Remus took a deep breath. "First, you need to know I'm not here to take action... yet." He took another breath. "That powerful presence is the third leader, Dorian. He's acting through Lina. Now the hard part... he needs a sacrifice or he'll keep killing needlessly. He wants you... and he'll kill Lina if he doesn't have you by tomorrow morning..."

With each sentence the boy grew paler and his suspicion tranformed to surprise then fear and then... resignation, "Then I should go to him. Lina sensei must not die. Who else will be able to read from the book?"

Remus put his hand on his shoulder. "This is your decision alone. You need to know that both I and Lina are opposed to this and we were trying to find a way to prevent it. Do me a favor and stay here for a few minutes."

There was silence as the door opened and there was silence as as the barrier disappeared. And most of all, there was silence when Lina walked out. Her eyes didn't have the cold look of death upon them anymore and her aura was white once again. But that didn;t mean that Dorien didn't set traps just incase the woman tried to escape his will.
Be careful of what you say lycan...just remember that.

Seth had soon entered the entertainment district, a looked of deep sadness almost etche don his face. He couldn't find many Rajens that weren't insane or dead. And the ones who recognised him as an elder, ran from him thinking he was insane... Blue eyes, looked up at the sky, leaning against the door of the Nocturne, a safe haven for vampires at the time, "If there was only a way to stop him..."
