Beaten from her heavy training and the willpower drained from her due to her doujutsu Lahlil grabbed the remaining bloodline scrolls and found herself wondering though the academy on a break. During her groggy stroll Lahlil hadn't noticed that she never deactivated her eyes and soon enough found herself walking towards a bright light that seemed to shine through all of the walls and doors of the academy. Eventually leading her to a young girl that couldn't have been much older than herself. Realizing her mistake Lahlil froze in place as she watched the genin who must have been training. Nervously she wondered if perhaps she should go to greet her. Obviously this whole debate was going on in her mind Lahlil wouldn't notice how she was very oddly standing in plain sight staring at the short haired girl.

'Wait. Why do I have the feeling like I'm being watched?' Keiko thought to herself. Everyone has this feeling. Fifty percent of the time, she wasn't being watched. Not by physical beings that was. The other percentages? She was. Her head turned to look around and she spotted a female. She was by far, younger than Keiko herself for sure. Her frame, while short, she was extremely petite. That cross out her being anything of physical class. That was, until their eyes met and her eyes weren't deactivated as Keiko suddenly felt threatened. Keiko was never good at kai'ing out of a Genjutsu but she wasn't in one, maybe... so that means it was either an accident or did the young girl have it permanently? The hairs at her arms stood up as she was wary and on guard around the girl. Though, it would be silly to be attacked here. There are teachers and ANBU on guard around here. Keiko continued to watch the girl in return, that was, until, she heard a thump sound. "Huh?" She questioned as her head looked down. Her bearded dragon had gotten out of the pouch and landed onto the ground. With a sigh, she squatted down and tried to get him, but he hissed angrily at her. "Suit yourself. Enjoy the sun for a bit." And he did. He just stayed where he was and seemed to be soaking up the sun. While still squatting, her arms rested on her knees as she glanced up where the young pale girl was; "Are you okay..?" She managed to get out.

Lahlil remained frozen in place as she watch the girl of course only made things get worse when the young girl turned her head and locked eyes with Lahlil. Oh. My. God. She knows you're Lahlil you idiot why didn't you try to hide? It's okay it's okay How hard can it be to make a friend? I mean you've only gone your whole life without interacting with people. As her internal conflict raged onward Lahlil watched wide eyes as a little dab of glow morphed out of the girl's form and dropped onto the ground beside her. Lahlil recognized the shape from the local pet peddlers around the village, one of the lizards though Lahlil hadn't the slightest clue of what kind. She had always thought they were the most adorable things but never had been to afford one for herself. Though the sight of the cute lizard sassing the girl set her mind at ease Lahlil realized with a start that seeing the glow from the lizard meant that her eyes were still activated. Oh nooo what am I doing? She's going to think I'm a freak or worse just standing her with my doujutsu activated... Quickly turning her eyes ration Lahlil clasped her hands in front of her in the most friendly posture that she could think of, and though she tried to mask it Lahlil nervously pricked her palm with her fingernails. The tiniest sounding epp escaped from her lips as the girl addressed and Lahlil squeaked out rather shakily. "Huh? Oh no sorry it's just.. ha well you see my eyes.. well they can see life forces I guess and I just sorta.. got side tracked and followed yours." Try as she might Lahlil had trouble holding the girl's gaze for very long and frequently looked back to the lizard as she felt a lot more comfortable in it's presence. "Oh! My name is Lahlil by the way! It's wonderful to meet you." At a loss for whether she should bow or try to shake hands Lahlil simply chose to step a few paces closer to the girl. "That's a really adorable.. um lizard? You have."

