"Then it's settled. Go around park the Duke in the back hangar. I'll be in in a minute." Ral said as he got out of the Duke. The smuggler took a look at the clear skies above him looking for any signs of bad weather on the horizon. Satisfied, he turned to go, but stopped when he heard a familliar monotone voice.
"Endangered species," was all that Ral heard before he saw the scarlet blaster bolts fly above his head. Then the smuggler sidestepped as the reamins of a charred bird fell right were he was standing a moment ago. Ral looked at the source of the blaster fire and saw what most beings would mistake for a B1 battle droid.
The droid stood at 2 meters and was wielding its Merr-Sonn underslung rotary carbine. At a glance the machine would look like a standard B1 battle droid, a Clone Wars relic, with a blue-grey coating and what appeared to be either rust or blood stains. Of coarse Ral knew better. This droid could out shoot almost anyone alive as Ral had seen many times before. "What took you so long?" The droid asked in it's monotone voice, the same as all other B1 and OOM droids, as it walked towards the spacer.
"We ran into some trouble."
"Typical"
"Anyway... we're going to be heading out tomorrow for a job from the Merchants' Guild. So make sure everything related to the weaponry is ready."
"Roger, roger," was the response that Ral received as the droid went inside to recheck the guns on the ship.

The Blood Claw Pirate base echoed with a concussion as the last assembly crane released the Ion Dragon It's landing struts easily absorb the force of the impact with the ground. Revak grinned broadly as he watched the final preparations for the vessel's maiden flight. Behind him the hanger door slid open and the lean figure of Calra slipped into the room.
She wore a T-shirt that didn't quite fit her build and a pair of tight polymer jeans, which also held some of her tail. She, like Revak was barefoot, for neither one enjoyed wearing footwear except when it was absolutely necessary. Grinning in the Raporan fashion she stepped beside Revak bumped him to gain his attention.
"You started without me," Calra hissed, but immediately softened her response with a wide toothy grin.
Revak shook his muzzle and looked at the floor, "Sorry."
Calra snorted softly, "Don't worry about it."
With a hiss a pair of Technicians pulled a ion line from the hanger's bay and moved to hook it up. Revak saw them and frowned before turning to Calra, "Just a second, Bei Ki."
Calra would have turned red if she were a human, Bei Ki meant Mirror Soul, or in this context Soul Mate in old Raporan. It was among the few things Revak knew that could get that reaction from her, a reaction he'd come to love.
Still he knew she'd be embarassed so he scampered off to the technicians, "Hey, is that plasma purified?"
One of the techies, an old and disgruntled man who bore the scars of a long service to the hutts straightened, "Yeah Revak!"
Revak nodded, "Then hook her up."
The other techie, a tired looking Ithorian pulled the line up and plugged it into the Ion Dragon. As the ship began to take in the fuel that would be the ship's life blood the Ithorian grumbled, "He'll make us obsolete if they all start building ships like this."
Revak snickered, "I don't think that'll be a problem." He knew that he was the only one in the galaxy the possessed the skills required to produce such a vessel, or at least thats what he thought, perhaps somewhere in the infinite domain of known space there was another ship that could equal her. Perhaps.

Fina sat in the central room of the ship... The page was there as well, practicing lifting things with the force. She considered setting him up with a remote to try to zap him a few times, but then decided against it. They'd be back with the fleet sometime soon anyway, so he'd be able to train on his own time in any way he really wanted...
The ship shot out of hyperspace and Fina would be needed in the co-pilots seat. So, standing up, Fina moved to the cockpit and sat in the co-pilots seat, the pilot guiding them to the planet surface. Fina contacted the Roan Fel and requested permission to dock on it, afterward having the pilot guide the ship in... Then she started off. She guessed if Sven wasn't in a bad mood, she might put him in one with her report. The others had exited the ship as well and started about going their seperate ways so they could get back to business as usual... Spotting a trooper nearby, she approached him. "Excuse me... Where is commander Sven?"

The tropper saluted and addressed her. "The Commander has gone planet-side. He has left orders if you are to return to meet him below and hook up with him and Tantis."

"An asteriod belt sounds like a good place to hide out for a while. The Imperials probably won't risk getting their ships smashed to smitherins," Aurora said.
"And the Ballett is very manueverable," Sapphire piped in.

