I'll probably have to post my character dragging Harry away, because she's not coming online and it worries me so...

*Opens his eyes upon his sleeping position in the tavern and looks about to see people arriving. Jumps out of a window and comes back in through the door* Mmm..I wasn't here when it was closed. Really I wasn't, I just arrived.
Anyways, just to let everyone know. I will be moving out of my current apartment tomorrow [July 18] to a new one. So I might be without internet for a couple of days, a week at max, until I get everything straightened out.
If I don't put away my character by tomorrow morning then feel free to move him around or anything. Dark is experiencing a loss of power which will leave him unconscious for awhile. But hopefully I'll be able to comatose him before I leave.
Thanks for reading.

*walks in tossing his scarf around his neck to let it hang loosely down his back*
So... ninja a higher power has given me an epiphony for the story line of this role play-a little something for us to mull over here in the OOC: The town of Is, Was, Willbe will be experiencing a time rift in the near future and I expect lots of chaos... twisted Sadly only those who possess the most formidable of spirits will pass through the vortex unscathed. On the other side, the heroes (or villains) who make it will find themselves in the distant future. Willbe is now replaced by a metropolitan and both sides have found their modern niche in this new time and place.
Let the mulling begin...

I see two people who voted no....best get out if you don't like it 4laugh
For the 'yes but could be better': it's hard to make things better without suggestions.....seems like people are more than willing to voice opposition, but they are lazy when it comes to using a little brain power for the sake of their own enjoyment....
Anyway, Gazma's post is the topic right now. I'm honestly bored of the setting right now. We can keep it the same and finish it as is if you guys want, but if any of you are getting tired of the same old same old and want more options like me, then let's go with the time shift idea. I want to read opinions on this....If I wanted to read unconstructive posts in response, then I would have gone to the chatterbox. 3nodding

A time shift would definitely be a "make-or-break" idea, and whether its awesome or stupid would entirely depend on how you carried it out and made it flow.
For me personally, I have a thin line of where I like/dislike anything science-fiction. Fantasy I can do, and as long as you don't throw in a mothership or two I think I can roll with this gladly.
Originally I liked how WillBe was entirely separated from the outside world, technologically speaking. I suppose you could flip the concept, and while you have WillBe being this city, have the outside world be like an abyss or wasteland. It makes just a little less sense than having an amish village in the middle of a "normal" world.
All-in-all, I say go for the time shift.

I'll comment on the setting tomorrow... brain isn't working for me right now >.< *whacks side of head with hand and grumbles* it won't turn on Dx But, I answered your poll wrong haha. I put "yes", but then I re-read the question & I was like "NOOOOO, I wanted to say no you stupid computer!! BLARGH."
