"You can thank me when we're out of this crap." she mumbled using her one free arm to make sure that Taylor was laying over her shoulder properly so she could carry the two back to the Training room.

Briefly though she was nearly run into by something. "Okaaaay then." she mumbled before continuing.

Arriving there she looked around. "Is there somewhere better that I can put these two?" she asked, laying Taylor and Kay down. Removing an arm band from her wrist she put it temporarily around Taylor's leg as a tourniquet.

Zasalamel didn't so much as glance over his shoulder when Yashima touched him. He couldn't...not yet. He walked for a little while longe,r before finding a place he deemed dit enough to hide his Mother's corpse from the ones that so cruely murdered her.

Normally, the Drow moved with the grace of a dancing elf...but right now, his steps and movements were as awkward and as disjointed as a drunken human. Without an ounce of grace, Zasalamel dropped to his knees again, and he took a deep, shuddering breath as he set his Ilhar in a shadowed corner of a room, out of view from the hall or door thanks to a table that had overturned in the quakes the headquarters suffered.

He stared at Neveah for a moment or two before getting to his feet, turning around and awkwardly moving to Yashima. And though he was now covered in his Ilhar's blood, he clung onto the fox as if he were a lifeline.

"Alus...Ilhar...alus..." The boy repeated, sounding defeated and torn. The occassional hitch in his voice couldn't be missed, either; and yet he din;t make any other noise. Tears streamed down his cheeks of course, mingling with the blood on his face...but aside from the hitch in his voice, he made no other noises that hinted at crying.

Oh, great. The mascot had arrived.

Sniffing over at the twins, Jorianth replied dryly, "Yes, well, I sent Talgor for you some time ago, so you'll pardon me if my hand was forced. I take it that my message was far too subtle for his ken, and he didn't inform you of the situation? No matter- I can forgive your tardiness, I suppose, all things considered." But oh, would have have some choice words for that bumpkin of a troll, and see if he couldn't pound a few more brain cells in that useless head....

Edit:

At his signal, Danny's body moved to join with the team of Big-Ups. The corpse had proven to have its uses, after all, and Jorianth would take every advantage he could.

Shira started after the others into the hall, almost falling on her a** as another lightened entity came from no where. Shira dizzingly regained her balance and looked back once at the scene that was taking place in the main room. She looked at the six forms, dark and light, whom were about to battle. No doubt this is one they shouldn't interfere with until it was over.

This is getting way out of hand... With that thought she ran for the training room.

"Thanks," Taylor gasped, disregarding Rouge's comment. The arm-band tourniquet worked nicely. "At least now I'm not bleeding to death," she gasped, moving the ankle experimentally. Still painful, but not fatal. Hopefully.

Faintly, she realized she was still holding onto Ako's wand, and it was all in one piece, if a little more bloodstained then it had been before. Wow. Lucky.

"Are you all right?" she asked her sudden savior. "It didn't... get you, did it? He? They?" Coherency after near-death experiences was not her strong point.

"Cri, leave the exploring for a time when the bigger ups AREN'T here, please?" Sicily said mildly, looking over to where the three had gathered. The brawl had gone way beyond the people in the headquarters.

It wasn't about them, any longer, but a long overdue battle between the two dominating entity groups in the in between.

She cleared her throat, wavering in and out of visibility a few more times like a dying hologram, "Gentleman," Why she was using that term, Sicily didn't know, "I vote we take this outside and...have a proper battle."

Truly, she was concerned with how horrible things were turning out amongst the little ones and the humans. They would only get in the way - and if being outside would help, well...She'd risk the rest of the shadow world coming down on them.

"Shira come over here." she called to the other. "Are you okay?" she asked.

Briefly she glanced at Taylor. "Who me? Never better-wait no that's a lie. I have been better. I once spent a day at a spa on Gamacon. Sun, sand, perfect weather, great drinks, lots of chocolate, exotic but great food, getting a massage, napping in the middle of the daytime in a hammock, swimming, then getting to go to the biggest shopping center in the galaxy and buying whatever I pleased. Yeah that was a great day. You guys should try it sometime."

"And what," Jorianth replied, taking measure of the collected light creatures, "would you offer us to allow this? We have no disadvantage for fighting here, after all." His eye was on the locket around Sicily's neck- the shadowmancer was still lusting after Neveah's energy, no doubt.

"...uh," Taylor said, more than a little stunned. Spas were not exactly the most common conversation topic in the middle of a battlefield.

"Oh. Were you?" she managed to say. "Where's Gama-whatsit? Can I come if we all get out alive?"

"And what's going on outside?" she added curiously.

Sicily narrowed her eyes and flickered out again, coming into view only a few feet away from him, "The locket - but only after we're outside. I don't trust you."

Of course, he had no reason to trust her either except for the fact lighter spirits were thought of as weak and generally prone to follow through with their promises.

Osrit gawked. Was Sicily offering to give up a soul for him? He sputtered but was easily silenced by the woman's upheld hand. Cri, on the other hand, was probably in shock and likely wouldn't keep its loud mouth shut.

"Um........." Rouge blinked. This really wasn't the time to talk about the galaxy's greatest spa but strangely she really wanted to answer. Maybe it was because during all of this she really just wanted to be safe and sound and happy back there on Gamacon. "Gamacon isn't something you can explain. But I promise, if we make it out alive, you and Shira can come with me and I'll take you there. We can get the whole spa treatment and chill at the resort then go shopping or whatever." she swore, smiling sadly at the other two. "The gods know, we'd need something like that after this ordeal."

"That sounds," Narcus started, taking a step forward towards Sicily.

"Very good," finished Arisin, moving to the other side, "Oh...And the name is Talbar."

He knew he'd get hit for that but the twin had a soft spot for the stupid troll thing.

Narcus promptly kicked his brother's shin, "Shut up, you idiot."

"Bite me, Nar--" Narcus promptly lunged at his brother and the twins started rolling uselessly on the ground in their typical brotherly brawl.

Osrit couldn't help but snort.

Shira smiled tiredly as she made her way over to Rouge and the others. "I'm fine. Can't say if things are going to stay that way though, the way things are developing out there." She waved her hand in the air as if trying to swat away the problem, "It's getting ridiculous."

She smiled gratefully at Rouge's description of her trip to another planet resort. "On a different planet?" She chuckled in disbelief. So many things in her logic had been shot down in just one day. "I guess that sounds like fun, if...i mean...when...we get out..." She said the last part quietly, as if she was trying to convince herself.

She recalled the staredown she had witnessed earlier. "Has anyone come up with any ideas as to how to get out of here?"

Truer words, never spoken.

"But Siiiiiicily." Whine, wiggle wiggle; the little light-spirit inched closer, pouting widely. "You caaan't. If we sacrifice one for another, we're judges, and if we're judges, we're corruptable, and if we're corruptable, how long before we end up like THEM?" A glower shot in the direction of the higher-ups emphasized its opinion of the spirits. "Besides, that's not yours to give... is it? So you can't, can you?" Fluttering big puppy eyes rarely worked to get Cri much of anything in the world in between, but it was certainly worth a try.

Sicily adored Cri, very very much, but sometimes it was just a nuisance that she'd really like to shut up with some good old fashioned duct tape. Unfortunately, that didn't much exist in the in between

"QUIET."

She never raised her voice - but this was delicate workings.
