Lance Fulgurant I think we need to explain that the bloody mist is in fact dead ( i think we have a lot of crazies that don't know that *glances at Michael Cornelius*). -The requirements for becoming Genin should be altered since we don't really follow that system anyway -we need to edit the mission requirements so that they follow the new mission point system rather than a mission number system - the requirement for becoming Oinin should probably also be changed, and it should be the same for both Jounin and Chuunin, or if anything it should be harder for chuunin rather than being easier for Chuunin - the requirements for becoming ANBU may need to be changed, idk how Luo wants to handle that really - we haven't really decided how one becomes a Sannin so we should really take that out completely those are the main things that need to be edited, and I think there are probably some things we should add, I just can't think of what those might be

I don't know what you're talking about, but Michael's personality is in no way connected to the Mist. I wanted to be in Suna, and YOU suggested that I join Kiri. It's my my fault you invited a sadistic psychopath into the village. The village NEVER influenced his personality, his life did. Am I legally allowed to run on top of the water even as an academy student? Konaga have expert chakra control, so it sounds like a natural thing to me.

Im sorry if it makes things more difficult.

If you want to see these jutsu, go to the JUTSU LIST we have. They're both under universal jutsu. Although to be honest, these should be classified as just chakra manipulation jutsu. So they SHOULD be in that list, but they shouldn't be ranked at chuunin by any means. I'll fix it this weekend.

Don't Konaga get a bonus or something? It even says in the bloodline strength of Chakra Control (Not the type.) that they master skills such as walking up walls, and running on water at an early age.
