looking behind her, not far off, she could see, or thought she saw Themis. A thankful smile, though exhausted, found its way on fer face, and she limped over.
"Need some help?"

The fight raged on around Orion and Requiem, with Orion keeping an arm around his girlfriend. He wanted to keep her safe from the war surrounding them, but it was nearly impossible. It got even harder when a giant pink ball came rolling straight at them. Oh s**t. "Req, get out of the way!" He shoved his girlfriend as hard as he could which put him right in the path of the ball. He tried to run, but unfortunately like most panicked people he ran in a straight line and the Chronomari didn't take long to catch up with him.
He imagined it would have crushed his feet first and then rolled over him. Unfortunately, or fortunately that wasn't the case. The giant ball barrier hit a rock, bumping up and then landing on Orion. The senshi was thrown to the ground, all the air knocked out of him. his face ground into the dirt and he tried to wiggle out from under the ball, but he couldn't make his way out. It didn't help that he felt like his ribs got bruised pretty badly in the fall. Coughing he spat blood on the ground wincing. Okay maybe he did more than bruise his ribs.
Looking up he noticed there were two Negas on top of the ball and a Princess inside. He wasn't sure if the two cancelled eachother out, but he had a bad feeling, especially since he recognized the shorter one. Well, he was going to handle this like he handled everything else. Grinning with blood stained teeth he yelled up at them. "Hey shorty, mind getting this ball of me so I can kick your a**?" If he was thinking ahead he would have realized it was a really bad idea to insult a Nega when he was pinned down and unable to defend himself.

Labyrinthite wouldn't have called this fun, though he did enjoy punching the snot out of the stupid terrorist who needed to get off of his home. It seemed like the boys were evenly matched, hitting blow for as they ruthlessly attacked each other. It was surprising how long they had been fighting but the negaverse officer had a lot of energy to spare if only because he hadn't been engaging in as many fights nor did he had any magical abilities to drain him.
He reached up and rubbed his collarbone tenderly as Chaonis aimed for his face again. He ducked low not wanting both sides of his face to be battered and bruised and dashed forward shoving his shoulder into the other boy's ribs. It seemed like a good idea to him.
--
"Reconsidered what?" She growled clenching her fist tighter. "You don't belong here!" She ignored the fact that she didn't belong in Elysion either but she meant more of the earth than the world inside the earth. "Your corruption serves no place here," she snapped as he swung a kick at her.
She had little time to react and could only bring her arms up to protect her head. Her left arm too the worst of the damaged but it still slammed into her head sending her sliding across the grass before collapsing.
She hissed in pain, clutching her head as she struggled to get back on her feet. As she pulled her hand away she was relieved to find that there was no blood on it. Good. But that didn't mean it would stay that way for long.
She stood, battle ready, eying Raite as if waiting for him to attack. If she charged forward it would likely be her undoing. She wasn't going to make the same mistake she had with Wolframite. If he wanted to finish the job he'd have to come after her.

Someday, death would come, of that Tanzanite was certain.
There would come a time when she went up against an opponent she could neither defeat nor escape from. A time when even Beryl would not be able to cross the boundaries of death and pull her servant back into the world of the living. Perhaps it would even be by Beryl's hand, when she had fulfilled her purpose and was no longer of use to the Dark Queen.
And when that day came, Tanzanite would embrace it with open arms. She would welcome her end as a release from a world she had come to hate.
But it would not be today.
Not by Castor's hand.
Never by Castor's hand.
As Castor stumbled back, Tanzanite spit out a mouthful of blood, his brilliant red mixed with her own sickly black. A few quarter-sized chunks had been pulled from her arm, and the left side of her face that the youma could not heal was bruised and bloody, but she seemed to have no problem standing. Whether it was adrenaline, the energy of the starseed, or the strange red crystal that kept her going it could not be said, but she moved with inhuman speed as she lunged forward, hand snatching for Castor's starseed.
And then, he was moving back. No, she was moving back.
No. No! She'd had him! She'd ******** had him!
Tanzanite was lifted up and over, getting a bird's eye view of the battlefield, and never had the purple-haired General looked so terribly surprised as she did right then. She didn't see Scylla or her rude gesture, having only a second to realize what was about to occur before the world exploded into a blur. Tanzanite saw Laurelite, and her eyes widened briefly.
Her worry, of course, was unnecessary.
The General-Queen moved out of the way with a grace that Tanzanite could only dream of, and the General herself went crashing into dirt and rock with a deafening sound. There was a sickening crack from her arm as one black spine was snapped clean off. For a long moment, the General did not move. She did not make a sound, even the gentle rise and fall of her chest having come to a halt. She laid still and silent at the end of the long, rugged trail that stretched from where she had hit the ground near Laurelite to where she had finally slid to a painful halt.
The world was in chaos around her, but General Tanzanite did not move.
