Despite this outfit change being seemingly permanent, I still have an affection for the old samurai outfit. Also, I'm not totally unwilling to experiment with outfits.

Or try polling. The new random lucky dip thing that appears often whenever you log on to Gaia is a great way to earn some extra mesos. You could also try your luck at slots or fishing.