What started off as an excellent day was rapidly decaying into another frustrating one. Surrounded by incompetent fools and with three of his ships out of commission Gordo was seeing red. One of his Nikto crewmen answered Gordo roared.
Another crewman gasped, drawing the Hutt’s attention.
Gordo’s reptilianesque eyes widened with shock.
The Huttese Barge shuddered violently, throwing even the massive bulk of the Hutt from his dais. Warning sirens blared as damage reports came in. a Klatoonian wailed. The hut slithered onto his “Foot” and angrily barked at his crew.
Gordo roared. Someone screamed.
A groundquake of apocalyptic proportions seemed to shake the bridge of the Barge. Crewmen were hurled about, monitors exploded and controls smoked and sparked. Warning sirens clared and emergency lights cast the entire room in a blood red glow. Gordo rumbled as he pushed himself to a sitting position. A human crewer pulled himself up to a working consol and scanned the data. < The enemy ship has rammed our starboard side. We have signifigant hull breaches around the damaged area and energy relays to the weapon systems have been severed. And it has a tractor beam lock on us!> the Hutt’s eyes widened in terror. the Human crewer muttered as he stared at the screen.
Both the Hutt and the surviving bridge crew looked out the portside windows to find themselves looking upon their own vessels.
-----------------------------------------------------
Link pulled himself up once more from the floor to find a Huttese barge blocking most of the bridge windows. “The nice thing about Hutts is that they’re really fat and really slow.” The woman observed, clearly unworried by the starship obscuring her view. “And when you find yourself in a nasty firefight, you wanna find the biggest piece of cover you can find.” She gave a laugh and gave Link a wink. “Though as far as firefights go, this barely makes the cut. I’ve had more dangerous things scrapped off the hull.”
Link looked once more at the Hutt barge directly infront of them. “You’re using them as a shield?” “Am I moving a bit fast for you there, Blondie?” The woman snorted. “Or are you just having an off day? Because it’s pretty obvious what I did. Those goons aren’t going to be too willing to shoot their boss’ ship, so that means now I can concentrate on ‘em piecemeal. She turned to stare towards the back of the vessel, looking at something Link could not see. “They’re going down slower than I’d like, so lets try dumping some more juice into the guns.”
Looking at one of the Holographic screens, the Jedi watched as power was diverted to bring more energy to the turbolasers. Both cannons locked on a target and fired several high powered salvos, sundering clear through the modified freighter’s makeshift armor before moving on to a second target with similar results. And then Link noted that the air was thinner, the room’s temperature dropping noticibly. He worridly checked back at the screen, scanning for signs of a hull breach. “Whoops.” Came the woman’s voice. “Sorry about that, Blondie. Forgot about you again. I probably shouldn’t drain power from life support anymore.” Her tone indicated that she wasn’t apologetic at all. The jedi turned to glare irritably at the strange woman, who seemed somewhat amused by Link’s reaction. “You’re cute when you’re mad, Blondie. Anyone ever tell you that?” Link just continued to glare.
“I’ll take the blushing as a no.” The woman said with a smile. She turned to face aft again and snarled irritably. “If I had Torps I’d be done by now. But noooooo. Papa didn’t leave me any torps. So now I have to drag it out with these chumps and risk scratching the paint. Unless…” She smirked again.
She adjusted her gaze slightly and then called out, rasing her voice as though shouting to someone. “Yo Freighter. I need a little ordinace. I know you got missiles, so how about you help a girl out?”
Reido’s disembodied voice sounded a reply. “Who the heck is this?! Where’s the Jedi?!”
“Standing next to me having panic attacks and stating the obvious. Now Shut up and lob your missles where I tell you too. I’m gonna feed you some targeting data so get ready.” Her violet eyes flicked to the left, then up, then back to stare at what Link assumed was Reido’s general direction. “Ok, feeding coordinates to you. Launch.”
Upon the holoscreen, Link watched as two of Reido’s Diamond Boron Missiles sped across the stars to strike the blaster scarred hull of a wrecked Imperial frigate directly above the two Hutt galleons. The Missiles pierced the outdated plating like paper and in the span of a heartbeat the derelict ignighted, the missiles striking the frigate’s power core with devastating results for the nearby galleons as the ship went up, taking the Hutt craft along for the ride.
A whoop went up from Reido and the silver haired woman gave a satisfied sigh. “It may not be a Proton Torpedo, but its still pretty effective. Now for those last four.”
She faced the bow and focused on the ship they were holding infront of them. Link felt the treasure ship tilt slightly as the woman aquired a grin. “There you are.” The Rail cannons fired, the rounds shredding through Gordo’s ship and passing straight through, followed by another pair of shots that flew through the holes of the first two at full speed, striking with concussive force against a surprised Hutt galleon on the other side.
The Rail cannons sounded thrice more, the rounds striking their mark again and again. Then the treasure ship tilted it’s bow down a few degrees, hauling the hapless Hutt barge with it, and suddenly the ship rocketed forward, throwing Link to the back of the bridge with the sudden acceleration. It stopped suddenly, releasing the Hutt barge from the grip of it’s tractor beam as it fired it’s braking thrusters.
Unaided by such a system, the Hutt Barge maintained Velocity, speeding sideways between two of it’s allies who scurried to get away. Both Turbolasers sounded at once, striking the barge’s engines and ignighting the badly mauled wreck, the blast catching the two Galleons in it’s radius.
Two more bursts from the turbos finished the job and the treasure ship turned it’s hungry gaze to the last galleon, the ship gunning it’s engines for all they were worth to escape the dread pirate ship.
“Still too slow.” The woman told the departing ship. Systems cycled on the treasure ship’s turbos as they locked onto target. Blue salvos of Ion Energy poured out the barrels and the treasure ship took off like a rocket, rapidly catching up to the ship it’s dual-phase cannons continued to pump energy into. Now floating dead in the void, the Galleon was helpless against the ship now maneuvering around it. The ship circled around it’s prey slowly, as though it were toying with it’s prey before halting, the bows of the ships facing each other.
“Ol’val.” The woman bid the ship before them as a pair of railgun rounds shattered the Galleon’s defensless bridge.

