So the fact that I purchased the online lab course for the right textbook but the wrong edition nearly has me in tears.
I'm hoping a customer service agent can fix this, but..... crying Aren't changes in editions just, like, rephrasing and moving s**t around? The same basic info would be there, right?
But the online account lends access to different published article, related videos, etc. The one I got by accident doesn't provide the 2 videos I have a quiz on tomorrow. Rule 64, hon. Just head on over to /r/ and ask for what you need. P:
After talking to customer service, my solution is apparently simple: I am indeed allowed to return the account access purchase and be refunded. Buy the right product while I wait for the refund.
...I've never been so stupid in this sitch before. If I'd taken enough time to read through all the website policies, I bet I would've seen this. Stupid blinding panic. For the record, I officially apologize for all similar actions I may take in the future. Thank goodness he didn't even confront me about it.Oh never mind then. Rule 64 = it has been cracked and pirated, no exceptions, and /r/ would probably have been able to find the vids you needed, but it's all good.

I imagine a time that should come when we get art together looking like this. Same artist as the a** of twelve thousand nosebeeds. You know the one. His thread was more than dead, so I PM'd him with a request in exchange for my 1st Gen Nightmare that I never really use anymore. I figured it was a good trade because his art is really freaking good. So the first thing that happens is that he tries to do it for free. xd He got a little embarassed because I thought so highly of his art. xd If you guys like his art enough, we might be able to commission something from him for not too much.
