No i can't sleep to it but one of the songs is my alarm every morning. Once i just hit snooze to hear the song again. xp

It all depends on my mood really,
if I'm trying to focus on bettering my self...
or more or less,
reflecting on what's occured thru out my life then yes I can listen to it as I go to bed.
But it takes a little while for me to fall asleep.

I can't fall asleep listening to anything because noise wakes me up immediatly
But LP is how I soothe myself and get to sleep
More specifically, Shadow of the Day, just because its the softest LP song ever but still awesome
