Gabe layed out the map on the ground. "Based on Joey's replica, this small town is where we're going. Based on this map we are here, in the middle of the forest. It should be a weeks journy...precicly, that is...of we go around Elvin teritory. All we need to do is fallow this line I have drawn." He sighed, looking up at her smiling. "Now, do you need to speak to your parents?" He chuckled under his breath.

Alicia sighed. She pulled out her pendant, and heard her mother's voice say, "Go through the Elven lands! It'd be interested!" Alicia rolled her eyes and put it away.

Gabe shrunk back a bit as he recalled his past. He sighed. "I'm sorry, but I have to dissagree, that wouldn't be in our best intrest."

Alicia understood what he meant. She placed a hand gently on his, reassuring him with her eyes that she would do everything in her power to make sure they never had to go back there.

Alicia looked away, and sighed lightly. She nodded firmly at Joey, then stood up. She hadn't spoken for a while, and needed to retreat into her tent. She stood up and walked into her tent, not looking at anyone.

"Joey? JUst stay here for a minute, alright?" gabe fallowed Alicia. His face filled with worry. "Alicie have I done something to upset you?" Gabe had to admitt, he had never seen her so unhappy. It scared him a bit.

Alicia sat quietly on the floor of her tent, not saying a word. She held her knees, not speaking a word. Tears filled her eyes, so she shut them, hoping they would go away. She didn't want Gabriel to see her cry, but she couldn't stand it.

Gabe sat down infront of her. He carefully lifted her chin so her eyes could meet his. "Alicia..." He sughed, whiping her tears. "Why are you crying?" His eyes seemed to overflow with pure compation for this human girl. His heartraye picked up as he touched her flesh, though he tried to hide it.

Alicia eye's squeezed together tighter. She didn't want Gabriel to see her like this at all. She couldn't look at him, especially now. She trembled, and then let herself wrap her arms around him. She needed someone right now, and honestly, Gabriel was better then anything else. Her tears spilled down her cheeks as she clung to him, the first time she let herself loose. "I... can't take it.. anymore..." she gasped, finding it hard to breathe. "Joey!... Joey!..."

To tell you the truth, Gabe was a little startled when Alicia grabbed him...he liked ir though. He stroaked the back of her head gently. "Alicia...it's okay. We're going to fix it....all three of us. No need for tears. Come on now." He smiled trying to reassure her.
