Lain returned just as the last of the wild pokemon went down. "Uh. Are you guys having fun?" She asked, looking at the beaten bodies of the two grumpy wild pokemon. Shrugging, she apparently decided that it was unimportant. The masquerain motioned towards the way she had come. "Anyways, the sanctum is just this way~." Turning, the green masquerain fluttered off towards where she had just come from.
A short while later, the pokemon had arrived at the Sanctum. 'Beautiful' was an understatement. It was filled with lush greenery, and there was even a large pool of water for aquatic pokemon. Atop a large rock formation, something was casting a shadow over the sanctum.
The shaymin.

I am the shaymin!
I hopped down off the large rock, stepping up to view the group of Pokemon whom chose to live in my sanctuary. I looked them over, noting a large variety of types and such. It was nice to see that they all worked together to get this far.
"Welcome friends! I am Shaymin. I am happy all of you made it safe and sound. I do hope Lain was helpful in guiding you here." I say with a bright smile. "Now that you are all here, I would like to lay down some ground rules so that life can be as peaceful and human-free as possible, if that is alright with everyone?" She asks kindly, looking at all their faces. "Good!"
"Rule # 1: No battling/fighting around others. If you wish to battle, please go to the designated fighting areas just over there!" I point towards a cordoned-off area, using a vine.
"Rule # 2: You are free to come and go as you please, but if you are ever caught by a human, I do ask that you not return. This is a human-free sanctuary and as such, I do not want any of those two-legged planet-killing apes destroying our safe place." I state a little more firmly.
"Rule # 3: If you have any disagreements, please try to talk them out, if you do however need to battle in order to sort it out, please do so in the aforementioned area."
"Rule # 4: We will take votes on large decisions. I am not a king or queen or dictator and as such, I believe we all deserve a choice in what goes on here since we will all be living here."
I take a deep breath before I continue.
"Rule # 5: This sanctuary is meant to be a community of those of us who wish to stay away from humans, at least for the time being. It is expected that everyone pitch in with gathering food and keeping our home safe. All Pokemon are welcome, except those whom have a trainer."
"If we need to make any more rules or guidelines after things have been going for a while, then we shall all vote on them. These are just the main rules that I need everyone to follow, otherwise there will be HARSH consequences." I state the word 'harsh' with a certain inflection, staring down all the wild Pokemon whom have come to join me.
"I believe that is all. Feel free to make a home in this land wherever you see fit, but do not force anyone from the spot they have chosen. It is essentially a first come, first serve type of thing. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!" I say and step down off the large rock to mingle among my new friends and companions.
Cecil stayed silent during the battles with the random pokemon, he was one that wouldn't fight. He disliked it and wasn't very good at it since he couldn't see very well. When they reached the Sanctuary he couldn't tell much at first, not until his senses kicked in. Even so, all he wanted to do was to get home, and this was not his home.

The shadow moved gracefully down from the rock formation to welcome the group. A soft scent of grass filled the air as the shyamin used Aromatherapy to wash away the group's fears and worries, relaxing everyone around her. "Welcome friends" she said pleasantly a small smile crossed the hedgehogs face. "My name is Emerald and this is my Sanctuary, everyone is welcomed here."
"Come my friends, let me show you around." She turned to lead the group through the sanctuary. It was secluded, a place untouched by man kind. The greenery ran as far as the eyes could see trees in the distance reached high towards the sky. Rocky formations surround the area acting as a barrier from the outside. "We are protected from interference on all sides. I create an illusion over the sanctuary so that anyone who looks down from above at a certain height only sees bare rock." Emerald explained. "The pool of water within the middle reaches to the ocean through under water tunnels."
There was a pause as she turned to the group. "There are a few rules if you wish to stay here." she replied. "Stealing from or bullying another pokemon is not allowed. I want everyone to feel safe and secure here. Also humans are not allowed, you may come and go as you please, however you may not bring a human back with you."
Emerald continued to walk to show them around the place, she glanced at Lain before speaking again. "We have many roles here if you do decide to stay. Lain is a Guardian, today her duty was to patrol outside the boarders of our home in search for lost or wounded pokemon to bring here. It seems her mission was quite the success. There are many more roles then just being a guardian, however you will learn of them if you wish to stay here. Everyone here works in harmony to live the life we were given."
Silence once more fell upon the Shyamin. What else was there to say to these new comers to intrigue them to stay? "Ah, thats right I almost forgot. We have festivals one for each season to celebrate different things. Everyone works together to put them on so that everyone can have a good time during them."

