Lore's eyes soften as contentment spread across his features. He smiled as he (though inside nervously) gently brushed his lips on her forehead. Light as a butterfly, the reciever might have missed it had she not been awake.
"That's all I need," he murmured.
Perhaps he would get up the courage to ask properly one day, when he was sure what he was suppose to do. Perhaps he should ask, but not his assistants may all the deities of his world forbid him doing that.

A pleasant warmth spread throughout Elnara's entire body, and she lifted Lore's hand, which was still over hers, to her lips. Then she sighed contentedly and closed her eyes, resting against him lightly.
She was starting to feel tired ... as much as she hated to end the moment, it would be important that they get to sleep as soon as possible to adjust to the time change. But she didn't want to say anything, really she didn't ...

Lore smiled watching her, but noticed she was going to nod of to sleep if he didn't do something.
"You're going to fall asleep," he told her gently, "And it won't be comfortable for you like this."
Though he didn't want to move from this position himself.

"It might be," Elnara replied softly, smiling semi-mischievously. But she brushed her hair back from her face and rose slowly to her feet. "Come on," she smiled softly down at Lore, holding both hands out to him to help him up as well.

He took both of her hands getting up from where he sat. Stretching out as he took one last look to the outside.
"Shall we go in?"

Elnara nodded wordlessly and opened the door for them. It was even darker inside than out, but there was enough starlight coming in through the living room window that they could see where they were going.
Still, that didn't stop her from tripping over a pile of pillows that could have sworn weren't there when they had gone outside ...

Lore grabbed her arms, trying to help keep her balance as he looked down curiously.
"Are you okay?" he inquired.
Wondering what was in their way.

Elnara steadied herself, then knelt and tried to feel out what it was that was in front of her.
"I'm all right," she assured Lore with a quick nod, though he wasn't likely to be able to see it in the darkness. "I just tripped ..."
Yes ... a pile of pillows, definitely. And in the middle of it ...
... two tiny sleeping angels.
She laughed softly and rose once more. "Storm and Starr," she told Lore quietly, taking his arm and gently guiding him around. "Looks like they couldn't sleep apart after all."

Lore shook his head with a chuckle, "I guess we shouldn't have been too surprised, must have snuck out when everyone else was asleep."
He peered down at them now being able to make out their forms.
"As long as no one else trips over them..."

"Everyone else is already asleep," Elnara murmured, leading him on down the hall towards the guest room where he would be sleeping. "I'm sure they'll be fine until morning. And by then it will be light, they'll be in plain view I'm sure."
There was no point in moving them again, they would only go back there within a matter of time anyways.

"Okay," Lore murmured following her, though if hte twins were going to keep that up, they probably should move the pillows somewhere else tomorrow night he thought.
But that can be dealt with tomorrow.

Elnara stopped at his bedroom door and opened it for him.
"So I guess I'll see you in the morning, then?" she smiled, leaning against the doorway.

Lore nodded slowly, "Yes," he smiled, "I'll see you in the morning," he told her softly.
He leaned over to hug her gently before retreating into his room for the night.

Elnara smiled warmly and headed into her own room. She changed her clothes quietly in the darkness before slipping into bed with Skye, Serenity and Idhril.

Lore nestled in for the night, not at all bothered by sharing the bed with Celebor, besides it was only with Celebor since Storm decided to go off with his sister. It was strange a bit for him, to be sleeping in an actual bed, that fit no less. He hadn't recalled sleeping in a bed for a very long time, and even though it was too short for him the last time he did. Still, evenually he drifted off to sleep...
