"I'm sorry, Lord Mizukage, but there was something else." Shikayumi pulled a vanilla envelope from her cloak as she handed it to Rosaline to give to the Mizukage. "This was a medical report given to me a few days before my departure from the Leaf. As a medical shinobi, I see dozens of these come through the hospital a day, and yet, I never saw these reports until now. Do they mean anything to you." The envelope contained documentation from an autopsy of a Leaf Village shinobi along with photographs of the damage. Most of the medical reports noted the "Temuri" clan, as well as the missing organs.

I'm well aware of the murder just like you should be aware of the murder in our village. I can promise you the Mist had no involvement, for one simple reason. Voldo here is the only one in the village with the Temuri bloodline. In the letter I have addressed the issue, and what can be done about said issue. Now hurry and get that back to the Hokage, wouldn't want a war to start just because you were slow now would you." He laughed and then sighed hoping the girl would get the joke. He then went back to his paperwork.

The Negotiation process was much shorter than she had expected, and much smoother as well. Now she would wait to be escorted out of the village, and begin to make haste back to the Leaf; she had a response to deliver to her Sensei.

As these are base stat changes, they are unaffected by the stat cap each class receives.
• Distance Yourself For no chakra at all, those of the Rinnegan can relocate Jutsu of their rank of lower by shifting it's location. Not like the shinra tensei's full push, but like, a small nudge, knocking it just past them. This can only be done once every five posts.
• Rinnegan wielders have a very, very in-depth sense of perception, similar to the Sharingan. They possess great foresight and can sense chakra, see chakra, feel muscle movements, etc. This chakra sensing is akin to the ability to sense the vibrations of movement; to feel every movement and its location, and to sense its effects on the terrain, the wind, the ground. You can accurately pinpoint the location of the enemy and their movements with this, especially if they have a large amount of chakra. The larger their chakra is, the better you'll be at sensing their movements. Someone with 400+ chakra could be sensed from miles away.
• Rinnegan Techniques are strengthened by one rank and the use of handseals have been simplified to hand gestures (i.e. closing the hand, opening the palm, clasping hands, etc.)

Voldo looked at the MIzukage after the Leaf ninja left and finally spoke. His expression was serious. With his clan and bloodline he was a forbidable chunin and as the only member of the Terumi in the mist he was worried being labeled as merely a chunin.

It was more about honor than anything else. And He didnt like even the slightest thought a Terumi could be behind the attack. He wanted to bring back Honor to himself. Unfortunately he was merely a Chunin and he didnt have enough authority to conduct missions of his own.

Do you remember two years ago when me and you had a spar? I was a chuunin back then, and I beat you. Challenging me now would result in the same thing. I left you there bleeding because I knew you would make it to the hospital and heal. I also knew that if you didn't then you wouldn't have the right to call yourself a ninja. You want to be a jounin, very well I have a missions for you. You see I have promised the leaf that the Mist did not murder their citizen. However to prove this I told them I would send along the only person with the Termui bloodline. You will be going to the leaf to stay as their guest, you will stay with them till the murder solved. They might just decide to kill you at any time, this mission is extremely dangerous. You are to observe everything, get a complete an utter detailed report of everything in that village. You should be there long enough to do so. If you can survive and do this, when you get back I shall promote you to jounin. Lucius walked quickly and awkwardly down the hall. His leather boots ticked every time he made a step, sending a resounding sound throughout the halls of the palace. His black coat swept behind him very loosely as he strode to the door of the Mizukage’s office. On both sounds of his collar, the plate for the Hidden Mist headband was tightly sewed on. It reflected the lights from overhead, sending rays and ominous shadows onto the wall. Finally arriving at the doors to the office, Lucius tensed before grandly swinging them open. The office didn’t seem too packed as the only residents inside were the Mizukage and two others. Lucius searched for the Mizukage’s name, it had been on one of the papers he had read….Cecil. There it was, Cecil. “Good afternoon Cecil, fellow Mist Shinobi. I came to formally introduce myself to you. I am Lucius Xerxes, the new Mist Shogun. I will be leading the Mist alongside you, and I hope that together we can make peace during these turbulent times.” Lucius moved toward the desk, his senses strained in the case of an attack. While outside he had heard the mention of both Jonin and the Seven swordsmen of the Mist. Both essential to the Mist’s development as a whole

I did not see any of them at the battle and was wondering, were they out on a mission before the atrack started?" He would bow as the Shogun introduced himself to the Mizukage.

Cecil looked up to see the new Shogun, which of course he was already well informed about. He looked in the room to see only Honchure there, he wouldn't blab his mouth. So he would put down his paper work and address the new shogun. "Yes I'm well aware of who you are but it's nice to meet you in person. I would hope we would get along nicely, unlike the previous shogun. We have gone through two shogun in two years. Your the third. The first disappeared after I took position of Mizukage, that was when Turpis was found incapable of serving the Mist. The last one well to be frank I killed him myself. He blamed all the problems on me then I found out some disturbing news from him. He was the demented brother of Kimirui, a girl I considered to be a friend. She died two years ago, I found out the mans thoughts towards her and so I would not allow such things to disgrace her memory. Do not worry I won't try to kill you or any such thing, I should never have to do something like that again." He said this all like it was casual conversation, he had too. The less he remembered about that man the better. Perhaps the new shogun would not approve, perhaps he would fear for his safety. Cecil hoped not, it had nothing to do with Lucius and would hopefully remained buried.