Keiko could only remain where she was as the girl seemed to be a bit odd. At least the eyes changed. Okay. So she's definitely have to be of Kekki Genkai bloodline. Time to play narrow down the list! Definitely not an Uchiha. Byakugan was not an option either. She didn't have the golden eyes like the Kinmukugan does. So that left Raigyo and .. Sakkakugan. s**t. Both were extremely dangerous, especially the latter, but it wasn't her fault if she was that. Right now, the girl, while seemingly shy and nervous, posed no threat with her. Life forces. That confirmed it. She was of Sakkakugan bloodline. Hearing her asking about the lizard, she glanced down at the sunbathing little critter. "I'm Keiko Nara. It's nice to meet you and it's alright." She honestly wasn't bothered too much because the girl didn't mean to pry by the way she's acting. "Would you like to meet him? Don't mind the hissing he did earlier; he actually doesn't mind people, he just hated to be in the bag with his blanket when it's this hot out here. Oh, and he's a bearded dragon. A type of lizard." She gave her a kind and friendly smile as she remained squatted down close to the ground and to the lizard.
This position was also to her advantage. If she had to, she can suddenly roll either way. Or Leap back. The pixel cut raven haired female stayed still and fluid in her motions. After all, if a snake was too choppy and stiff, it wouldn't catch it's prey and wouldn't be able to defend themselves. When a snake was fluid and unpredictable, it could skin its venomous fangs into the poor unsuspecting prey. Wait. Why was she thinking that? She mentally shook her head but still remained calm and composed on the outside. Besides. It won't be so bad to learn from her as a person. One of the things that her father had always said was that learning and meeting other people increases one's wisdom.

Karuto walked into the room the two females were conversing in with a stack of books 3 feet high in one hand and an open one in the other, casually flicking through it with his nose as he skimmed it, seemingly searching for something "Gah! This is useless!" As he exclaimed his frustration, one particularly heavy book from the top of his stack started to teeter back and forth before tipping off and falling. Don't worry, it didn't hit the ground, for Karuto's foot moved just at that instant and the thick tome fell right onto it!
"DAMMIT THAT HURTS!"
He yelled as he comically tossed the stacks of books aside and grabbed his foot, hopping on one leg as he rubbed the sore spot. Blinking away the tears in his eyes, he seemed to notice the two women in the room for the first time "Uh...I mean...ouch" Blushing, he grinned and rubbed the back of his head "You guys didn't, uh...see that, right?"
All of Lahlil's doubts about herself were quickly dispelled as Keiko introduced her and her little friend, even going to far as to offer to allow Lahlil to meet him up close. A warm feeling spread throughout Lahlil like fire as she was overjoyed at having not only held a normal conversation but even gone so far as to make a potential friend? Lahlil practically leapt at the chance to say hi but was promptly interrupted by a booming voice that felt like it could shake the whole compound. Turning her head back Lahlil saw an enormous mountain of a man walk in carrying a pile of books in a single hand. Simply staring at him made her immediately aware of how tiny a person she actually was, barely even reaching to the man's stomach in height. At first she didn't quite know what to make of him or why he was here but even before she had time to feel intimidated Lahlil watched him try to catch the book he rather clumsily dropped with his toe. Lahlil started to burst into a fit of laughter as she rolled backwards. It might have taken her a moment to get her giggling under control but Lahlil eventually managed to pull herself together. Sitting crossed legged she choked out. "I don't think I've ever seen someone make quite the entrance you do." For some reason Lahlil couldn't explain she seemed to not have any of her usual nervousness in front of the man. Perhaps because of his funny entrance.

Keiko heard someone shout as she still remained squatted down. Her right eyebrow rose in curosity as she watched the man stepped out where both Lahlil and her was. Her eyes trailed at the book as she sighed. Does he not know physics? Sure, he could hold them with one hand, good, but um. Physics? It wasn't a surprise when the top book had lost its leverage as it went down to his foot and he yelled, sending all books hurling everywhere. One of them even landed on her bearded dragon. With a sigh, she picked up the book and glanced at it, smiling softly at Lahlil's laugh. Laughter was always good and honestly, from how hard she was laughing, it sounded like she really needed it. Not to mention, she may be going through some kind of depression or something not good that's for sure. Those who laugh loudest and longest usually have higher pain tolerance and already suffering from some kind of mental disorders. "What were you trying to find?" Keiko questioned casually as the bearded dragon hissed in anger and ran up to Karuto and bit his other foot and started to crawl up his leg...

