netsumi The Jolly Glomper When you cannot watch Pirates of the Carribean without trying to conduct ot the soundtrack. (Is it just Washington, or did half the WORLD'S marhcing bands play that the past two years???) Same in Mississippi. I pull out my horn while watching it and start playing along. It was going to be our show piece, but at least 5 other bands were playing it.

you know your a band nerd when you can remember sets from you freshman year marching
you know your a band nerd when you can, for some unknown reason, remember a bands music from marching shows/concerts previous to your arival in that band
you know your a guard nerd when you refuse to turn in your equiptment serior year, even though you know youll never use it again

creepy_girl hehe i dont have to a shako.. i am a tuba player and we wear bareis oops i cant spell thatheh yeah our tubas got those this year... but they look funny...>.>.. i think theyre actually getto immitation ...things...*cant spell it either* and they dont really fit on anyone either sweatdrop and speaking of them, a fellow guard member stole one out of the lost and found for me for my birthday XD i look so french in that thing.. XD
