Ruby nodded, "that's a start sug, that's a good start."

The group of civilians along with Ghost being carried by a couple of medics and the little security force sent with them make it to the shelter with little trouble.

"oh yeah thanks, wish someone warned me flying into a wall hurt so much..." He says with a large dose of sarcasm. "But really I hate being solid all the time... need to phase shift..." He then falls through the stretcher with a loud cry of pain when he hits the ground...

"meanie... Now can I stand now? Or are my legs still broken?"

"Alright then" he gets up to his feet testing his weight on each leg. "ok now how can I help? THe only way I can think of is as one of them shocking machines that jumps starts the heart for anyone that dies... or I could bring supplies to people...."

A few AoH medic pullingalong wounded survivers get to the shelter but hesitate to move into the area... The two lead medics whisper to each other for a moment. "should we go in and get help for these soldiers and see what we can do to help them"
"I don't know we might not be welcome"
"I say its worth a try"
"Alright then lets go."
They usher their group in setting their wounded down as the lead medic grabs the attention of one of the shelter workers.
"We just need supplies to treat these wounded and we are willing to help in any way after we get the worst of our guys stabilized..."

"Awe I was hoping to zap someone back to life..." he says with violet electricity dancing between his fingers... "Oh well" he says before running off finding a cart and loading it up with supplies before making his round to see who needs what. Mostly Ghost didn't know what anything was so the medical personel had to grab it out of the cart themselves which is a good thing he grabbed a bunch of everything he could find.

The AoH medics get to work and send as many medics as they could spare at the moment to help other injured people. As they work the medics joke around with each other. Each having seen enough wounded and dead that cracking jokes while wroking is the only way they could keep somewhat sane.

Ruby finished on the latest patient and then sat back to take a rest and let her powers recooperate. Hearing about the grid and the attack on Krovh from the injured arriving, had her horribly worried. She knew why she had to stay here, the grid would have killed her in an instant, but it didn't stop her from getting restless. She was terrified for both Arch and Aaron, and she knew Arch was probably feeling the same, especially if he didn't know where she was.

A light went on in Ruby's mind and she went back to one of the Nurses and borrowed her cellphone. She didn't want to call Arch and distract him if he was in the middle of a battle, but she did send a quick text message. "Im at the shelter. Be safe. Love you, Ruby."
