"You heard him," Aria said tiredly, looking at Candace and Robert, "Examine room, don't leave them on his doorstep." Wait, them? Aria offered no further comment as she took a step forward, still clinging to the long sticks she held in her hands. They were as tall as she was, both of them dark in color. Anyone who took a second look at them would discover that they weren't sticks: each bore a wicked-looking spear tip on one end, decorated with feathers.
"Please have the technicians incinerate my jacket afterwards," Aria continued, straightening up as best as she could. "You have five minutes until we move out and the portal is shut down. We will not be coming back here."

Rep got the order he was waiting for, moving out as soon as he was permitted, trying to make a beeline out of the portal and straight in the direction of the showers, hopefully before Aria could remember he was supposed to speak to her.

At Cass' offer Candace smiled, nodding as she adjusted her hold on the corpse she and Robert were carrying. "Alright. Sounds good."
She gave H a nod and hefted the corpse more comfortably in her grasp, pausing when Aria said them.
Oh dear god.
"..Why not?" Candace pouted a moment before sighing and taking note of her leader's request about her jacket. "C'mon, Robert. Let's get these delivered before more parts fall to the floor." Candace waited for Robert to agree before she started to make her way out, being quick about it while staying careful not to jostle the thing..s...too much.

And Rin was off like a bat straight out of hell. She wasn't keen to stick around at ALL.
All she wanted at this point was to go to her room, undress and SLEEP.

You know what really bothered Molly about this mission? No, it wasn’t the Yeti attacks, or the huge mess it left on the floor, or the fact that a severed hand had fallen out of the lump that her division head had brought back.
It was that they didn’t find any survivors.
A deep, troubled frown pulled at her lips as she de-summoned Vaska, and looked back towards where the residential area was. They tried getting in there…would…they have found anything…anyone? Molly’s shoulders sagged then, as they were given the order to move out and to bring back anything salvageable. Molly could not tell what would be useful or not, and to not risk bringing back junk she didn’t bother, and instead followed after everyone else to see if they needed any assistance.

Her arms full of computer parts, the smell of the yeti still lingering on her, Sydney headed for the portal, intent on getting out of there.

"Someone's written over it, whatever it is," Gale murmured, still squinting at the note. Maddie was right - the red scribbles looked brighter, more recent, but the rest of the paper was cracked and old, the writing faded.
But they didn't have any more time to dwell on it - they were moving out, and Gale, with a nod to Maddie, and a gesture to Dillon and Sydney, stuffed the note into his pocket and followed the rest back to headquarters.

Before was guessing at this point that apart from the machines, there were no survivors. 8C That didn't bode well. But gathering whatever equipment he could carry, he exited.

It didn't seem like there had been any bodies other than the ones Aria had brought in; if this was a setup training mission, it made sense. But if that was the case, who or what had been under the coat, and why? Would he have a chance to find out? Jordan mulled over the questions as he headed back to the portal.

Well, there it was. A definite death. Emma shook her head, abandoning her barricade-building and beginning to gather what she imagined was important. It wasn't her duty to deny orders, not this early in the game. She was not surprised at her lack of emotion toward the yeti battles, or to the death that was clearly seen. She was someone different now.
She desummoned Zothikos and headed back out of the portal.

At this point, Fini didn't really give a damn about picking through debris to find something salvageable. Someone that wasn't covered in bloody yeti snow pieces could figure that out. Man was she going to go straight into the shower and scald her skin to be rid of that horrible stench! She did manage to spare a smile for Bix, since he'd been rather sweet and she wouldn't mind meeting up with him again. "I think....I'll head back. Thanks for being my mentor." With a salute, Fini followed after some of the others and got the hell out of there.

Like the other members in his assigned team, Dillon grabbed as many parts of the fear sensory equipment that could be salvaged and headed out of the area as well. From the looks of things, the job was done with whatever Aria had brought back... Whatever that was