Shyamin's Sanctuary Idea
General Idea: Created by Emerald to be a home for all of those who have nowhere to call their own. It houses the young and the old and is a sanctuary from human interactions. Those who are new to this world are taught and given knowledge they need to begin their own journey on making their own features in this world. Those born in the sanctuary do not need to stay, however they are encouraged to stick around until they are grown enough to stand on their own. Those who have known hardship are given the chance to work and live a peaceful life once more. Emerald wishes for everyone to work collaboration to share in the little moments of life that they have.
Location: A secluded place unknown to humankind. It often is said as a myth. No one has found this place because it is hidden in the middle of the Rinual mountains, Hidden within a canyon. Because this place is secluded it is out of the reach of human intervention. Nature runs wild here, with lush greenery. In the middle of the sanctuary is a large pool of water which is connected to the ocean through underground caves. This allows water pokemon from all aspects of life to live and grow with in the sanctuary. A small forest lays within the Sanctuary with in the forest holds a giant Oak; this oak is where Emerald calls home. The mountains around the sanctuary acts as a barrier protecting those who live within its boundaries. Emerald creates an illusion in the sky for those looking down upon the sanctuary will only see crumbling rocks below them.
The Rules: Any creature that steals or acts cruelly to anyone will be reprimanded. If they continue to act out they will be made to leave the sanctuary. No humans are allowed to enter the sanctuary for Emerald wishes that it be a place where all pokemon can feel safe from harm. Conflicts are allowed, however if cannot be resolved between both parties in a timely manner the council members will step in. If the council members cannot resolve the problem then Emerald will listen closely to both parties and give the final say of the matter. Battling is allowed and encouraged, as long as both parties consent to it. Emerald often enjoys a friendly battle amongst friends. Death is celebrated rather than mourned. Emerald wishes to celebrate the life that all who call this place their home rather than mourn their death. Entertainers will then create stories or songs to represent those who died and the lineage that has been left. Pokemon are also encouraged to leave the sanctuary when they see fit, and are always welcome to return.
Roles: Council Members: The council will consist of one member of each type. This member will act as a guardian for those of its same type. Any conflict will be brought to this council member to be resolved. If the party is a dual type pokemon then both council members of each type will come to agreement of the issue. They are considered the voice of their type, any suggestion, issue or concern is brought to them and then relayed to Emerald. Any issues that cannot be resolved will be taken to Emerald for a final say. Farmers/Gatherers: they provide the colony with their major food source. Gatherers work closely with the healers and crafters so they can gather what is needed for their craft. Farmers tend to the plentiful berry bushes with in the Sanctuary. Crafters: These pokemon are creators of many things, whether toys instruments or other objects. These work closely with the gatherers to obtain new items to creating new items. In a sense these can be considered the inventors of the colony. They also create the decorations for the festivals that the sanctuary puts on. Cooks are a part of these crafters, crafting new tastes for the members of the sanctuary. Guardians: Protectors of the land. They uphold the rules of the sanctuary and make sure everyone within the sanctuary feels safe. Often they will patrol the outer boarders of the sanctuary searching for lost or wounded pokemon to be brought to their haven. Healers: Find and create medicines from natural herbs. They experiment with new substances to create better things for the sanctuary. Often work with the gatherers to find new herbs. Emerald will work closely with the healers, being a beaning that has several healing moves. Entertainers: Those who create forms or art whether it’s in song and dance or as physical art work. These pokemon are there to help create all sad things into happy things. Matrons/Patrons: Thee pokemon watch over the wounded or abandoned pokemon which are found by the Guardians. They also are obligated to watch over the new born pokemon with in the Sanctuary. Citizens: These are those who do not fit into any of the categories above. Most pokemon will fit into this category.
Festivals: Awakening Festival: this takes place in early spring where the sanctuary would gather and join one another in songs and dance in order to ‘awake’ the land around them so that the power of growth will be renewed into it. In a sense is a bringing festival that celebrates the coming of spring. At the end of the festival a ‘rain’ dance will be done by the entertainers to pray for the renewing rains of spring. Dance of the Moon Festival: Based around the cycles of the moon and the starry night skies. This festival is held at night underneath the light of a full moon in the Summer. Entertainers gather to show the progress of their crafts. This is practically a dance under the moonlight to celebrate the years that have passed and the years that are to come. Fall Harvest Festival: This ceremony that takes place during the last days of fall it celebrates both life and death. It’s a festival to honor those that have died and those that have been born during that year. A cooking contest will be held during this event in which those who chose it can participate. It is during this time that the last of the berries will be harvested before winter settles in. Winter Solstice: Held in the middle of winter, a festival of games and fun. Tournaments of all sorts will be held during this festival. Logic, battle, beauty, races ect. A festival to keep everyone’s mind off the bitter cold of winter.

