_ Shiroi's focus shifted as the voice of another man could be heard. This man was much older, he seemed much more battle hardened then the man who spoke before hand. His scent was rather strong, the smell of cigars. As the man spoke Sanshi's name, she felt a bit more relaxed, knowing she was in the company of those Sanshi deemed trust worthy. But she couldn't help wonder why the man referred to him as Director Sanshi. "Yes, we do have quiet a bit to talk about." She said as she followed him into the build. Shiroi made a mental note of her surrounds as the Lieutenant lead them to room.
Shiroi sat down as the man began to talk, listening closely as he spoke. "Yes, we were sent here to gather information by the kazekage. She believes that the people who are taking control of this area planning a coup and we have no intentions of letting this happen. But I have a few questions of my own. First of all the wall surround the cities, what are they made from?"

Kurai followed Shiroi closely, keeping an on everyone as he did. He didn't trust them but listened to what they had to say.

The Lt. Col. looked at Shiroi with a raised eye brow, obviously caught off guard by the young girls question and did his best to hide the obvious alarm in his voice as he answered.
"The walls? Aint you supposed to be knowin that? We not the mystic mumbo jumbo people like you guys can do. I aint got a clue what those walls are made off. All i know is security is tighter than Odysseus's bow, and getting any information from them will be a b***h. But i guess thats why you guys are here aint chu?"
The Lt Col. started to shift some papers around, showing some fairly detailed sketches. From the sketches, it looked like the wall literally encompassed the entire 2 other metropolis. Their were black X's, green question marks, and red exclamation points all over the maps.
"What we have gathered is that these black walls follow the entire land mass of Sawasti, and the only "opening" is in the port. I say that, because their are more people in that port per square foot then think we have in sawasti. We coudlnt even get a ship near it...they keep dissapearing. The only reason we know bout the port is because Jenkins over here, brave mother ********, took a hot air ballon up and used a binocs to see the port. then their had their gliding things, and he had to bail. broke both legs on the way down. Their are 3 other entrances, at the cardinal directions. these checkpoints are very heavily guarded, and no one has been allowed in and out. It seems to only be used for military purposes.
It was obvious, the Lt. Col. did not saying what he just said. This place was locked down tight. The question was....why....?

_ Shiroi wasn't to happy, with his response, as the material they used for the wall was becoming a major problem, without a estimate of how many soldiers awaited them behind the wall, she would feel very uncomfortable attempting to enter. "Well then do you have any samples of the materials?" She asked looking as the Lieutenant shifted a few papers, showing Kurai and Shiroi a well detailed map, drawn by hand of the compound. Shiroi quickly began to review the map as the Lieutenant continued to speak. It would seem that the Lieutenant was correct this place was rather well secured and would take a well depicted plan to enter, let alone escape, but seeing the map only further her already heighten curiosity. "I'd like a copy of this map." She said to the Lieutenant before turning back to Kurai, who seemed to be on edge. "What do you think?"

Kurai listened to the man and looked over the maps, mapping out the area in his head. He was looking for a way to get in. "If we make a big enough distraction on the this side of the wall, we may be able to get into the matropolis through this area under the dock."He said pointing out the area in question as he explained his plan.

"You must think im a ninja or something. My men are good, but not like YOU good. You saw the red border right? Aint nobody get close enough to the border much less the wall. Jenkins was the closest we ever got, and he said he saw a good amount of people at the docks, moving around and such. " He allowed the other ninja, who had been fairly quite during this time to speak and he would answer both Shiroi and Kurai. "Certainly, you can take the map. I really dont care how you get in there, as i dont know your guys skill. I just you all to insure the safety and fair treatment of the people stuck behind the black wall. "

_ Shiroi sighed lightly, it was wishful thinking for her to believe this would be simple. She was under the assumption that the material of the wall was what stopped her sensor ability, but she had a feeling that there was much more behind it then that. Shiroi watched as Kurai pointed nodding lightly, this plan would theoretically give them enough of an opening to enter the compound undetected. But expending there own chakra, before assessing the strength of the enemy would be rather foolish and would have to potential of jeopardizing the mission. Shiroi turned back to the Lieutenant before speaking again. "We will make sure that all of the citizen within the walls will receive safety and fair treatment, you have my word." Shiroi reached up on the table and rolled up the map, tying a string around it to keep it tightly rolled. "Thank you for the map. Now I have one final favor to ask of you. How much attention do you and your men think you can cause to east of compound? It would be much easier for Kurai and I to conserve energy encase something goes awry while we are inside, we wouldn't need you to engage any enemies simply draw there attention for a few minutes."

The Lt. Col. Scratched his facial hair for a moment before responding. it seemed this answer came with a heavy heart.
"I dont like the idea of putting my civillians in danger but i suppose we could form a rally or so and draw their attention. Its just with the speed and efficiency that these guys came in here with, i dont know how much i can promise you time wise. But it does seem this is the only way to do it, and my men are ready to help. Just need you to give us the plan

_ Shiroi paused. "If you can find a way to temporarily move the citizens from that area. It would be a much more protective way of protecting the citizens from any harm. Also we won't need to much time, we will be able to work with a much as you can give us. I've noticed getting to close to the line around the compound causes a very high alert for them, if you can have a few of your men rally near the line and create a bit of noise it should be enough to command the attention of the guards at the tower near the sewer entrance."

"Thats a great idea. I can see why He sent you. You have his brains, you know? Anyways, tell me the signal, and i can get my team in position. Your window will be small, so lets get this timing down right! When you are ready, make your way. once we have the signal, we wills tart..."

_ Now with there plan to enter the compound finally finished, Kurai and Shiroi could now proceed with the mission. She quickly looked back to Kurai before looking back towards the Lieutenant smiling lightly at his comment before turning around, facing the doorway. "Do you all have any radios?" She asked.

The men were mobilizing, sending out singals of various types, and people put on disguises and took to the streets. her comment fell on the ears of the Lt. Col, and he replied quickly. "Indeed we do. why?"

The Lt. Col. Gave Shiroi a thumbs up and a quick ink as he spoke into his radio on the affected channel.
"Rodger dodger over and under!"
As if almost preplanned, the safe house nearly emptied in the same moment that the ninja were leaving the building, although traffic didnt look like it was that cramped. These guys were good at covering their tracts. Without her sensory knowledge, Shiroi couldn't have even followed most of them once they left her oracle range.
Not five minutes later, Shiroi would recieve three clicks over the radio, yet no words were spoken. That was when all hell broke loose. Yelling, screaming, barking, crying, all comming from the outskirts of the black wall surrounding the R'lyeh, and the non occupied Nu metropolis. It seemed that a crowd of citizens had gathered, and were dancing dangerously close to the red line. Many had make shift weapons, and the louder and crazier the mob got, the more improvised weapons the duo would seem to see. Tensions were at an all time high it seemed.
On top of the wall was surely a sight. Several men wearing weird armor stood atop, barking orders to the people in the mob...who promptly ignored them. The number, visible, on the wall could easily outweigh the mob 3:1, pointing weird cylindrical weapons that shiroi would recognize from Rouran. It seemed, if one was looking at this standoff, all eyes were on the powder keg....
