The male cocked an eyebrow, looking confused. "Who?" he said idly before a whistle came from above them where Kasumi crouched idly on the ceiling nearly twelve feet overhead. "Don't get mad at my brother... Naruto's kinda crazy and he likes to tease people more than I do," she said with amusement. She was glad she'd gotten her brother in on her little prank to play a trick on her friend, just to see how she'd react.
Lorcán sat next to Cassandra, one hand trailing gently but firmly down her back before he shifted his hands so that he was massaging her lower and middle back.

Merida's mouth dropped open in surprise. She wasn't aware that Kasumi had a brother. Her eyes narrowed. "Ha, ha very funny." She muttered as she shook her head. She looked around innocently before sending a stream of water from the pool at Kasumi. ~~~~ Cassandra sighed softly as she closed her eyes. "Hmm, that feels nice," she said softly as Lorcan began to massage her back. And it truly did. It was helping to relieve the tension in her bones.

Naruto grinned, his gaze flicking downward momentarily as the jet of water hit his sister's form, which promptly burst into mist and dust before vanishing. "Not bad, that was a Daiteppōdama, a fairly difficult water technique," Naruto said with a laugh. Kasumi's hands slid up out of the water, grabbing Merida's ankles swiftly and jerked her lightly, a cushion of air keeping her from getting hurt from the surprise attack.
Lorcán tilted his head as he shifted slowly upward, gently massaging her sides and shoulders as he did. "That's a good thing; most of us don't know how to relax. I say that from personal experience," he said quietly. He knew his teasing tone would silently tell her that she helped him relax more than anything.

"Thanks..." Merida said before she was suddenly pulled towards the pull. She squealed as she hit the water and went under. She resurfaced, spluttering, as she looked around for Kasumi. ~~~
"The curse of a lot of responsibility on our shoulders," Cassandra said softly as Lorcan moved from massaging her back to massaging her shoulders. She smiled a little, happy that they were able to help each other relax. She turned her head slightly so that she could look at him from the corner of her eye.

Naruto chuckled as he half sat, half sprawled on the lounge chair Merida had tossed her towel on. Kasumi surfaced just behind Merida, an amused smirk flashing over her face as she focused, manipulating the water so it felt like someone was tickling Merida.
Lorcán chuckled before he sighed. "I'll admit, it's a pain in the a** to deal with the responsibility, but... the company is far better," he said as he swatted Cassandra's butt playfully with one hand as he massaged her shoulders, nipping her lower back with his teeth lightly.

Merida laughed as she spun and as she did she caught sight of Kasumi. She sent another splash of water her way before diving under the water. ~~~~ Cassandra chuckled softly. "Yes, the company is much better." She jumped a little when Lorcan swatted her behind playfully and nipped her lower back gently. She had not expected that and it made her smile even more. She was happy to see this playful side of Lorcan. She knew they all had one, but tended to keep it buried. "Hmm, you're very playful. I like it."

Kasumi laughed as she pressed her palms lightly to the surface of the water before pushing lightly, then stood on the water just as easily as if it were the side of the pool.
Lorcán tilted his head, massaging his hands up and down her sides as he laid a trail of kisses up her spine. "And what's wrong with playing, especially between friends?" he said, his tone seemingly idle as he crawled his way up Cassandra's body, knowing she'd notice his body hadn't slackened its interest in the least.

Merida surfaced on the other side of the pool and grinned at Kasumi. "Did I tell you how much fun it is to have you back?"~~~~
"Hmm, didn't say there was anything wrong with it," Cassandra breathed softly as Lorcan kissed up her spine. She felt him moving up and she smiled. "I like it." Cassandra looked over her shoulder, their faces mere inches apart. She smiled even more. "And I think that we've gone a little past friends at the moment," she said softly. "And I like that even more."

Kasumi grinned back as she crouched on the surface of the water. "Not really, but one thing you can be certain of with Kitsune around, life is never boring," she said with a slight shrug of her shoulders as she let herself drop into the water. "So many witches think that charms, chants, and spells are all that's possible with magic, but there's far more that people rarely consider," she said rhetorically.
Lorcán chuckled. "Absolutely, and beleive me... Damon is a fool, but I do like what he can't hold onto," he said with amusement, nipping lightly at her right shoulder blade before he kissed her.