Fina nodded. "Thank you." She said to the trooper, deciding not to neglect her manners. Turning and walking away, she decided to take the freighter again... So she walked back into the ship, headed to the cockpit and sat in the pilots seat, starting the take-off procedures and piloting the freighter from the ship, heading planetside on Utapau. There was no need for a co-pilot for this simple little trip...
Fina quickly maneuvered the ship to dock near the same place the Commander had on Utapau after first getting clearance for it, and then once the ship was down, she walked off the ramp to start her search. She felt another force user near by, so she'd guessed she should check there first... With the fleet being in the Utapau system it would be impossible for a Sith to be there unnoticed, so she supposed that it was another knight, or some Jedi that was already there when the loyalists arrived. She just assumed that it was a Knight and decided that she'd find Sven with the knight, or she'd find out where he was from the knight. So, off she went, away from the landing pad to find the commander.

"All ships, this is the Juno! We have taken to much damage! All ships make your jumps... and may the Force be with-What the...? AHHHHHHHH-*pzzzzzzzt*" "No... No... I don't want to die... NOOOOO! URRRRGH!" "This is Skywalk Leader! All surviving fighters, that last order stands! Jump! Frakin' jump!" "Lead look out! Three coming on you fast!" "What?!-*pzzzt*" "Lead! No!"
Llednar's was in a trance. His fighter was moving and firing without him thinking about it. It felt like someone else was flying the ship for him. Finally he snapped out of it, seeing the last fire was the shattered Juno, be engulfed by the oxygen-less void of space. "All fighters! This is Skywalk 8! Meet at area NB-17! We may have lost our homes, but we still have our lives! Move!" Soon, the fighters were making the jumps, heading to The Wheel...

A transmission cut through to the Ballet."This is General Graus Dur'gun. Is this Freya Starsinger?" The transmission was being sent from somewhere out in the mid-rim. The signal was weak and there was some static coming through, but otherwise clear.
Drecks opened the transmitting console and started to rewire certain parts of the system without cutting the transmission, soon it was clear as crystal, The jedi repeated."This is General Graus, is this Miss Starsinger?"

Astride a stolen GLF Scout bike, Mandalore the Immortal watched the plume of dust and smoke that was once Abregado Rae base climb into the air, a clear sight in the open blue sky. This planet held no further use for him. It was time to move on. "So much work to do, so little time." He remarked as he powered up the bike. He pointed it towards the nearest City and sped on to his ship and his next task.

Kaze-Kage Daisuko The shuddle soon landed in the hangar of the Pillar. The Plague troopers went out first and formed in to seperate rows for the Sith Knight as he walked out. "Good work men, you may return to your unit and seek further accomadations," he said. The nodded and gave a quick salute as they ran off to find their unit. The Sith Knight within a few minutes was on his way to the head of the ship, and, sadly, represent himself after war in blood covered robes. The thought of how his master would react was a terrible one indeed, but he felt he needed to report to him right away. As soon as he reached the head he came to his masters side and kneeled, "I have returned my master," he said. Ferno inquired, still staring out the glass of the bridge.
HM stared intently on, his jawpiece fidgeting almost incessantly. He was always amused by it, a minor quirk in his AI which had developed over the many years. His neck tilted side to side, as if he was trying ot get a vertebre back into place but just couldn't get it quite right.

