Beatriz follows them to the hospital where she would be able to rest and regain the reiatsu spent with her shikai.
"Instead of thinking about who is in egypt, we should think about where in Egypt and how to get there quickly" she says and sighs afterwards.
"If there was an espada here, there probably will be one in Egypt too."

Being ignored he decides not to waste his breath talking. Talking is communication but being ignored is a type of failure to communicate, and comprehend. Deciding this he snaps his fingers as a gate to the real world opens. A gate to, Egypt.
As the doors open Meiga steps in without another word to the people standing around Aylin, as he comes out of the gate he begins trying to feel the presence of any captain, and or Arrancar. Feeling a faint presence he wonders if the presence is a captain or not. Feeling another presence close to the captain he starts to dash towards the Sahara Desert.

She vanishes and re-appears to his side and slightly back (( Like bayakuyas flash step )) with her right hand katana thrusting towards his middle, Her left hand katana aimed straight for his legs.

"Until I have gained some strength back, I cannot accompany the group to Egypt. Entering the world of the living will put even more of a cap on my spiritual energy, which is minimal at best right now. I will rest until I am strong once again," she nodded her head once at Meiga and followed the others to the hospital. Aylin would stay there until the abusive wounds on her body were treated properly and until she had finished a long session of mediation.
During her time staying here, she would help with the clean up of the Seireitei and help Squad 4's Medical Team as best as she could. But, she still didn't have her Zanpaktou. Though she was put at a greater disadvantage without it, Aylin could still perform exceptionally well with her Kido and hand to hand combat when needed.

In Egypt, she follows Meiga going towards the faint presence.
'I hope it is easier than breaking a diamond dome this time...' she thought.
