Rachel Goldenhand, a neko with curly orange hair, slipped through the halls that made up the main living area of Uruue. A brownie scurried behind her, trying to reason with the female.
Rachel, calm down! I want mushrooms! Why do you have to run around? he asked, clearly frustrated. Rachel turned back and jogged in place.
Ne, Roulu, calm down yourself! You go get some mushrooms and eat them, I'm going to find something! she cried back. Roulu sighed.
Rachel, I promised your parents that I wouldn't leave your side for a moment. I guess mushrooms will have to wait... he grumbled. Rachel turned around and started to run again.
Thanks, Roulu! she cried. As she ran, she saw a few people standing around, talking. She heard mention of the king and stopped in her tracks. Roulu ran right into her.
Owowow, what was that fo-- he started to beret her before she leaned down and stuffed a balled up hand in his mouth.
Mmfmfmmmffffmfmffmmmf he mumbled. Rachel kept her hand in his mouth and shot him a glare that clearly said shut up and listen.
"You knew the king when he was a boy?" she heard. Her face fell as she walked out of the shadows.
What king are you talking about? she asked sharply. Roulu dropped from her hand and reached a paw up to rub his jaw. Then he reached out and tripped Rachel suddenly, dragging her back into the shadows. Just in time to avoid a girl rushing in their general direction. She bumped into the small group and left them all sprawled in a pile.
That's gotta hurt... Roulu said before Rachel bent down and replaced her hand in his mouth again.
What part of shut up don't you get? she snapped, moving out into the open again.
Are you all okay? she asked, slightly softer than before.

((Ahh, Sierra I don't think that can happen up there because on the page before, my character just crashed into all three of the other characters so we're all kind of sprawled around and in a tangled mess right now. Just a head's up!))

She heard the scream just before she felt something crash into her. "Hey! What's the big idea?" She asked rather miffed. She was laying on top of Xero and Raizer and under a pile of wood and cloth. "Just great...I'm getting paid back for landing on top of Xero earlier." She tried to wiggle her way out of the mess.

"Uuhh my head..." Said the girl attempting to sit up, only to find herself at the bottom of the dogpile... Somehow... Following suit of the girl, she tried to wiggle out. Finally getting untangled from some rope and a cloth she jumped up and stuck her hand behind her head. "Well... Er... That was awkward. Terribly sorry about that! Shouldn't have been flying that peice of junk around. My name's Nai-Lleiana, you can call me Nai though. What are yours?" She said while trying to help the others out of the wreckage.

Raizer struggled to get out of the heap of cloth, when he had finally managed to scramble out he looked over at Nai "I'm Raizer and umm what was this" he said indicating the pile of wreckage.

"That, my friend, is Uruue's latest and greatest form of transportation!" Nai said beaming, then she scrambled to pick up parts, "But as you can see, it's still in experimental stages!" She looked over the edge of a cliff where some of the parts had fallen. "Ugh... those were my last parts too! Well it's been great, I must be off, I've got a very important meeting with a very important person."
((Note: Since Nai is basically a compulsive liar, I'm going to put her lies in bold so you as the reader know, the other characters may occasionally pick up on the lies, but it's not bold so they know flat out.))

Xero didn't like this... "sigh I was hoping I wouldn't have to... Khaldaer-saz." Instantly he was out of the mass of writhing people. "Ah... you should be more careful with giant flying metal death traps..." Xero said extreemly irritated. He thought If I hadn't managed to pull us forward then they might be dead...

Leon was almost away. Soon I'll be gone he thought. Then he heard them talking about enchanting hair. Oh... GOD Help me he thought. The form of magic they were talking about was such an old spell. How can they be still useing that when there are so many better ways...? Leon decied though that he sould still try to get away so he cointuined to leave.

Rachel suddenly let out a loud mew, cringing away. She hadn't meant to reveal herself. Roulu glanced up at his companion and sighed. Pulling his mouth away from her hand, he sat up on his hind legs and took a glance around at the four. He suddenly appeared more intelligent than he had looked originally.
Do not mind her. We are fugitives from Azalon. As you can clearly see, I am a brownie. My name is Roulu. The cutie up there is Rachel Goldenhand, a neko. Catgirl, you might say. We feared being taken in as pets back in Azalon, so we fled here to Uruue. Rachel still sustains the same wild fear that she had back in Azalon, so please excuse her actions, he said, finishing by licking his lips.
Do you have any mushrooms?
Rachel, however, was biting her nails and trying to cringe away from the four. She stood up straight when Roulu called her a cutie, however, and almost slapped him across his rear.
You sick little hisssss! she growled, hissing like a cat before she could finished her sentence.

Raizer raised an eyebrow at the pair "fugitives? join the club" he said attempting to stand up but failing "damn leg" he shouted glaring at the bandaged wound before giving up and just staying were he was "I'm Raizer and I'm sorry to say I don't have any mushrooms on me"