Merida chuckled as she swam to the edge of the pool and hung on to the side. Her head tilted to the side as Kasumi spoke, and she was right. So many witches didn't realize the true power that they held. They didn't understand what all could be done. ~~~~ Cassandra's eyes closed as she kissed Lorcan back. This kiss was longer, a little more heated than their previous kisses. She wrapped an around his neck lightly as she turned a little more to face him. She pulled away from him slightly to look him in the eyes. "The only one who can keep a hold of me is you."~~~~ Constance groaned as she opened her eyes slowly. Well she didn't have a headache, so her sore muscles had nothing to do with her mother. She stopped when she felt an arm around her, and when she realized she was pressed closely to someone. Slowly she looked up to see Merrick by her side.

Merrick's eyes fluttered as he felt Constance stir against him, a low purr rumbling from his throat as he shifted subtly closer to her.
Kasumi laughed as she swam to Merida. "What most people never realize is that magic lies dormant within every living thing; if it's alive, it has magic of some kind. It's usually a matter of awakening what's there and harnessing it, though for some, it's also a matter of intent," she said with amusement. "Some may awaken techniques unique to them, or bonds to certain animals. For example, if you think of shamans that were usually seen with wild animals, the reason for that was because they had awakened their magic and formed a bond with that particular animal as their partner," she said with amusement. "Take me, for example. I merged with a Kitsune spirit on a soul-to-soul level, basically fusing us as one. As a result, my natural talents of controlling my inner strength and wind manipulation are amplified. I'll admit, I do have to train to keep my current level of both strength and skill, but we all have our skills that are often unique to the person using them," Naruto said from where he sat and lounged. His hand shifted as a low humming sound followed, an orb of blue energy forming in his hand with a narrow halo of faintly silver energy flickering around it.
Lorcán tilted his head with a grin as she kissed him, twisting subtly. "I wonder why Merrick reacted the way he did when he heard you had been kidnapped," he murmured, unaware of the connection between Merrick and Cassandra.

Merida looked between the two and shook her head a little. "You know Kasumi..you never told me that you had a brother. After all the years that we have known each other." She gave a little pout and then chuckled. She could understand keeping family a secret. It kept them from getting in the crossfire when you had all kinds of people coming after you. ~~~~ "Ah," Cassandra said slowly as she looked up at him. "I do," she said softly. She knew that the two who would react strongly to her kidnapping would be Lorcan and Merrick. "We never told anyone because so much was going on..." she said slowly, "But Merrick...well...hmph." Cassandra shrugged a little. "I am his godmother. Kasumi and I..we kept it between each other. She didn't want anyone else to know because she didn't want whoever was after her to get to me, and she didn't want to leave Merrick with the Dark coven because" that would be the first place someone would look for him. It was all very hush hush."~~~~ Constance smiled as she watched Merrick sleep. He looked so peaceful. She propped herself up on one elbow as she lightly ran her hand through his hair.

Merrick shifted slightly, the low purr growing slightly louder as if in response to Constance's ministrations.
Kasumi shrugged her shoulders as she sighed. "That's because.... I thought he was dead; I didn't find him again until thirty two years ago, and even then I didn't get to spend much time with him before someone managed to kidnap me in an attempt to gain what they thought was a rich reward.... they got something they didn't count on, though," she said with a smirk. It had been normal humans who had kidnapped her, though they had made a critical mistake and she'd taken full advantage of it; there hadn't been enough of them left to fit all eleven of them in a thimble.
Lorcán blinked, surprised. Unconsciously, his hips jerked slightly where they were snugged not far from hers. "Interesting. So I'm assuming that she's also Constance's godmother, right?" he said thoughtfully as he let his hands drift along her sides and abdomen, tickling lightly with his nails.

Merida looked between the two and nodded slowly. "Ah, I see." She smirked slightly. "You know you may want to keep the fact that you are older than you look to yourself. Or not say it so loud. If Amelia catches wind of it...you'll never get her off you back." She chuckled and shook her head, brushing a wet strand of hair from her face. ~~~~ Cassandra's eyes closed for a moment as Lorcan's hips jerked slightly against her. It sent a shiver up and down her spine. When he next spoke she opened her eyes again. "That would be correct. Kasumi is Constance's godmother."~~~~ Constance chuckled softly as she continued to run her hands through Merrick's hair.

Merrick shifted his head slightly, unconsciously making a very kittenish movement as he nudged Constance's wrist slightly with his cheek.
Kasumi cocked an eyebrow. "How old do you think we really are, just as a guess?" she said quietly, curious as to see what she thought. Naruto snorted. "Meh, if Kisai-hime tries to pry information from me... she'll find it harder than pulling a hen's teeth," he said dismissively.
Lorcán shifted his hips slowly, hearing a faint breathlessness to her voice. "Something wrong?" he said with a faint smile as he teased both himself and her.