Embarassed as he was, he couldn't help but laugh alongside the smaller of the two women. She was cute, in the very petite sort of way. Still, he came here for a purpose and not to oogle the girls of the library "Thanks...I think! Name's Karuto, pleased to meet ya!" Boisterous as always, he was in relatively good spirits considering his little embarrassing episode. He turned his attention to the other woman, taller and more tanned, and was about to answer here when...
'MUNCH!
Her lizard bit down on his other foot. Raising his knee up up to bring his foot higher, he looked down and saw a small lizard dangling from his big toe. He blinked at it, and in return it blinked at him in dead silence. A split second afterwords Karuto let loose a second billowing scream "ARGHHHHH! Get your friggen Gecko off of me!" He yelled as he whipped his leg back and forth, now hopping on the other leg. Despite his best efforts the lizard didn't let go and was waved back and worth on the end of his leg like the world's weirdest flag of battle
Nearly forgetting her manners Lahlil Introduced herself to the clumsily ninja with as friendly a smile as she could muster. The joy of making another friend left her feeling rather bubbly inside. "Hello Kaurto, my name is... um Lahlil. It's a pleasure to meet you." Quickly after her introduction however, Lahlil found herself under threat of being unable contain her giggles once more Lahlil watched Keiko's breaded dragon boldly run up to Karuto and sink his adorable jaws into his big toe with all the ferocity of his namesake. Still clutching her sides Lahlil struggled to get back up, worried that the tiny might have bitten off more than he can chew (literally) and might get himself hurt Lahlil rushed forward to try and coax the lizard off of Karuto while also trying to avoid the wildly swinging mass of muscles that he was. "Wait stop! You're going to hurt him if you aren't careful!" Desperately she tried to grab a hold of Kaurto in order to slow down, but there was very little she could actually do. "You have to relax and let him climb off you gently!"

The freckled girl grimaced slightly as she wanted to stop Lahlil from the tall swirling windmill of a man. Casually picking up the books and out of the way, she was honestly worried about Lahlil getting accidentally hurt from all the commotion. Her eyes shows a hint of annoyance of her bearded dragon being called a frickin gecko. To add more fuel to the flames, "Eh. Give him fifteen minutes. Once he finishes his sales pitch of saving 15% or more on insurance, he'll leave." The bold Nara joked as she should probably try to put a stop on this. With an annoyed sigh, "Fine." The caramel female reached into a bag and got out a jar of crickets. Alive. She opened the lid and you can hear them chirping their little legs out. The bearded dragon heard them and found himself hungry. With that, he let himself be flung and landed gracefully on the sand as he hastily made his way towards Keiko. She placed the stubborn and hungry creature into her bag with blankets and fed him few crickets. "So. Don't worry. He's not venomous. What were you looking for earlier?" She questioned, her memory remembering that he was frustrated over a pile of bokos.

๑๑๑๑Figuring it was time to get back to some training, Hideo had a couple techniques he wanted to get under his belt before pursuing anymore missions. His pace was rather carefree however, not exactly in a rush to get from one place to another, especially seeing as how the desert sun had grown low on the horizon. He preferred the cool nights to the scorching days, but that was just his opinion on the matter. His attire wasn't just to make him look presentable as a shinobi, but white in order to stave away as much of the sun's rays as possible, among other things of course.
As his leisurely stride took him towards the training area, the young man could here a bit of a commotion going on. A yelp here, some laughter there, and then clear as day Karuto's voice. He too must have ended up here earlier than Hideo to train. Rounding the corner he found Karuto to be in the company of others, perhaps the friends he spoke of earlier. One shorter girl, another close to his own height, and a bearded dragon he spied scurrying into the bag of the latter. As his eyes drifted casually from Karuto's red foot with visible bite marks to the bag, and then to the pile of books which were neatly stacked, Hideo pieced together half an idea of what had occurred before he had a chance to see for himself. Letting out a sigh as his shoulders slumped, Hideo slipped his right hand out of the pocket it was in to wave once to the group before turning to Karuto who'd just been asked a question.