Voldo Remembered taking a chidori to the abdomen. However back then he didnt have anti lightning styles to protect himself. But he was greatful for the mission, dispite the very vulgar way he managed to get the message through. Had he been more polite instead of bluntly bragging about somthing long while back, voldo would be less likely to see vengeance.
With a bow he vanishes in a puff of mist using the Mist transportaion jutsu to head for the village entrance. [Exit]

For some reason a light chuckle escaped Lucius’s mouth. It wasn’t sarcastic but full of happiness and a light sense of humor. The idea of him having to overcome what seemed like two failures of the Shogun didn’t seem a very daunting task. He fixed his sky blue eyes on Cecil and spoke “Trust me, I am nothing like those guys. I am not cruel, nor do I run when things don’t go my way.” Lucius turned his head as he inspected Cecil. He couldn’t be older than him, yet he interested him. Lucius waved his hand and wooden roots sprung from the tiled ground, forming a large chair for him to relax on. Sitting down, Lucius crossed his legs and grasped his hands staring intently at the two other ninja in the room. One with wings who seemed frustrated about something and didn’t have the decency to show him any form of respect. While Lucius was easy-going, he hated not being given the show of power and respect that he deserved. However, the fellow seemed to have a special skillset which would be useful to him in the future.
Turning his head, Lucius inspected the second ninja. Dressed in tight clothing and shadowed by a robe, the look of a thief betrayed his seemingly inquisitive and respective side. Lucius already had a feeling of what the Mizukage wanted to ask. He shifted his weight so his right elbow was on the arm of his wooden chair and his cheek rested on his closed fist. Lucius hadn’t been in the mist for a huge amount of time and wanted to have some time to observe the Kage and his behavior. He did have some personal matters he wished to talk to his fellow leader about but was fine on awaiting.

"I should let you know the hokage has sent peace terms. I went ahead and sent them back with some requests to ensure we aren't getting the raw end of the deal. However my guess is the hokage will be greedy and not see the potential of not accepting most of my requests. I be he'll deny the prisoner even existing, a request I made. He'll deny me the sharingan, and only summit to the marriage. If this happens and he won't budge then there will be no peace, no way I could stand in front of my village and say this is for the best. • Senpou Kaguya As a master of the bloodline, the Kaguya Sages are capable of manipulating their bones with their mind. It is very similar to angel/demon manipulation, though in less quantity and range (100 feet within their body). Usually it will be something like pulling spikes out of the ground, rather than manipulating a tide of bones. Their bones regenerate faster, grow impossibly proportionately large, and can be used very strategically. The bones can be changed in shape and molded together even when already released. Fighting a Senpou Kaguya user is often very overwhelming, as they can repel many attacks with little chakra involved. They force their opponent to use jutsu that are actually strong enough to destroy the bones, which already gives the opponent a disadvantage. When using the Senpou Kaguya, your eyelids will turn a dark red, and you will often appear to shudder and pulse uncontrollably in the minds of others.
• The Bone Apostle This is an advanced version of the True Blood Unleashed. The bone apostle is a very powerful form of the Kaguya that can be activated at any time. Some would consider it their true selves, as it seems extremely natural to them. This state seems to constantly shift. Whenever they use one of their 'aspects' as an apostle, it will usually disappear as quickly as it emerged, remaining a mystery. The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. The other ninja seemed to merge with the shadows as the Mizukage and Lucius began discussing important matters relating the future of the relationship between two of the great Shinobi nations. Lucius read through the letter and made note of the three requests asked by the Mizukage: A sharingan, a prisoner, and a wife. Lucius thought hard for a moment, thinking of the likely outcome of all these requests. “OK then,” began Lucius, having the chair rotate to face the Kage “It’s most likely that the first request will be denied. The Sharingan is an important asset to the Leaf and one that is closely guarded. I would also like to know why this shinobi is imprisoned by the Leaf. You are right in that they will probably claim that she is dead, however it could result in a couple things. If the prisoner was a girl and has joined the leaf, they could send her as a wife and would meet both requests.”
A smile lit up Lucius face, a devious one as his eyes narrowed like a bird focusing on its prey. “The problem for the leaf is, if they send the wrong wife they will have a problem on their sleeves. Nearly everyone has a gene for some type of Bloodline. Send the wrong person, and it could easily spring up and spread throughout the Mist. Another problem they face is that they fear that if they don’t respond to any request a war could begin and that would be nice. We should be prepared for them to ask a favor in return. Peace is hard to obtain between two nations whose primary living is off of conflict and fighting. They will probably ask for resource, trade routes, financial persuasion, and most likely anything related to our secret Bloodlines.” Lucius was contemplating deeply. He had only recently become Shogun of the Ryukyu dynasty but if the rumors were true the same was true for the Leaf. A large ceremony just days before his own. The two of them would have to get in contact to talk about peace if the respective Kages refused to budge. Lucius set down the papers and looked at Cecil. “Just know that these figures, whomever they are, seemed to have died down. The panic first felt by people is beginning to fade away and is replaced by the pre-existing hatred. The time for peace might have already passed unfortunately.”

In his fury he storms into the Mizukage's Building sending several ninja into the walls in his rampage as he kicks open the doors. "kill them all, i dont care....i dont care.... i dont care" He walks in slamming his papers for the Leaf village mission and glares. His chakra flaring like black flames as his eyes flash giving the image of a demon grinning in a malicious manner. "i wasted my time talking with them" he glares tired of these immature selfish kage. He owed the mzukage for the stabbing and he was happy to give him payback later.
