She pulled her ax back and jumped back. She'd have to use strategy in a fight against Hidan.
"One thing I should tell you is a simple and common misconception. The Rin'negan doesn't specialize in Genjutsu, that is the Sharingan's place. The Rin'negan is for copying and mastering jutsus of many times." Kikyo said, knowing she should at least try to even the playing field.

The right hand of the puppet fell off as it also began to charge. The stump started to spew lighting and form it into a sphere. This was by no means the Chidori technique, but rather a technique to produce lightning in hopes it would damage a target. This was more of a gun to shoot lightning at someone which Niseru designed based off the idea of the many Chakra blast techniques used by the Leaf Village. Niseru didn't do well when creating machines to do a job, but he put particular effort in creating a gun for this puppet to use. As Kazuhiko charged, the puppet fired bolts of lightning at him using its arm, though the power of lighting was very hard to control with only Chakra Strings.
"I see why Pein wants you as an apprentice; you can read minds just like him. If this isn't a Genjutsu, then this should hurt!"
Hidan tossed up his scythe attached the cable under his sleeve and used his divine strength to guide the scythe downwards. Combined with the pull of gravity and Hidan's strength, it was launched with an unnatural speed towards Kikyo or at least he was thinking it was Kikyo if she was just lying to him. Usually Hidan's moves were slow and that was still the case since this attack was very hard to maneuver once launched and could easily be dodged, but it was also quite deadly and even vital if it hit.

Kazuhiko threw one end of the sword at the puppet piercing it then he jumped over the puppet and yelled "Here comes the thunder! Boom!" And the sword exploded then came back to Kazuhiko.

Kikyo jumped up and stuck herself to the ceiling.
"You may have a point on that apprentice thing." She said, looking at Hidan. "But it could also be there aren't any other users of the Rin'negan dojutsu alive." She threw kunais at Hidan, trying o buy herself enough time to think up a plan.

Kikyo looked at Miyamoto.
"Who are you? And who's Kyojin?" She asked, confused. She was clinging to the ceiling trying desperately not to fall.

"this is all so annoyingly confusing!" She said, sighing. "and first, I need to make sure Kazuhiko and Rin are safe."

"He can't exactly have that pact, because Pein nor Madara approved it. Niseru explained that." She said. "And also, I don't know if he keeps his promises. He tried getting me to break mine."