Just as Lahil tried to grab Karuto the Gecko thankfully release his grip on Karuto's toe and the pain immediately subsided. Free of the demon iguana's hold, Karuto crouched down to Lahil's level and put an arm around her shoulders, his biceps bigger than her head, and spoke out the side of his mouth in a poorly hushed whisper "I think she was joking about the sales pitch but if not let me know. That sounds like a great investment!" Standing back up he laughed at his own dumb joke. Making Lahil laugh was an entertainment in-of-itself. Turning to Keiko, he let his grin fad away as he got down to business "Oh. Well I was studying. I'm putting together a squad and I'm looking for the best members. See..." Karuto reached down and picked up a book, presenting it to her so she could read the title.
'Effective Ninja Formations and Accompanying Tactics'
"I know shocker a guy my size can read huh?" He said, laughing at his own self-depreciating joke "I have already found one and...wow speak of the devil" He shot welcoming finger guns at Hideo who just walked into the room. He leaned to the side to address him, looking past the girls"Oh, hey dude. Forgot to tell you, we're in a squad now. We need to find a third" Straightening past them he returned his gaze to the two females "Anyways I figured, ya know, with ol' telescopes-for-eyes over there holding down a Ninjutsu and this good looking mug before you pretty much being the best thing to happen to Taijutsu since we invented kicking, I'm looking for someone who can use that...what's it called? JinJutsu? Hideo! What's the thing with the brain? Like it makes you see sh*t?" Of course he knew it was Genjutsu, but the loveable oaf schtick put other people at ease. In fact, if an observer studied half of the books he was holding they would find tomes of history, past battles and Taijutsu manuals for overcoming shortcomings in Ninjutsu as well as Genjutsu. Big he may be, but dumb? Certainly not.
A huff of air escaped out of her lips as Lahlil visibly struggled under Karuto's weight. Barely managing much more than a grin at his joke Lahlil attempted to worm out from under him though thankfully she hadn't needed to as he finally lifted off of her shoulder. Letting out a sign of relief Lahlil turned in surprise to meet Karuto's companion who was apparently a genin same as Karuto. Honestly it hadn't even crossed her mind that Karuto might be the same rank as herself, when it really came down to it I suppose she had just equated his size to belonging to some one of higher ability. Not entirely sure of how to she introduce herself Lahlil chose to give a welcoming courtesy to the genin Karuto had referred to. "Hello... um my name is Lahlil." For a brief moment Lahlil had even considered expanding on Karuto's joke about the boy having telescope eyes but decided against it in the end, worried that she didn't really know any of the current company to really poke fun at and the last thing she'd want to do is alienate or make someone feel bad. Or yet worse cause someone to hate her. Indeed her face had already turned bright just from thinking of being so familiar with someone. Looking back up to Karuto as he spoke of looking for another team member a spark of light twinkled in her eyes when she realized that he was speaking of genjutsu. Perhaps here she could find a usefulness and maybe even.. well a home. "You.. you mean genjutsu right?" Her hands still clasped in front of her Lahlil twitled her fingers as she continued. "I mean I don't know if I would call myself particularly good, but genjutsu is sort of my specialty. My bloodline sort of.. well I guess you could say it enhances it?"

Someone else had arrived. It sure started to get crowded here and Keiko doesn't like groups. She watched his body language for a moment before she noticed Karuto leaning over and whispering into the short girl's ears. Huh. So he can lean over that much, which means, while the muscles are tight, he's actually pretty flexible and not so stuff as most muscular men are. Studying? To put a squad together? Best members? What. She read the title of the book and mentally sighed to herself but doesn't show anything on the outside. He made a joke about him being able to read as she rose her eyebrow. She's guessing that a lot of people had assumed that he can't read. The brute had turned his attention to the quiet one that's almost her height and mentioned about his ability. Byakugan. Interesting. When the man had shouted Hideo's name, she figured that would be the Hyuuga one. Lahlil corrected him as Keiko shifted her foot slightly. He's smart. A lot smarter than he looks that was for sure. "Well. Since you found your perfect squad, I wish you three the best of the luck. I should get back to training."

Theodin would appear suddenly in a fairly large puff of smoke, right outside the entrance of the academy and look around for a second as he took a deep breath of the warm desert air and thought of how glad he was to be out of the hospital and back to his relatively normal life. Hittimg the nutton on his staff to collapse it and stashing it in his robe, Theo walked calmly into the building and looked around a moment before calling quickly “Hey kids, amnyone wants some hwlp with ninjutdu, or almost anything really, just call me over.” The jounin would then suddenly take to the air and fly up to the rafters of the room aand sit to watch over the people, none of whom he really recognized, so assumed they were a bunch of new genin.
