The chefs agreed that Kelvin's lack of experience made him a threat in their kitchen, and sent him home. The Line Cook left dejectedly, hanging his hat sadly on the peg.
That night, not one meal went right. So many people ate free due to their complaints that the chefs lost all will to open again the next morning. La Manique was closed forever.
