Shadow laughed as he saw Rush's kunai tip over, however in his own cocky regeim he didn't notice Rush's stylish shot. The small paper ball flew through the air, and as Shadow noticed it seemed to go in slow motion. Shadow tried to move his hand to alter the kunai, however the shot dinked the very top of the loop. Shadow let out a much to dramatic sound Noooooo!!! for the given situation. Shadow had gotten cocky and didn't notice Rush's skill shot, and because of that his little cousin had the full chance to tie the game if Shadow wasn't able to recover.

Rush watched as his own kunai slip, mildly scratching his palm and abruptly hitting the floor. His own launch had been a powerful one, but Shadow ended up being truly masterful at balancing the kunai, as the blow did not have the same effect that Shadow's did on his own. Rush let out a slight laugh and sat back down on the stool, his bloodpressure declining. It was a fun match, short as he predicted, but fun. He looked to his cousin, the victor, offered a smile and a
"Damn, good game Shadow!"
Rush sat back and relaxed, now pondering how the rest of the time before the exam would be spent, They had already been here not that long and competitions ensued, the future ahead, especially when more conestants began to show up, would be an interesting one.

One of the women seemed ready to protest, but Shinratsu merely cut her off again. This time with an icy glance that promised pain, if she kept bothering him. He was reading a discarded roll of newspapers, that held much more interest to him as of the moment. News: news that the Chuunin Exams will be held in Iwagakure no Sato this year. He did not meet the requirements to participate, but Shinratsu would still like to watch if possible...it would be worth to garner some idea of how these examinations are conducted from first hand view.
Anyways, onto the two that looked at each other. If there was anything that was more a dampener, though this child was clearly very beautiful, and would grow up to be quite handsome; he merely looked off the distance, clearly bored with the events of the night and deeply absorbed with his newspaper article.

[cronos traning
roll 1d20 + your str mod (9) you must pass a dc 21 5 times to sucessful get it out of the actualy village (start posting for that in the village thread not here.)
then 5 posts with a dc of 27 climbing the aniki moutian range thread
then 10 posts with a dc of 24 in the shi plateau to find the gold tower
then you must roll s2d20s + strs mod to both and sucessfly chip off a peice of the huge golden crystal which has a DC of 22 to swing it then a Dc of 27 to chip it (meaning once you get to this part you must pass both checks in order to chip it first roll will be swing dc, second the chipdc)
must PASS the required Dc the said number of times before moving on to the next objective.]

Cronos started by lifting the giant maul off the groud he found this task retivlty easy. Cronos made his way out of Hokori-mai into desolate area of Iwak and started to make his way to the slums which was about five min away . Cronos had no idea why Kaijinbo thought this task was a hard he thought he was underestaming him since he had never seen Cronos fight or train.If he had he would know that Cronos was very devoted what he does. He would even risk his life in order to succeed like he had before. The maul was heavy but mangagble as Cronos made his way into the slums of Iwa with very little effort. "I guess he just wants to test my abiltys"Cronos said as he was a qurtar of the way though the slums.

The giant hammer fell to the ground with a loud thud. Cronos had drooped it because he felt a pain in his arms from the immense weight of the hammer.Looked at the hammer which after he dropped it sunk into soft ground next to him. Cronos took in a deep breath and griped end of the hammer with both of his hands and with all of his strength tried to pull the hammer out. With no avail Cronos was unable to even pull it out a inch out of the ground. "Son of a b***h" Cronos yelled with frustration. "******** this thing is heavy but in order to out show the other he would have to do this training" Cronos said to himself and tried once more to get the hammer out of the ground.

Shinratsu briefly wondered what time it was, flipping slowly through the newspaper for some other articles to read. His eyelids grew heavy...though as he glanced at the line through half-lidded eyes, it only seemed that he was giving them a contemptuous glance. Guess he was perhaps a bit tired. Irksome. Thought Shinratsu to himself. He wanted this night over as soon as possible, so he could perhaps watch news of the Chuunin Exams tomorrow...

Shadow smiled giving Rush the thumbs up sign. In all truth his brother did exceptionally well against him, in all truth Shadow was expecting to wipe the floor with him. However it had seem Rush had grown up quite a bit, and though he was still young, he had mountains of potential, and would be a very valuable ally. Shadow laid back listening to the concert off in the distance. He kept a beat with his finger, though he was impartial to the music. It wasn't bad, he just wasn't huge on it. He then stood up humming a little tune in his head from a song stuck in his head. He looked at the other two and grinned.
Well, let's get to the Chuunins shall we? He then turned and stuck his hands behind his head as he walked. A smile was across his face for he had faith in everyone of his friends, they were walking together as Genin, however the next time they sat together they would be Chuunin! He was sure of it! A smile was printed across his face as he started humming miscellaneous songs that were now stuck in his head.

Keiko rolled her eyes, "I don't know what to do with her!" She looked up to Giglamesh, she took his hand, "Eh..." She waited for a brief moment, "Well, you can watch her...since you have an idea of what's going on and I'm completely out there in space. I'm hungry and pickles and ice cream sound really good." She let his hand go and patted the girl's head, "So, I'm going now...have fun talking or something." Keiko turned, "God, my back is killing me...son of a birch tree... "

Artemis stopped mid-bite.... She's leaving me with him? Artemis gulped softly, looking between both chuunin. She didn't want to try to run away with her wires again, because she didn't feel like wasting her toys. She took a deep breath and settled onto Gig's coffin, on her best behavior. Her emerald eyes were scanning the crowd, spotting some of the creepy people in the crowd. "I think I'm leaving now.... Thanks for the apple, Gig-san!" She was eying a group of metal-heads... And not the good kind. She disappeared and reappeared, with nothing but a ruffle of her dress, at Keiko's side.

Giglamesh's eye also got big and he tought the exact same thing. Your leaving her with me!? he was a very good father, when it came to his own chilkdren he knew how to care for and take care of maiyuri, but other peoples kids, if infact she really was conveinced she was a seven year old and it wasnt a act, he had no clue on how to deal with. At time he had trouble with mai, but do to the conection with him if she got out of line she knew with just a look from him she was doing bad or shouldnt do what she was about to. She had turned two years old back in February much as giglamesh turned twenty two..well ..today march twelfth. He had forgotten all about it being his birthday, but it didnt really matter it was of no concincious. He didnt care about things like birthdays because it only meant he was closer to death than before. But keiko would be the only person to know this information because giglamesh erased it off his own profile down where is only says the year of which he was born, no longer has a date of any kind.

"Oi Oi, That was pretty easy...Beating up losers who can't even buy a simple ticket? Heh..." The sharp tooth Kunoichi Saw the trespasser dragged off as she did her job. "Nothing gets passed these eyes..." Stretching, shizuka would look in the area where the band was playing, her ears picked up the concert she would enjoy being in. But alas, she needed to stay here and take care of annoying punks. "I wonder How I'll take care of the next one who tries to trespass...A kick to his groin...maybe a punch to the head might be less harmful..."

Shizuka nodded to the music playing, her blonde hair flew over her face as she did so. "A free concert...I doubt I'll ever get this free time ever again on a mission." It's a good idea to relax in a place like this and enjoy what Iwagakure is best at, Music...Something that Konoha or Kirigakure could hardly perfect. Her eyes would close as she enjoyed that music played, from the message she got from Shinratsu about enjoying the music...he didn't seem to like it obviously. But well, each to his own music, heh.
