You made SeeD Seifer! I'm pretty sure I wasn't stuttering when I told you so. What's with you? Did you hit your head or something? she crossed her arms over her chest, still not pleased that it appeared you were still leaving, yet she leaned slightly to the side, her eyes looking at your head to see if any such injury was there.

Once all the new SeeDs were gone, Cid turned to Squall and sighed heavily, handing him Rinoa's rank report.
Squall, do you know why Seifer isn't here?
He shook his head, not really wanting to tell the headmaster why he'd been unable to pay attention to anyone but Rinoa on the way home.
He might be around the Garden. I'll try to go and find him.
Cid nodded, handing Seifer's report over to Squall.
And remind him to wear his SeeD uniform to the graduation ball tonight.
Nodding, Squall walked out of the headmaster's office, taking the elevator down to the first floor.

..A couple times, I think..He grunted and bent to pick up the bag, his coat falling open, revealing how ******** up he really had gotten in that battle..Bloody, bruised, battered, a few broken ribs....I made SeeD...But how..

She let out a small gasp at seeing your bruised torso, seeing how much of an effort it must have been just to be walking around. Seifer your're hurt! Did you go over to infirmary? she was no longer angry at the fact you were leaving, but overly concerned in which she started to steer you over to see the doctor.

Zell leaned there, he had a pretty good view of what was happening evne though he was somewhat far away, he was just waiting for Seifer to go back to his dorm and dispose of all those ideas of leavining.
"How he made it ... I'll never know ..." Zell mumbled.

Squall had seen Seifer and Quistis the moment he stepped out of the elevator, and had approached them to give Seifer his report just in time to hear Seifer's question.
Because you demonstrated extraordinary leadership and cooperative abilities, as well as taking advantage of the strengths of your squadmates to perform to the best of the objective given to you. And your frontal attack against the mercenary leader violated no standing orders, and that selfless action saved the lives of many of your comrades.
He held out the rank report to Seifer. Written directly across the top was the phrase "SEIFER ALMASY - SEED RANK 9" Rank 9 was the highest rank a student could earn from a field exam. Inside the folder, Seifer would see a recommendation for a citation for bravery, signed Commander Squall Leonhart.

She practically beamed at Seifer, seeing the rank he had received. Once again she placed a small kiss on his cheek, whispering to him. I knew you could do it. And yes.. were still on. I have some things to take care of. I'll see you later tonight. as she nodded to Squall as she left, she made a mental note to stop by and see Rinoa as quickly as she could.

Keeping his face impassive, Squall shifted Rinoa's folder into his left hand, and held his right out to Seifer.

He was kissed by Quistis for the second time..He just blinked, and grinned slowly..A sorry site he was, mister rank 9 SeeD, covered in blood, cuts, bruises and broken bones, and a faint lipstick mark..He shook Squall's hand, still grinning Thanks, Squall. You're not so bad afterall.

"I'm guessing Rinoa is the infirmary." Selphie mumbled to herself. She skipped to the infirmary. She walked in. "Rinoa! How ya feeling?" she asked walking towards her friend.
