Jaffar looks at her and places his hand on her shoulder. "Your not a monster in anyway. Your nothing like them you have control. You have a boyfriend that loves you with all his heart. You have a lone hunter that would do anything to help you. Tell Sethe what you told me. If you would like I could go with you when you tell him."

"What is it?"

Jaffar quickly got up and followed her. "Wait never befriend your prey? Look at me. My two best friends are lycans and I still hunt them! Lycans helped kill my family but just because Ive befriended some of my enemies dosen't make me a bad person. And it dosen't make you a bad person if you befriended vampires and demons. As long as it dosent affect your judgement."

Jaffar was in total shock on what she had just said."Skiaska.......we all screw up every once and a while. I-I was never able to find the vampire and lycan who attack Julia. And I can never stop thinking of it. Are they out there right now killing some deffensless innocent? If I ever hear about an attack like that I'm going to hate myself. I could have chased them. I could have killed them. But I let them go."

Jaffar saw she was trying to leave probly to avoid the subject. As she started off Jaffar grabbed her arm. "Skiaska you cant run from this forever. If you hold it in things will never get better. You'll fall apart from the inside out. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE MY FAMILY DID!" Tears filled Jaffar's eyes. "The night my parents died they never took me on the misson. I followed them because I thought I was ready......But I never did know why they went on the mission. They met up with Lycans and talked for a while. Then before they were attacked I heard there final words." "I only wish we would have told Jaffar about this. No he could never find out what we did to protect him forever from the Lycans of this city." "They sacrifised them selves to the Lycans of my first home to protect me. SO PLEASE SKIASKA FOR YOUR OWN GOOD DON'T HIDE YOUR PROBLEMS FROM ANYONE!"

Skiaska turned, tears in her own eyes. "Fine. Let me tell you a story." She sighed and blinked away the tears. "A young girl, only the age of fourteen, is coming home from school. She sees the traffic and takes and alleyway shortcuts. She sees her sister and goes ot greet her. But she sees it isn't her sister. She screams for help as the thing wraps it's hands around her throat and chokes her to death. After she's dead, it eats the flesh off her bones and buries her in a forest." Skiaska continued.

"A young boy, turning ten, wanders to the wrong part of the neighborhood and is grabbed by some men. He is violated over and over until finally, they kill him. Then, they throw the body to the sea." Skiaska looked right at Jaffar, but didn't look into his eyes. "These are my crimes. These are the things I've done. These ARE MY FAULT. I gave the order to kill that boy, belivinghim to be a demon. But I was wrong, it was the wrong boy. The girl, that was me who killed her, because I was starving." Skiaska looked tearfully at Jaffar. "That is why I can't forgive myself. I have murdered INNOCENT PEOPLE." Skiaska left intot he spa, leaving Jaffar alone so she could change.

Skiaska had finished changing and listened, sadly.

"A monster's evil
Brings the slayer
Who sweeps
Through the dark
To kill the enemy
He become the enemy
A monster
He now is."

She sighed shakingly and clutched her knees to her chin. "But you have become better Jaffar. In only a week. It took me years..." She looked at the door, tears falling on her arms. On a sudden impulse, she opened the door and hugged him, letting her tears stain his shirt. "Thank you... for everything." Skiaska looked up at him with a sad smile. "You are not a monster. And neither am I." SHe hugged him tightly again, thanking him for listening to her and understanding.
