It must be great ......looks with sparkly eyes.
Seen the Ocean only 2 times in my entire life.
Well, the only water around is a pool, and it's too cold in the winter and too full in the summer.

Same as Grey, was born on an island and the beach was five minutes driving distance...we went often and stayed overnight in a trailer.
I don't live on an island anymore but I still have a beach closely because of the state Im in...and I habitually avoid it.
Beaches here are a scary thing.

It's not all it's cracked up to be. There's seaweed, jellyfish, crabs, killer whales, dead seals occasionally wash up on the beach, and walking bare foot in the ocean is a myth.
Though I'll admit...nothing quite like the smell of salt sea air...
*sighs dreamily* I miss the island...
Oh well, back to my Riolu. I shall hug him, and squeeze him, and I will name him George...I mean West...

Grey Moonfang IV Two questions. Which Island, and why are the beaches scary? Puerto Rico (I'm sure I've mentioned this), and because I'm in Miami. I'll just start with the first I can think of...South Beach. It became so popular things were built by it's shore (theres still a beach section) like houses and commerce. A LOT of freaky weird people go there, especially at night. The traffic is horrible and last time I passed through there the traffic was made even worse because some celebrity got shot. Miami beach is also really bad...especially when spring breakers come... unless you're an uninformed tourist or actually into that sort of stuff, you'll grow to dislike the beaches here pretty fast. It's only around here in Miami though...Sarasota has nice beaches, really nice ones, but it's a four hour drive.

Not sure how that PC got there, and how Raven managed to get on it .....but I guess it open now for Grey's discretion.