Tybalt barely acknowledged the legendary. He'd kept pace with the group for the final stretch, looking like just another traveler following an annoying star, but now that they'd arrived, he had a mission to complete. He slipped to the back of the group and faded into the scenery.

The Shaymin made its way down the rock formation to look at Lain. "You didn't get them lost, did you?" he asked, worried about the state of a few of the Pokemon to arrive. "Lain, could you look after their injuries?"
The friendly pokemon sat at the base of the rock to address all the Pokemon gathered, "Hello and welcome to my sanctuary. There will be no fighting among yourselves or leading humans here, not that they'd manage the route Lain took you easily. If you are to argue with another here, I request that you find someone to play mediator. As I have to look after the sanctum and everyone should be able to aid in keeping this home safe. That is to say, if you bring trouble here, we will all decide on how to deal with you."
He climbed back up the rocks. "Everyone will take part and we can all keep this place free of humans and beautiful."

Remaining Pokemon
If you are interested in one or more of these pokemon, post a preference list and I'll roll in 24 hours for them. I gotta do this to figure out the consolation prizes, sorry.
Skitty and the Cottonee looked around at everything, the Sanctum looked awesome but as they watched the Shaymin go off with another they are left with remaining pokemon that needed homes and whilst she was, now, tempted to go with another to try and find a place for it as Cottonee had grown on her she decided that finding a home for one was enough so she decided to just sit back and let the others who were there try and gain a friend.

Caliban stirred, his eyes opening slowly, slowly. His head ached, and the sunlight did nothing to help, but he forced himself upright and took a look around.
Except for himself, the area was deserted. The Leafeon snorted. No one had the decency to even prod him awake before they'd moved on. And other Pokémon wondered why he was slow to trust.
At least it was easy to see where everyone had gone. Caliban pushed through the trees until the greenery became visibly brighter, lusher. This was it, he was certain. He stepped out into the sanctum.
It was everything they'd been promised, and more. The Leafeon gazed around, dumbfounded, at the beauty of it all. There was something for everyone. Heketoro would be perfectly at home high in those trees. Bokor would love that dark copse of berry bushes, not that she'd say so. Mahuika would have plenty of space to run rampant, and if she ever set someone on fire, the pool was there to douse them in. And he and Anahera could simply lie in the dappled sunlight and feel completely safe.
Caliban had made it there just as the Shaymin, the tiny but majestic demigod of the sanctum, began to speak. He wove his way through the crowd to bow deeply before her, then listened intently to her welcome, following close behind as she gave the grand tour.
At the ultimatum about humans, a faint note of alarm sounded somewhere deep in Caliban's mind. He silenced it with a confused shake of his head. Keeping safe from humans was the very purpose of this journey, of this place. He and the elders and Mahuika and Anahera would never again have to face a human once they came here, and that was as it should be.
But there did seem to be an awful lot of rules. Rules felt like too much of a human concept to Caliban. And all these formal roles and holidays.... Did the Pokémon who lived here not know the meaning of "wild"?
The Leafeon wasn't so sure about this place, after all. But he couldn't say what the rest of the tribe would think. This was a decision for all of them to make together.
Marmalade looked around the sanctum. It was a very beautiful place. She looked up at the high cliffs surrounding the place and immediately thought of a prison. She suddenly knew that she would not stay here. There was no sense at all in being a prisoner here to be safe from humans. The worst humans could do was imprison you. Would staying here not mean that, indirectly, the humans were imprisoning her after all?
She looked at Pangolin. Perhaps it was the way he was looking around shortsightedly, but he did not seem absorbed by the vista as some of the other pokemon were. She wondered if he would stay.
He turned and looked at her, and the look on his face was far more interested than when he had looked at the sanctum. Yes, Pangolin would probably come with her. She had never really felt the need for company on her travels so far. Perhaps he would change her mind.
