"You mean the demand to keep our land? We offered you the chance to traverse it safely but that's just not enough is it?" Orcus sighed and picked up his arm slowly, pointing an open hand at King Bariel. "Say hello to whichever ancestor it was that I killed." He sent out a blast of firey mana that was tinted with a corrupt blackness. "Burn Bariel, burn." The words made a smile appear on Orcus' face.

Reis imbued himself with elemental Earth, as before, and held his ground. He waited for his new adversary to make the first move.
"What do you want from this world?"

Nydo charged at Reis then swiped at him with his sword saying, "Oh, you will see soon enough."
Chron seemed to have some conflicts in his mind when Reign said that it was him. But he continued to attack as he shot Force lightning at Reign.

Reis grasped the handle of his sword, and used it to deflect the first blow of Nydo's weapon. With the edged threat momentarily knocked aside, Der Reisende stuck his sword into the ground again, and retaliated with an earth-empowered fist. Just as it was during his fight with Resa, his swinging arm carried much more weight within it than would normally be possible.

King Bariel braced himself for the fire, raising his sword just as the trinkets he wore glowed dimly. They diminished most of the strange mana's force but they could not stop the heat. He gritted his teeth and charged at Orcus, swinging his sword with bits of the fire's impact still flickering on it. "I never heard of that part of the discussion, only that you lopped off the forces' heads shortly after they refused."
Reign rolled to the ground again, this time wincing from the pain the hard landing had on his left shoulder. He couldn't tell if his call had worked or not but it didn't halt his determination. It was either that or death. "Listen to me, Chron! Me, Reign!"

Nydo used his agility to avoid Reis' swinging arm then landed on top of it. He then delivered a kick to the direction of Reis' head hoping to hit and not miss.
Chron grabbed at his head and landed on both knees it seemed like Reign's shouts to Chron were taking effect. Chron could repeatedly hear Reign's voice and also the voice of the Force talking to him. He was having a hard internal struggle within himself but he was able to emit all of the darkness from him using willpower and the power of the Force. When the last bit of darkness left him and dissipated he fell into unconsciousness.

Orcus shot back from the sword swing. He then curled his hand into a fist and a sword flew from it in swirls of mana. The sword had no mass so it wouldn't defend but it would burn the enemy horribly if it touched. "You hear what your ancestors want you to hear. Think of it from our point of view: you decide to take our land and want us to step aside completely. You send a bureaucrat to give us some sort of trinket in exchange for it and expect us not to chop off their heads?" He sighed. "At least that's not a lie."

King Bariel furrowed his brow in thought, standing his ground indecisively. All his rule he'd dealt with facts taught and told to him that could have been misinterpreted. But if that were true then he couldn't let it affect him in battle. Even with the knowledge, his kingdom was under threat by the Urel. "Be that as it may, Orcus, I hardly think this is the time for history lessons."
Reign cautiously inched forward near Chron, rubbing his bruised shoulder, after the man seemed to crumple. When the Jedi didn't stir, he moved closer. The grayish pallor on his face looked like it was fading but still the falconer kept ready hand on the trigger.

"Maybe it's not. I just want you to know what you're dieing for here, Bariel." With that, Orcus took position and ran for Bariel with a full swing in the works. "My fires burn like wildfire, Bariel, and they won't die until you and your kingdom do!" Orcus forced the firey blade to heat up to a point where it was white hot and as he approached the swing came in from the right, for Bariel's head.

Der Reisende ducked under the kick, and grasped Nydo's leg tightly. He used the elfish creature's momentum as a weapon, and flung him to the side, beginning to crouch in wait for the next attack.

Nydo flipped through the air then landed on his feet. He then raised his right hand and out shot dark swirls that sped towards Reis.
Chron opened his eyes then rose up to see Reign with a gun to him. "What is going on Reign? Why do you have a gun pointed at me?"

Reis scoffed, and concentrated his ambient mana charge to make a sort of filter in the air. The black-tinged attack from Nydo dissipated harmlessly around him. He then sprung forth shortly after, drawing back for a strong right hook.

Though he didn't know the nature of the sword Orcus had summoned, Bariel had a gut feeling that any contact with the strange weapon wasn't the best idea. He fell into a crouch and twisted to the side, swinging his own solid sword up to first feint at Orcus's face then actually strike at his leg.
Reign shook his head confusedly to dispel his fears, instead pointing his gun at an Urel nearby and firing. "...Something odd. I think you were possessed for a bit." He extended his arm to Chron to help him to his feet.

Orcus had to juke to dodge the weapon but wasn't able to move fast enough to draw his leg back so he took a hit to his ankle, where the robe didn't cover him. He stepped back and looked down at the cut, it went in a pretty long way for an ankle cut but it didn't matter. He tensed and enter the mana realm he was in before, he appeared in the physical realm next to Bariel and struck down at him. The entery into the mana realm put a toll on his body but it was worth the struggle to finish King Bariel.

King Bariel jerked back in surprise when Orcus was so suddenly next to him. He raised his sword to block, then gasped in surprise as the strange sword fazed right through the metal and instead of stopping, continued to his sword-hand. As a jolt of pain raced through it to his arm he screamed and stumbled backward, breaking contact and holding his burning hand close to his chest.
