Sol looked at Sammy a bit oddly before holding up her trainer ID card for him to see; the guard then nodded- being such a new trainer, her card looked just like her image- and let her pass. She paused in the lobby, waiting for her hyperactive friend, and noticed a pokemon swiftly enter the building just before the doors closed. Her eyes sharpened with interest.

Solaris's eyes flicked amusedly to Sammy as she bounced around the room, not even taking the time to properly look over the displays. Her eyes then went back to the problem at hand- making sure the zubat didn't damage anything, and making sure the battle to ensue shortly didn't damage anything either.
"Go over there, take that zubat down to our level with a scratch, please," Sol requested of Orion. "Don't damage anything." Orion nodded, jogging on all fours across the room to the entrance, where the guards had not yet noticed the zubat. Stealthily Orion leapt onto the zubat's back, digging in his claws and pulling them down. An ember would have been dangerous in this building, so he had used scratch just as his trainer had specified.

Sammy watched as Sol and Orion took on the Zubat. She then noticed a small Shinx crawling out of the corner, about to leap onto one of the chairs. Sammy could only imagine the rips and tears that would come from its claws, so she pointed at it and whispered to Squirt, "Tackle..." Squirt, avoiding the feet that threatened to stomp him, rammed into the Shinx. The wall rattled as the two hit it, and Sammy hoped to Arceus that Squirt wouldn't break anything.

The zubat squealed in surprise, struggling to stay up. It used leech life, restoring its own health and trying to startle Orion at the same time, but Orion grimmly held on.

Annoyed that the bat could heal itself, Orion finished it off with an ember, regardless of any possible consequences. Fortunately the zubat decided it had had enough and began flapping furiously towards the doors. Orion dropped to the ground and padded back to his trainer, feeling energized.