"Then we will have a problem." Tantis looked away from Sven and closed his eyes and took a deep breath. "If she continues to use the Dark Side and embrace like a Pllar that holds a building tall then she will continue to fall down its pass and into the deepest of the abyss in which she has created, Im afraid if she continues down that path then the Sith will find her and when they do, you can believe their going to try and recruit her. Which will be yet another problem added to many, but this one may decide our fates." He finished with a sour taste in his mouth. And if she does I may have to stop her.

When the smoke had cleared, twelve more wrecks had been added to the debris field that was Cyan Darksun’s last stand. Amid this carnage sat the treasure ship of Cale Darksun, a fearsome beast of battle surrounded by the remains of her opponents.
The silver haired woman satisfied that the last ship had been defeated, turned upon Link with a confident smile. “Am I good or what?” Link was baffeled and amazed still by what had just transpired. Twelve Hutt ships had fallen in rapid succession to the awesome firepower and maneuverability of this vessel, a feat he would have trouble believing if not for what he had just witnessed.
He shook himself out of his stunned state and stood to face the woman. “This one believes introductions are in order. This one is Link Darksun, Ronin Jedi.” The jedi bowed formally to the woman who seemed to be trying to stifle a laugh. “Cute, Blondie, Cute. Alright then, I’m Sia Arcadia Darksun. And you’re standing inside me.” Link blinked. “Oro?”
“I’m the ship.” The woman said, sweeping her hand to emcompass everything in view. “What you’re seeing is my Holographic Avatar. Lesser beings find it easier talking to someone face to face than to the space around them, so I was programmed with this visual image to help coordinate functions.” Link nodded. “So you’re the Ship’s A.I., correct?”
Sia frowned. “No, I am the ship. I do my own thinking. And I’m not artificial, though parts of me are. You see, I’m technically a Cyborg.” “Oro?” Sia's frown deepened to a scowl. “Keep up here, Blondie, will ya?" She took a breath, an action that was probably programmed in considering she didn't need to, and continued. "I’m a functioning next generation starship Integrating not only standard Spacegoing technology but the latest Sekotan Biotech fused into one perfect organic machine. Grown from Cale Darksun’s own DNA and integrated with Top shelf Hardware, I am the future of Starship design. I am a living, sentinent Starship, equal parts organic and mechanic. The Arcadia is the culmination of over 40 years of research, planning, and construction, with countless credits poured into my creation.” Sia crossed her arms and smiled haughtily. “I am the single most advanced ship in the Galaxy. And you should feel blessed that I even let a Jedi step anywhere near me, let alone inside me.”
Link blinked again. “This one would be Impressed, save for that you missed one.” “Beg your pardon?” “You let one of the ships go. Gordo came with thirteen vessels. You only destroyed twelve.”
Sia’s eyes widened and she froze in place, apparently doing the math herself. She scowled again and turned her back on Link. “I just woke up, so I’m still a little groggy. And Papa didn’t leave me any torpedoes. Otherwise I would have gotten ‘em all. Not that it matters. What can one ship possibly do?” “Ahem.”
Sia’s scowl deepened. “What can one Huttese ship possibly do?” She clarified. “At any rate, we’ll be long gone before they can come back with reinforcements.” “We?” Sia looked over her shapely shoulder to meet Link’s Gaze. “You’re coming with me, Blondie. I’m not about to traverse long distances of space without someone to talk to. I’ll get bored as hell. Besides, family should stick together.” She flashed Link her tattoo with a smirk. “And I really shouldn’t let my little Nephew wander the galaxy alone. Just think of what hell I’d catch from your Mother.” “Grandmother.”
“What?” “Cale left you for this one’s Grandmother, Maya Darksun. She was Cale Darksun’s Great Granddaughter. So in effect, you are my great great great grand aunt.” Sia’s eyes widened. “So…I’m an old woman?!!” Link shrugged. “Wouldn’t you have to be a woman for that label to apply?” “I AM A WOMAN!!!” Sia bellowed at Link, forcing the jedi to clamp his hands over his ears. The noise was tremendous.
“But not a woman in the conventional sense,” Link continued, “Most women that this one has come across aren’t over a Hectometer in length and armed with laser cannons.” “Now you’re call me Fat?!” Link hissed in annoyance. “Length!! Not Width!! “Fat and old! How can you say such things to your dear Aunt?!!” Sia wailed. Gripping the side of his head Link sighed, frustration mounting. “This one wishes the Master had covered this in his training…”
Reido’s voice interrupted the conversation. “Yo, Jedi. Anyone over there?” “Copy that, freighter. We’re ok.” Sia responded in an instant, her tone suddenly cheerful. “Dock on the underside boarding hatch and I’ll haul you out of the field. I owe you for the missiles so a tow job’s the least I could do. Besides, I think it’s about time we met face to face. Theres a lot you probably should know.”
