Ugh; I have some big school projects heading my way, but I will try my best to keep up. (I also gave myself a really good bloody nose yesterday.) XD

Ummm....it was kind of an error in new-found flexibility. XD Basically I was doing an axe kick for kickboxing, whick is when you kick your leg high and then ram your heel down, hitting your target on the way down. I managed to hit my nose with my knee, something I never thought I could do before because I had never kicked my leg that high. (I really surprised myself; guess I'll watch it next time.)
Oh yeah...I'm fine now. XD

At least I don't think I broke my nose. (I've never done it before...It doesn't look broken?) I didn't cry at all or even fall over...just kind of stood there surprised until I realized my nose was dripping. XD ...I started laughing, too...

It is a sad day indeed in the Gaian world. Twelve of my fifteen aquarium fish passed away to a better world early this morning. Coincidentally enough, all of the now cuttle drops were named after X-Men super villains. Just goes to show, no matter how evil you are, you can't live forever.
In the real world, a cop pulled my husband over a few hours ago while walking to a gas station under the belief he was skipping school. Mind you, TJ will be celebrating his 22nd birthday tomorrow. So for a cop to think he was that young tickles my funny bone.

My town happens to be training site for like thirteen surrounding counties, so when one of the wannabes from five area codes away try to pull cop attitude/authority on us, I laugh aloud and move my setting to "Ignore."
Essentially "tough" has nothing to do with it, it's just plain ignorance and stupidity.
In our area truancy after a certain point is grounds for jail time, and your parents would be the ones locked up. That's the only reason I can possibly think of why cops would waste their time taking skippers back to school. If my scanner worked atm, I'd post a copy of the article when it was first put into practice a few years back.
